1. It is interesting to note the admission by UMNO Minister Abdul Rahman Dahlan that “MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1” in the report by the Department of Justice, the United States of America is obviously Dato Sri Najib the Prime Minister of Malaysia.
2. Now what does the DoJ say about MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 i.e. about Najib the Malaysian Prime Minister.
I. On page 13 para 39 the report says, “Upon its formation, MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 i.e. Dato Sri Najib assumed a position of authority with 1MDB. MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib) had the authority to approve all appointments to, and removals from, 1MDB’s Board of Directors and 1MDB’s Senior Management Team. In addition, any financial commitments by 1MDB, including investments, that were likely to affect a guarantee given by the Government of Malaysia for the benefit of 1MDB or any policy of the Malaysian government required. the approval of MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 i.e. Najib.”
II. Page 17 para 50. “A special meeting of 1MDB Board was held on September 26, 2009. Low (not a board member) also attended this meeting.”
III. Page 11 para 29. “Aziz is a relative of MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib) and a friend of Low.”
IV. Page 55 para 178. “Once funds were transferred from Aabar-BVI to Blackstone,they were used to make payments to QUBAISI and HUSSEINY, who served as officers of both Aabar and Aabar-BVI to MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib) and to 1MDB Officer 3.”
V. Page 59 para 192. “The MB Consulting Account received another wire transfer of $1,500,000 from the Blackstone Account on or about January 22, 2013.
3. Blackstone Transferred at least $30 million to an Account Belonging to MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib).”
VI. Page 59 para 193. “Blackstone also transferred at least $30,000,000 to an account belonging to MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib) shortly after receiving funds from Aabar-BVI.”
VII. Page 59 para 194. “On or about Oct 30, 2012 – roughly seven days after Blackstone received $75,000,000 directly from Aabar-BVI and roughly six days after it received $360,000,000 indirectly from Aabar-BVI via Enterprise and Cistenique – Blackstone transferred $5,000,000 into the account at Ambank in Malaysia held in the name of “AMPRIVATE BANKING MR.”
VIII. Page 59 para 195 . “The bank account “Amprivate Banking MR” belongs to MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib) and is the same account that received $20,000,000 from the PETROSAUDI CO- FOUNDER in 2011, within days of the receipt by the PETROSAUDI CO-FOUNDER of funds from Good Star, as set forth in Section II.G.”
IX. Page 59 para 196. “On or about November 19, 2012 – less than two weeks after Blackstone received $95,000,000 from Aabar-BVI via Enterprise – Blackstone transferred $25,000,000 to the same AMPRIVATE BANKING-MR Account belonging to MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib).
X. Page 60 para 200 . “Blackstone was used as an intermediary to obscure the fact that 1MDB bond proceeds were being sent from Aabar-BVI – of which QUBAISI and HUSSEINY were directors – to accounts that were beneficially owned by QUBAISI, HUSSEINY, MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib) and 1MDB OFFICER 3.”
XI. Page 60 para 201 . “The funds sent to accounts belonging to QUBAISI, HUSSEINY, MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib) and 1MDB OFFICER 3, as described above, were unlawfully misappropriates from 1MDB and/or IPIC.”
XII. Page 60 para 202 . “Between June 18, 2012 and November 4, 2012 $238,000,000 was transferred directly from Aabar-BVI Swiss Account to an account controlled by Aziz, a relative of MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib).”
XIII. Page 67 para 229. “Funds transferred to the Tanore Account were distributed for the benefit of at least one public official associated with 1MDB. More particularly, very shortly after the bond offering closed, between approximately March 21, 2013 and March 25, 2013, $681,000,000 was transferred from the Tanore Account to an account belonging to MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib). Of this amount, approximately $620 million was returned to the Tanore Account on or about August 26, 2013.”
XIV. Page 71 para 242. “The offering circular also omitted material facts necessary to make its representations regarding the use of the bond proceeds not misleading, in that it failed to disclose that certain individuals related to 1MDB, including MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib), would receive hundreds of millions of dollars from the proceeds of the bond sale within days of its closing. This fact would have been material to the bond transaction, as it would have alerted investors to the possibility of conflicts of interest and related-party transactions. The representation that ADMIC had not determined how all of the bond proceeds would be used did not encompass using those funds, beginning almost immediately after the bond issue, for the personal benefit of individuals related to 1MDB and their associates.”
XV. Page 74 para 257. “Instead, funds from the Tanore Account were sent to an account belonging to MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib), and were used by TAN and LOW to purchase art. Funds from the Tanore Account were also used by LOW to acquire a substantial interest in a luxury hotel in New York City. These uses were inconsistent with the intended purpose of the bond proceeds as set forth in the offering circular and the April 23, 2013, 1MDB press release.”
XVI. Page 75. D. “$681 MILLION WAS TRANSFERRED FROM THE TANORE ACCOUNT TO AN ACCOUNT BELONGING TO MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (NAJIB).”
XVII. Page 75 para 259. “Shortly after proceeds of the 2013 bond sale were diverted to the Tanore Account, $681,000,000 was sent from the Tanore Account to a bank account belonging to MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib).”
XVIII. Page 75 para 261. “This account belonged to MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib) and is the same account that in 2011 received $20 million from the PETROSAUDI CO-FOUNDER that was traceable to the Good Star Account, as set forth in Section II.G. It is also the same account in 2012 received at least $30 million from the Blackstone Account that was traceable to the Aabar-BVI Swiss Account and the 2012 bond proceeds, as set forth in Section III.E.3.”
XIX. Page 75 para 262. “On or about August 26, 2013, $620,010,715 was wired from a different account at Ambank to the Tanore Account. This AmBank account also belonged to MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib), and the transfer represented funds from the $681 million payments that were being returned to Tanore.
XX. Page 75 para 263. ” The Attorney General of Malaysia publicly stated that he conducted an inquiry into the $681 million in payments. In a press release issued on January 26, 2016, the Malaysian Attorney General confirmed that, “the sum of USD681 million (RM2.08 billion) [was] transferred into the personal account of [MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib)] between 22.03.2013 and 10.04.2013,” and that, “in August 2013, a sum of USD620 million (RM2.03 billion) was returned by [MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib)] ….” The Malaysian Attorney General ultimately characterized the payment of $681 million as a “personal donation to [MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib)] from the Saudi royal family which was given to him without any consideration.”
XXI. Page 76 para 264. ” Bank records associated with the Tanore Account show that TAN was the beneficial owner of the Tanore Account, from which the $681,000,000 payments to the account of MALAYSIAN OFFICAL 1 (Najib) were made, and that 1MDB OFFICER 3 was added as an authorized signor on the Tanore Account roughly one day before the first wire of $620,000,000 was sent from the Tanore Account to the account of MALAYSIAN OFFICIAL 1 (Najib).”

There is no need for Tun to apologize. He (Anwar) was found GUILTY as charged. He was accountable for his own past crimes.
It is quite amazing how some people just could not differentiate between “‘supporting an action by someone” and supporting someone blindly and wholeheartedly (regardless of what that person had done in the past, and that person’s other actions).

Dalam pada itu, saya dapati ada di kalangan pembangkang masih berdendam dengan Tun. Ada yang sampai tidak mahu bekerjasama tumbangkan Najib,kalau Tun tidak minta maaf. Belum apa-apa lagi, dah mula cari gaduh dan berpecah. Mereka lupa matlamat utama untuk jatuhkan kerajaan Najib.

It is indeed very frustrating when the Wheels of Justice grind so slowly, even in America. At least there is some movement. Over here there is no movement at all.
Let us be patient. The DOJ’s civil action on the seizure of assets is based squarely on the fact that those assets were purchased with stolen money and the named thieves are the people who bought the properties. MOI is not named because none of the assets is in his name. Criminal action will follow, for sure, because the US will be a laughing stock if known criminals are allowed to go free as if nothing had happened while the assets are seized.
There surely must be more to come. The DOJ says about $3.5 billion have been siphoned off while the Swizz AG says $4.0 billion. Assets seized are estimated at only $1.0 billion. So where are the rest? Has most of it dissipated in such a way that it is gone forever?

Dear Tun,
Tahniah Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia telah diluluskan hari ini 08/09/16. Tahniah sekali lagi pada 05/09/16 Tun telah memecahkan satu lagi tembok halangan serta mengorak satu lagi langkah ke hadapan. Jangan Tun teragak-agak untuk terus mengorak langkah mengubah paradigma dan mengatasi pantang-larang kuno yang diwujud oleh UMNO menyebabkan orang Melayu hidup sebagai hermit di dalam shell tempurung.
Tun, sudah terang lagi bersuluh MO1 itu memang PM kita walaupun nama tidak disebut dalam lawsuit untuk menyita harta yang diperolehi daripada kleptokrasi kita semua tahu bahawa kleptocrat cum thief-in-chief adalah PM kita. Dunia tertawa melihat rakyat Malaysia berteka-teki tentang siapa penyamun lahanat ini sedangkan satu dunia sudah tahu siapa dianya. Pemimpin pencuri harta negara duit rakyat yang dikutip dari cukai dan simpanan hari tua. Sedap saja dia ambik untuk kegunaan dia, isteri, anak-anak, keluarga, kawan-kawan dia. Rakyat Malaysia sudah diperbodohkan oleh si kleptokrat yang bertopengkan muka arwah ayahandanya.
Tun Mahathir teruskan usaha menyatukan semula orang Melayu serta rakyat Malaysia yang berbagai bangsa, agama, budaya. Walaupun bersama pakatan pembangkang tetapi sudah sampai masanya Tun menyedari bahawa musuh sebenar yang sedang menjahanamkan negara bukanlah pembangkang tetapi adalah UMNO sendiri dengan BN yang selama-lamanya akan membahagi-bahagikan bangsa, agama supaya ia UMNO-BN dapat kekal berkuasa. Selama itulah rakyat akan dibendung kebodohan, kemiskinan, kemunduran, mintak sedekah, manakala para pemimpin kerajaan khususnya UMNO akan mengaut kekayaan yang bukan hak mereka.
Bukalah matahatimu wahai Tun yang dikasihi. Tidak jatuh harga diri kita dengan berdamai dan meminta maaf kerana Tuhan maha melihat dan mengetahui isi hati kita. Begitu kami rakyat mengharapkan DSAI dan isteri serta anak-anaknya akan dapat melakukan pengorbanan yang amat besar dengan menerima dan memaafkan. You will be amazed at how forgiveness really will set you free!

It is very funny for me to see people comparing George Soros’s accusation of yourself with the DoJ’s civil suit. The DoJ’s suit, and its core documents clearly outlined the evidence that they based the suit on. If people bother to read until the end of the document the FBI agent in charge, swears on its authenticity, on pain of perjury.
What this means is that the FBI can produce these evidence(s) if asked (which will be done when the court case commences). These are not baseless allegations.
In any case, your outlining the paragraphs mentioning MO1 then substituting DS Najib, makes the DoJ’s allegations even more damning. It is good to keep reminding people about this issue, whether they say its stale or not.

PS: I am always reminded when Allah reminds us that he will only change a peoples fates if they themselves change.
The DOJ case reminds me of police detective movies where the cops put together a profile of the “WANTED” criminal identifying all know characteristics of the suspect like sex, height, age, hair color and facial features. Any person resembling the profile would be a suspect, the more the features match the higher the likelihood but they can’t be absolutely certain.
Now all of us do not need to play detective and can be 100% certain since the minister admitted that Najib is MO1 and Najib himself did not deny…
The natural course of justice (if Malaysia is a country with rule of law) is for PAC, the AG, police and MACC to reopen the case against Najib. However since the authorities refuse to act, then they are announcing to the world that Malaysia does not operate under the rule of law…
No one will be willing to invest (and visit) a lawless country and Malaysians will suffer and decline into a state worse than North Korea (at least they have Nuclear Weapons which can be used as a bargaining chip).
If Malaysians are still apathetic and do not act, then all is lost. Tun will not be around forever to spearhead the drive to put Malaysia back to the correct path…

However, things might changed after the US presidential election on this November
If won by Hillary Clinton, most likely things remained the same as what we have today. Still many clueless phrases in the lawsuit
If won by Donald Trump, a drastic change might happens, as his political direction still unknown
If Soros can back the accusations with solid facts then by all means go ahead, but this does not preclude/affect the current accusations against Najib, which already have tons of solid incriminating evidence against him.
According to your logic, it is ok for you to steal if your neighbour was accused of stealing? Unfortunately due to your greed and stupidity you were caught pants down… You tell the police to investigate your neighbour first before hauling you to the police station?

Thank you for putting in perspective the direct link between MO1 and the amount of money MO1 received as per the DOJ report.
As I see it, you are the only individual with the capacity to mastermind the ouster of DSN and see to the revival of our economy and global standing.
I see that you have already set the ball rolling with the new Malay based party to neutralize the UMNO effect on the ellection. Not to mention beginning the process of rehabilitation with DSAI.
There are 2 main areas of concern that may disrupt the chances of winning next ellection:
1. In fighting for seats among component members.
2. The level of money politics and tacticts that BN will employ.
I really hope you can bring back the glory days of Malaysia.

A crime is still a crime,whomever commits it. Najib supporters are saying any attempt to charge Najib is an attempt to topple the democratically elected goverment. They went further to say if you to topple Najib, go through an election. This effectively means Najib can do anything and he is above the law.
First of all,I really dont care if Najib remains Prime Minister for another thousand years even. But he should face trial just like everyone else if indeed a crime has been commited.
Secondly, election and crime commited are two VERY Different things.
Even if you win 1 billion elections, if you commit a crime, you still go to jail.
Somehow, Najib supporters have this idea, if Najib wins the next election, he is immune for all the alleged crimes commited by him.
This means as long as you win elections, you can’t be charged for any crime.
Where is the rule of law? Where is no one is above the law?
If indeed the Prime Minister is immune from any charges, the laws need the be amended. All crimes committed by any citizen shall be charged EXCEPT FOR the Prime Minister. Then we know, by law, the Prime Minister is indeed above the law.

Given the exchange rate is only RM3.20 per 1 USD at that particular time Najib will be richer by RM 355 Mil + RM 42 Mil (donation from SRC) almost RM 400 Million.
