2. The immediate reaction to this unprecedented aerial attack in America was that it was the work of Muslim terrorists. The Al-Qaeda is especially identified as the organisation behind this act. As a result President Bush wanted to go on a crusade against Muslims. He later withdrew that statement. But in fact his subsequent acts against Muslims reflected this mindset. He attacked two Muslim countries, Afghanistan and Iraq, killing their people and destroying these two countries, destabilising them and arresting their progress, even after knowing that the hijackers were not Afghans or Iraqis.
3. The whole Muslim world became suspect. The Muslims are distrusted, subjected to humiliating discrimination and detained without trial and tortured at will for years in camps situated outside the jurisdiction of US laws – in Guantanamo, Cuba for example and in Iraq. Others were flown to countries where torture was practiced so they could be tortured and not break us laws. Then the US actually passed a law legalising torture, a retrogressive act most unworthy of its claims as leader of modern civilisation.
5. The fact that Muslims have been more busy killing each other rather than Americans or Europeans has not changed the attitudes of the Europeans. Perhaps it is because they feel guilty and expect revenge for the injustices perpetrated by them that they fear Muslims, any Muslim. And more than a decade since 9/11, they are still obsessed with their own security, to the detriment of the security of other people.
6. The official explanation for the destruction of the twin towers is still about an attack by suicidal Muslim extremists. But even among Americans this explanation is beginning to wear thin and to be questioned. In fact, certain American groups have thoroughly analysed various aspects of the attack and destruction of the twin towers, the pentagon building and the reported crash in Pennsylvania. And their investigations reveal many aspects of the attack which cannot be explained by attributing them to attacks by terrorists, Muslim or non-Muslim.
7. Some of these Americans and many other prominent people have been invited by the Perdana Global Peace Foundation to give their views on 9/11. These people have no axe to grind. They are only interested in seeking the truth. The truth is important because 9/11 has triggered attacks on muslim countries and people in which hundreds of thousands have been killed and their countries devastated by the ‘shock and awe’ wars.
8. I have thought a lot about 9/11. I have seen pictures and video clips of the attacks. I have heard the narrators give their opinions regarding the attacks. But to this i would like to add my own opinion based on my observation of the Arabs at peace and at war.
9. The Arabs may have been great warriors in the past but after they fell under western rule they seem to have lost their prowess in wars. In their wars against Israel they were so inept that they have never won a single battle, even when their forces far outnumbered the Israelis. In the years immediately after the formation of the State of Israel, the combined armies of Egypt, Jordan and Syria were defeated by smaller Israeli forces. The Arabs never seem to be able to plan or strategise and certainly their execution of battle plans are just plain bad.
10. They are not a disciplined people and this lack of discipline shows everywhere. And they cannot keep anything secret. Someone would leak whatever plan they may have worked out. For money there are Arabs who are prepared to reveal the hiding places of their leaders.
11. The attacks on 9/11 involved very complex elements which needed detailed planning, precise timings and disciplined execution.
12. There has never been (and will never be) a hijacking of four large aircrafts simultaneously. Yet this was what was supposed to have happened. At apparently the same time the hijackers took command of four aircrafts while flying in different airspace in different directions.
13. We cannot know whether the hijackers carried arms but there has been no report of guns in the debris of all the four aircrafts. How they could overwhelm the whole crew and take control of four aircrafts at about the same time is a mystery.
14. Then the hijackers were supposed to make the aircrafts change course and fly to the four places. Pilots who realised they were going to die anyhow would have tried to steer away from the towers when it was obvious they were going to crash into them. It would not need much change of direction to miss the towers. But the planes hit the towers squarely, bursting into flames apparently due to the fuel they carried.
15. Maybe the hijackers were actually flying the aircrafts. But we are told they had only trained with small aircrafts. How did they know how to navigate the huge aircrafts so perfectly after changing course. And time was the essence. If the second plane was delayed, the ground control would have detected that there was something wrong with the second, third and fourth planes.
16. I can imagine trained operatives like those in the CIA or Mossad planning and executing this complex operation but i cannot imagine an Arab like Osama bin Laden planning and directing this sophisticated aerial attack from some remote place in Afghanistan. They would need an airport control tower with sophisticated instruments to do this. And they would need to be near enough to observe the flights and give instructions.
17. The planning alone would have been extremely complex. Lots of data would have to be collected a long time earlier. The pilots had to be trained for very many years before they could fly and navigate the commercial aircrafts.
18. The hijackers needed to take over the four aircrafts at about the same time while in flight. The aircrafts to be hijacked must be well selected so as not to be too far from the targets. The aircrafts had to be diverted at the right time for each to reach their targets at about the same time.
19. All these would require a lot of detailed planning from deciding which planes should be hijacked, to the number of hijackers for each plane, to the different roles of the hijackers to control the passengers and seize control of the aircrafts from the pilots, to the change in the flight plan, to the routes to be taken, to forcing the pilots to take the new routes or for the hijackers to take over the piloting of the planes etc etc.
20. Hijacking one aircraft is difficult enough. But hijacking four aircrafts and flying them so as to hit the targets at about the same time is an impossible task for amateurs. Even professionals would find it difficult to do. Yet four aircrafts crashed at about the same time.
21. I apologise to the Arabs but planning and executing of these complex operations are not something that they can do well. They are brave and they are willing to die for their beliefs. But they are not like the American Seals who planned and carried out the assassination of Osama bin Laden. Their planning included the disposal of the body of their victim. And they were “brilliant”. This is something that they were trained for years to do.
22. If the Arabs were to undertake such training it would soon become known to the CIA or Mossad and they would ensure that the whole operation be aborted.
23. But the fact remains that four planes were hijacked and they all crashed on their targets. If the hijackers could not be Arabs, then who were the “brilliant” hijackers. Clearly there is a need to know, for the event changed the world, making it insecure for everyone, and launching a clash of civilizations as predicted by Huntington.
24. I may be wrong of course but this forum will hopefully reveal the truth behind the events of 9/11. The Pearl Harbour attacks forced the us to join the second world war. I don’t think the Arabs planned to force the us to go to war against the Muslim world. But 9/11 did just what Pearl Harbour did, launch a horrific war which killed hundreds of thousands of Muslims, devastated Iraq and Afghanistan, and made Muslims the universal enemies of the whole world. Someone obviously gained from this.
25. Find the beneficiaries and I believe you will find the real terrorists.
26. This conference is about finding the truth regarding the world-shaking events of 9/11. Attempts will be made to blackout reports on the talks and discussions here. They will be made by the very protagonists of free speech and the free press. But the alternative media will frustrate them and shed light on the events.
27. The majority will probably conclude that the revelations by the speakers are preposterous. But a substantial number will believe or at least rethink their views of the events.
28. As I said earlier 9/11 had resulted in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Iraqis and afghans, as well as a few thousand us and British soldiers. It has devastated two Muslim countries and destabilised them with fratricidal wars which promise to last a very long time. It has divided the world into Muslim and non-Muslim, and sowed the seeds of suspicion and hatred between them. It has undermined the security of nations everywhere, forcing them to spend trillions of dollars on security measures. Yet the threat remains, not so much from alleged terrorists as from the powerful states and their crusade to change the world.
29. Truly 9/11 is the worst man-made disaster for the world since the end of the last world war.
30. For that reason alone, it is important that we seek the truth, because when truth is revealed than we can really prepare to protect and secure ourselves.

On September 11, 2001, before Cloak and Dagger, I was a regular guest commentator on CFRB 1010 Toronto and on the night of September 11, 2001, I reported that the attack had to be an inside job and I explained that Advanced Principle Weaponry had been used not just aircraft buy missiles because Building 7 collapsed and no airplane hit it.

It is better to talk than to fight and bomb.
May all who are negotiating the Palestine issue now that there is a cease fire be inspired to finally find PEACE in that region once and for all.

Maybe it is time for our Ministry of Education produces a more comprehensive history curriculum on the rise and fall of empires, of civilizations and of world class personaliities in a simplified and generalised form for our schools.
Of the 4 world civilizations, the Islamic, the Indian, the Chinese and the Western, the Indian and Chinese civilizations have arisen since they were suppressed and subdued centuries ago eg. the former in 1947 and the latter 1949.
The Indians rose in revolt against colonialism during the Indian Mutiny of mid-19th century and they only regain their Independence in 1947 about 100 years after the event. At the end of World War 2, the British Tommy was tired of fighting and wanted to go home to Blighty. I would have thought the British also bungled here because they sent out Lord Mountbatten an erstwhile playboy. Many questions were unanswered before Independence was granted and left some non-viable States floundering to this day.
China was really the sick man of the first half of the 20th century. Yet, the proverbial authoritarian Government took command in 1949 and led it to its socio-economic success today.
The Malaysian Chinese in Malaysia will do well to remember before they take to running round the streets of Kuala Lumpur on behalf of others who want to be the Prime Minister to rule us all that China had no democracy and human rights for 5,000 years to this day, 2012. No Chinaman runs around the streets except in Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong – and this only happened after the colonial master left in 1997. And the Malaysian Chinese are the best treated here than in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and the rest of the World.
How to set a placid and peaceful population on fire ?
By the simple action of agitation of innocent folks and money – lots of it.

But instead, he/she uses positive feelings, thinking (based on Islam) and iman to help him make assessment or judgment. I am no expert in the mysterious events surrounding the catastrophic collapse of buildings containing human beings on 9/11. However, through my abiding interest in political history I have noted that 2 mysterious events in the United States history which are seldom highlighted :-
1898. The explosion and the sinking of the new USS Maine in Havana Harbour led to the beginning of the Spanish-American War which established the United States as an imperial power for the very first time.
1941 7 December. The 4 battle aircraft carriers were absent from the harbour at Honolulu, Hawaii when the Imperial Japanese Navy struck on that fateful morning. Much has been written about how the American Navy broke the Japanese Navy code before the outbreak of war on 7 December 1941 and the diplomatic exchanges which took place in increasing intensity through the months of 1940 and 1941. Further, concomitant with the rise of Hitler in Germany and the British were hammered around the World, most Americans were against War and some of them were pro-German like Joseph Kennedy Senior, Lindbergh the aviator, etc. At heart, Roosevelt was an Anglo-phile but could not do much because of American democratic constraints. Why only the most important assets in the US Navy missing on that crucial date ?

You may be right in what you believed and said however, as Mr Alfred Willner said, it is difficult after more than a decade, to find the proof as to convince the world. To a certain extend, I share your views and somehow, sometime the answer may appear. (Note: some people are still trying to find the answer as who really killed JFK. In modern world with sophisticated technologies, everything is possible. When we die, we will be judged for our deeds in during our lives in this world and one will either go to paradise or fire of hell, and in them we remain forever and ever, unending. These evidences clearly show (1) how the WTC cannot be brought down by fire but was likely brought down by controlled demolition, (2) that those “planes” were not likely to be commercial aircrafts, (3) the illogical fact on how the US air force (who are well known for their air superiority) had failed to defend NY and Washington (two major cities in the US), (4) the illogical fact on how other surrounding buildings collapsed, (5) as highlighted by DrM, the questionable capability in carrying out the attacks, (6) the suspicious way and secrecy of the officials in dealing with the aftermath and there are numerous other issues. There are plenty of videos on youtube and other websites up to the point I got sick of watching them 🙂 No reasonable man with the right, sound and open mind can dismiss these evidence easily. The answers by the US officials are just not satisfactory and just leads to more questions than answers.
The effect of 9/11 is the so called “war on terror” and all those legislation which restrict freedom. This is why I think uncovering 9/11 is still relevant – from a historical perspective and for the future. Talk about upholding “innocent until proven guilty”, how can US invade Iraq and Afghanistan without proof of guilt? How can you detain someone without proof? And even if the ones on those planes were from Afghan/Iraq, how can the rest of the population in Afghanistan and Iraq suffer as a result of few individuals? Years from now, if 9/11 was really planned in order to be the “pearl harbour” for the “war on terror” and those paranoid legislation, our kids and grand kids deserve to know how the very few manipulated the US and even the entire world into committing such a criminal act.
As a conclusion, I do agree that THE TRUTH ABOUT WHO CARRIED OUT THE WTC ATTACK ON 9/11 IS AS YET TO BE UNCOVERED especially who is actually behind it. And I support all moves to uncover the truth.

Dear Tun,
you are a very wise Elder Statesman with a vast Ocean of Experience to tap when you need it to give weight and strength to what you argue in public. I was your admirer already way back when many in your country weren’t really convinced of what you were doing there for the good and better of all as it eventually turned out.
When I now read what your are arguing about finding the truth in regard to the destruction of the Twin Tower of the World Trade Center in New York on 9/11 I do wonder what was the real aim behind your speech. You must be the only one in the world arguing that the terrorists who destroyed the WTC cannot have been Arabs because Arabs generally lack the skills it takes to do that.
Maybe one could follow your argument if you offered a more precise reasoning for that, dear Tun – merely insinuating and supposing is not good enough there.
Sure, it is true that the Arabs have never won a single battle against Israel even when their forces far out numbered the Israelis. What is also true though is that any and all of such battles were at all times imposed upon Israel by attacking Arab Forces – in the years after the formation of Israel, the combined armies of Egypt, Jordan and Syria were defeated by smaller Israeli forces, as you well point out yourself – something you might also have wanted to state and make clear in your previous posting here maybe which you title “A Lawless World” where you accuse Israel of attacking its neighbors for no reason which is not really true. Israel has never fought an attacking war – its acts were at all times either acts of defense and/or retaliation. But this is besides the point here!
Your point here seems to be that neither Arabs nor Muslims can have carried out the WTC attack of 9/11 for lack of proper skills to do so and that under light and title of the International Conference of The Perdana Global Peace Foundation you advocate that finding the beneficiaries (of the attack to WTC on 9/11) the real terrorists would emerge. You illustrate this argument by praising the American Seals and how “brilliant” they carried out the assassination of Osama Bin Laden. Without you expressly saying so, the reader is thus led to think that it is suggested that the WTC attack on 9/11 might well have been the doing of American Seals.
You finish your speech saying that truly 9/11 is the worst man-made disaster since the last World War and that for this reason alone it is important to seek the truth (of who carried out the WTC attack on 9/11) because when truth is revealed we can prepare to protect and secure ourselves …. and you should have continued saying BETTER there for the world at large is today already protecting itself reasonably within their means from further terrorist attacks like this.
Another thing you leave said here though and again without explicitly saying so is that THE TRUTH ABOUT WHO CARRIED OUT THE WTC ATTACK ON 9/11 IS AS YET NOT BEEN FOUND, something a greater part of the world will today not agree with as you do very well point out yourself in your speek.
This doesn’t make this greater part of the world think that your “revelations” are preposterous, simply because they are no revelations. You have not revealed anything to the world that proves that the attackers of the WTC on 9/11 were not Arabs, were not Muslims. You are supposing and insinuating this only. In regard to who would or could have carried out those attacks you are offering but insinuations and suppositions.
Dear Tun, this is not good enough for the well educated world wide audience you addressed here. The majority of the world believes that it was indeed Arabs and Muslims who carried out this worst man-made disaster since World War II – ill-lead and fanatic Arabs and Muslims but Arabs and Muslims just the same. ARABS AND MUSLIMS but was the TENOR of your speech and that they are not smart and disciplined enough to have carried this out. A poor argument and maybe even an insult to many an Arab and many a Muslim if not to their vast majority.
Dear Tun, a number of World Authorities have offered well believable proof of who carried out the attacks on the WTC on 9/11. To challenge this on 19 November 2012, more than 11 years after the incident, is too late – to raise but one counter argument. You had better dedicated the 19 November 2012 on offering your thoughts of how to solve the current fighting in Israel and Gaza. You are an Elder Statesman that the World is still listening to. President Musri of Epypt as current mediator there could do with some well meant advise and I don’t think he would discard what you have to say.
The subject may ask you to jump over your own shadow but as your admirer I am confident that you can do it. They need peace in this part of the world and all mediators of the West have failed to-date. If Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad had a solution to offer the world would listen to it!
