BERSIH 3 Pt 2

1. Some who condemned my piece on Bersih 3 say that the ruling party abused the authority of the Government to ensure its success. They ask why rural constituencies have more seats for less voters. Why the gerrymandering.

2. This is because since the days of the British the urban areas tend to dominate politics and to be better served by the Government. To balance this, the poorly serviced rural areas have to be given higher representation in the legislature.

3. This is not new. It is common practice in the United States the state of New Jersey with less than five million people gets the same number of Senate seats (two) as California with more than forty million people. In most democratic countries some leverage is given to constituencies which for a variety of reasons are less developed.

4. As to the use of Government authority in elections; this is never clear-cut. There is no clear line when authority is exceeded.

5. When a party in power uses Government to implement policies, plans or strategies so as to ensure support by the people, can we say it is abuse of Government authority. On the other hand when the opposition loudly proclaims that they would do things which would gain them public support, are they not making use of Government authority for their popularity?

6. The opposition says that it would increase subsidies for fuel and fertilizer, replace PTPTN with free higher education and raise petroleum royalty to 20% to the states instead of 5%, isn’t it also making use of Government authority to win support of the voters?

7. Indeed whereas the incumbent has to be cautious as it knows the financial capacity of the Government, the Opposition has no such constrains. If it wins it can have all kinds of excuses for not keeping promises.

8. Abuse of Government authority is not confined only to the ruling party. The Opposition is also bent on abusing Government authority.

9. There may be areas for improving the conduct of Malaysian elections. But the fact remains that in Malaysia the Opposition can and have indeed defeated the Government party. If the Opposition fails to win at federal level, it is simply because the people chose not to support them with the required majority.

  3. Salam TUN.
Allah lanjutkan usia Tun berserta kesehatan.
Ingin saya mengucapkan Jutaan terima kasih kpd Sdr Zulkiflee atas keperihatinan beliau terhadap nasib orang melayu singapura.
Saya amat terharu membaca post Sdr Zulkiflee.
    Salam TUN
    dan terima kasih .

Anyone here knows about the 1999 Justice Muhammad Kamil Awang’s Likas case?

Let us all be fair and not being biased towards both (Bersih 3.0 and government) in making our judgement/views/statements/comments.

In order to be fair and not being biased, we should listen to both point of views. I love listening to both point of views as it will make me see things better, and see things in a wider perspective.

Some said that dropping atomic bombs @ Hiroshima and Nagasaki was an evil thing. They might be right when they said that but who knows without the dropping of the atomic bombs we might still be singing “Kimigayo” during our school assembly?

In order to be fair, we should not be a hard core supporters. We will never be fair if we are a hardcore supporters.

Nobody is perfect, no political party is perfect and no movement is perfect. Thus, it is good for us to be on the fence as it will not bind us to support any wrong doings by anyone.

  6. Salam Tun,

Tamadun baru Malaysia belum menonjol.

    Sekian, terima kasih Tun

  7. Assalamu’alaikum Tun

    terimakasih Tun

It is a sad thing when the government withdrew the Election Offences (Amendment) Act 2012.

    What are these amendments?

Why did the government withdrew these amendments when the government has hurriedly passed it in the parliament?

Why did the government passed these amendments at the first place?

    Why the flip flop?

    So what is fair?

Is it fair to sodom people and declared not doing it?
Is it fair to have a bastard and declared the bastard is not his?

    So what is unfair?
Is it not rioting unfair to you and others?
Is it because of you too ‘bersih’ unfair to others?
Is it the government is too fair to people and you feel unfair?

Well. You are just hypocrite. Idiot.

  16. Assalamualikum dear Tun,

    1. i think you have misunderstood their statement when they says “the ruling party abused the authority of the Government to ensure its success”..what they actually mean is to say that our government have misused government institutions such as police and army..this is proved to be right when this people especially the lower rank are forced to vote for the government..some of them even claim that they are required to mark ballot paper in front of their superiors..

    2. but In this particular case, im talking about bersih 3.0, the police have been misused again when they arrested hundreds of protestors without appropriate reason…some of them does not even attend the rally but still they were caught just because they are wearing in yellow..is it a crime to wear in yellow ??.. sectary of umno Bandar Tun Razak, Zaharin Mohd Yasin clarified that they are about 2000 police personnel imposed as a protestors in the last bersih 3.0 rally..what do you think this is all about ?..who gave them the instruction to dressed in Bersih T-shirts why did they do that ?….i think you know who is actually behind this

    3. now, pkr machang recently claim that the chairman of EC Tan Sri Abdul Aziz together with his deputy, wan ahmad wan omar are umno member…he brought with him documents as to prove his claim..it turns out that that the wan ahmad his is talking about is restaurant owner who is currently an umno member..but abdul aziz on the other hand has not yet denied that he is or he was an umno member..he said that he can’t remember well..he added that it was probably his colleens who registered him in umno when he finished his studies..this is insane, how can someone register for his friend to become member of political party ?, in this case member umno..did umno allowed this ?…i don’t think so..if any of you don’t beleive me, you can go to umnoputrajaya.com, look into cawangan daisy…the deputy chairman of umno cawangan daisy is someone named Abdul Aziz Mohd Yussof..apparently the same with the name of EC chairman..well, if our EC head is not that man..he should clarified immediately…there is no such thing that i can’t remember…the answers is simple…is whether i am or i am not an umno member..

    4. there you go…you see..it is not only the public institution have ben abused by BN government but also the independent body such as SPR, the court and lets not forget the SPRM.. you mentioned that “The opposition says that it would increase subsidies for fuel and fertilizer, replace PTPTN with free higher education and raise petroleum royalty to 20% to the states instead of 5%, isn’t it also making use of Government authority to win support of the voters?”…obviously it is not..the petroleum royalty is clearly stated in “buku jingga” which is part of what they are fighting for…the free education was first brought by students and scholars through NGO’s such as SAMM and SMM..they were the one who demand for free education..the opposition party is just supporting their cause..hence, they made a promise to abolished ptptn and provide free education if they won the next GE..i don’t see it has something to do with misused government authority to win support of the voters..can you named which government body that have been abused by them ?

    5. sometimes i just don’t understand why do you keep bad mouth the opposition such like they have never contribute to the country at all…i am a supporter of the opposition but i know that they are not 100% right in every matter, i can accept some of your point blaming the opposition but why do keep twisting the fact just to justified our governments doing ..shit happens..whether on the government or the opposition side

  19. Dear Tun,

I think you’ve gotten confused about the House Of Representatives & The Senate. Yes, our gerrymandering can be rather peculiar and at times rather comical. Many Areas that come under certain parliamentary constituencies have no geographical connection at all.

There seems to be so much hatred and manipulation by the government and government media which is really causing more hatred in the hearts of the people towards the government. Conveniently linking opposition parties and certain human rights activist with the Jews, sexual rights movements, anti Islam & Christianization is one of the many reasons that give birth to hatred in the hearts of the people towards the government. Honestly, the government has lost the plot. The Gabbage that Utusan & TV3 Vomits only triggers more hatred in the hearts of the people. The government fails to realize that in this time & age one cannot be censored from anything. Everything is in the open via the internet, cams, phone cams, international news, etc..

Yes, there were some hooligans who took part in BERSIH with the intention to create chaos but they didn’t make up the majority. There were nearly 100,000 people on that day, possibly much more but the hooligans were hardly 50 people but off course the media conveniently gave fullest publicity to those 50 idiots.

In today’s world, people question. People have rights to live with what they believe in. Hence an authoritarian government cannot and will not function. It will only trigger more protest and anger. It’s rather puzzling that UMNO refuses to change, worse still, from sucking millions, they now play with billions of ringgit. It’s rather disturbing. Can you honestly say that your government is doing a great job? It has been nothing but chaos since you resigned and you know that the options for good leadership within UMNO is highly limited.

The simple question is, Where is UMNO heading? The UMNO we have today has seriously lost her marbles! It’s nothing but chaos within the party and government.

Which Malaysian in the right frame of mind would want leaders who have a passion for corruption and murder? You simply cannot go round blasting someone’s daughter moreover a daughter of a Man of such high standing in his motherland, he wants justice for his daughter & Malaysians want justice for her too.

There’s just too much mess, chaos, corruption and blood in UMNO. How could we feel safe with such a regime? Pointing a finger on the morality of the opposition isn’t going to make UMNO look good simply because UMNO has become the Cancer Of Malaysia, We need to cut off this Cancer immediately. We are frustrated, UMNO’s days are numbered and You very well know this.

    I

  20. Dear Tun
Tun’s comments are again selective. The Senate in US is to protect states interest and each state gets 2 representative. I’m sure Tun is aware that the original role of Dewan Negara as intended by Reid Commission is to protect States interest. But BN has amended this part of the constitution until Federal Representation far exceeds States.

Tun again failed to mention that there are two houses in Congress which are Senate and House of Representatives. The constituencies in the House of Representatives are based on population.

In Malaysia gerrymandering does not only happens in Dewan Rakyat but also in Dewan Negara. This is due to te numerous amendments done to the Constitution by BN.

Tun, From your writings I can gather that you have great disdain for the rakyat and you do not rate the rakyats intelligence greatly. Tun used to mask this very cleverly when Tun was PM but now the insincerity is showing.

I hope when the results of the election are announced Tun will show a lit bit of respect to the rakyat’s choice but i doubt it.

    Salam Satu Malaysia

  21. Salam Tun

1-We all know that BN had been a great Govt before but after your departure and after Pak Lah’s tenure it is no longer seen to be as great. For me it has become boring.

2-Najib has indeed done a great recovery job and yes,had been working very hard to spend tons of money to capture the voters hearts. I think he is quite successful, because as usual money talks.

3-Thanks to the BN Malaysians have become a very spoilt lot and has become not so easy to please as their forefathers. But generally they are reasonable people.I believe I am.

4-My advise to Najib and the BN there is really more to gain by being positive about the Bersih3 or the sequels to come.Complaining customers should be welcomed. They complain because they care.

5-They could prefer to be nice like me just keep quiet letting the Govt think that everything is OK and then suddenly come PRU13 results hand BN the termination letter.

6-May be they are unjustified because they have been fed with all sort of rubbish from the alternative media but what is the harm of giving in to a little as a show of respect to the people.

7-Most of the guys in there, the rational ones are only demanding that all parties are given fair access to the mainstream media so that they can listen to both their candidates on a fair footing.

8-UMNO being a muslim dominated party which claim to be championing Islam must show the justice that Islam promote. Why is this such a difficult thing? The people are smart enough to decide which side is telling the truth so if BN is on the side of truth then don’t worry.

9-Truth shall prevail and falsehood vanish for falsehood is bound to vanish.God will be with the truthful party.

10-So why not win our hearts just before this elections by giving both the opposition and the incumbent equal airtime to convince us all like never been done before.

11-You’d be surprised at the goodwill votes BN would get due to this respect given us all.Bersih 4 will dwindle for sure.

    Thanks Tun

  22. Assalamu’alaikum Tun,

    terimakasih Tun

  23. Assalamualaikum,
You are absolutely right, talk is cheap. They can promise the people anything just to get to Putrajaya. After that we all know what will happen.

  24. Assalamualikum Tun

Rakyat Malaysia mulai sedar keadaan sebenar.

Jika benar Nik Aziz menghalalkan demonstrasi – ayuh rakyat Kelantan, Kedah & Pulau Pinang.

  25. Reminds me of a movie i saw. Power is a curiour thing. 3 greatmen sits in a room, a king, a priest and a richman. Between them stands a common sellsword. Each greatman bids the sellsword kills the other two. Who lives? who dies? Someone answered “depends on the sellsword!”. Does he? He has neither crown, gold nor favor with the gods. But he has the sword! the power of life and death. So if the swordman that rules, then why do we pretend that kings holds all the power?
The truth is Power resides where men believes it resides. Its an old trick….a shadow on the wall. Sometimes small men can cast big shadows.

  26. Tun,

You have focussed on the new phenomenon in politics in our beloved country.

Before the advent of this new tactic to gain political high ground in the pursuit of power, there were only 2 riots of note eg. the 1967 Penang riots when the island lost its tax free status suddenly and this turned the stakeholders into a frenzy. And the 1969 Kuala Lumpur riots which were gradually built-up over weeks before the General Elections. I was an eye-witness to these pre-election demonstrations which struck me as more than met the eye. It seemed there was some outside interference and agitation by taking cognizance of the fact that there was one riff-raff too many in the throngs.

Post-election maneuvers were that the MCA publicly announced at 2.30 p.m. on that fateful day that they had left the Alliance. But to the chagrin of the cognoscenti, the MCA was back in the fold by 10 p.m. the very same night. What a shame !

I have said it before and I say it once again that the Malaysian Chinese have no right to be involved in the Bersih-bersih demonstrations because not only are we treated the best of all as compared with Singapore, Hong Kong ( demonstrations began after the British left ), Taiwan, China and the rest of the World. In reality, the Malaysian Chinese have done comparatively well even though the political parties which claimed to represent them came up short dealing with common and harmless matters like vernacular schools, the Mandarin language, jobs, promotions, scholarships, licences etc.etc.

If these professional politicians do not keep the real statistics from the beginning of 1971, how to argue and negotiate for better advantage ?

Then, as comrades in the same political camp, it is also paramount to guard each others idiosyncracies from being vulnerable to attack from the ever vigilant detractors who are only too eager to takeover their cushy jobs.

It is obvious that the Bersih-bersih demonstrations is but one of the many tactics which were thought out to unsettle and eventually to dislodge the incumbents in power. The Malaysian Chinese should never be involved in such nonsense of running around in the streets by remembering that we have never taken such a step in opening up the Pandora’s Box from centuries ago. We can only safe-guard ourselves by being united and united with our fellow Malaysians. This is the only way.

Recent events perfectly illustrate the failings of the MCA to be a strong link in the defence chain of the BN arising from years of neglect of the potential threat of those who want their jobs badly. For MCA to revive, it has to re-dedicate itself to serve the community at large and work with the other communities in a self-less manner eschewing money which should not be synonymous with the Malaysian Chinese. This is a huge task ahead. And ad hoc measures no longer have any effect.

Despite of the cantankerous nature of Malaysian Chinese politics, yet the Malaysian Chinese have done generally well even though with handicaps.

For the Malaysian Chinese to take to the streets in support of Bersih-bersih, it is not the solution to a human problem. The solution is to back the strongest incumbent political party in the land and not the weakest who actually has to prove that it can deliver the goods – the realpolitik.

But if the Malaysian Chinese want to be the Prime Minister, run around the streets of Kuala Lumpur by all means. However, this is inadvisable and looks foolish. And as Malaysian Chinese, we should be more than what Confucius and Lao-tze enjoined us more than 2,500 years ago !

Who wants to elect a person who runs around the streets to be a Prime Minister ? Confucius and Lao-tze would definitely not approved.

There is no such record of such activity in any part of the world.

Would the Malaysian Chinese take such a gamble even the majority of them are not gamblers ?

The brains behind the Bersih-bersih demonstrations have the leeway in publicity and planning simply because the traditional attempts to raise a smoke-screen to cover up the thin veneer of support from the eyes of the general public were made to create the mind-etchng scenarios of brimstone and fire.

If the detractors are that strong, there is no need to show their beautiful muscles in the streets – let us all meet at the ballot box – the Malaysian way of democracy in a holistic civil society.

No Malaysian Spring for us in equable Malaysia ! And for the Malaysian Chinese, please vote for the strongest incumbent political party in the land.

  27. Dearest YAB Tun,

    WELL SAID Tun!

Some people are simply ignorant…and yet they claim that they are so well-informed in almost anything…

Kesian betul, sebab mereka ingat mereka pandai & berilmu, tapi hampas/kosong.

    Thanks Tun.

*** May Allah SWT bless Tun and family ***

  28. BERSIH 3 pt 2

    5. Sekian. Terima kasih dan salam sejahtera semua.

  29. Salam Tun,

No matter what happen, me and my family always love you. Thank you so much for your invaluable effort to the country’s development and keeps us Malaysian stay in peace during your time.

  30. YABhg Tun,

    ….Penang, Selangor, Kelantan, Kedah……???? Sapu..BERSIH by Opposition…

  31. Tun,

quoted from #9 … “If the Opposition fails to win at federal level, it is simply because the people chose not to support them with the required majority”

I think may be Tun a little bit outdated or did not read newspapers … for your info, 10 out of the 11 parliament seats in Kuala Lumpur won by the opposition …

but very strange … who is the Datuk Bandar of Kuala Lumpur? Is it supported by the majorities based on the votes?

    Haha

  32. Good morning YAB,

    10. I do not have anything to comment about this topic.

    11. If we are good, we will be rewarded.

    12. If we are ugly, we will be punished.

    13. There is no free lunch in this world.

    15. This loyalty cannot be bought with wealth nor political power via PAS and PKR.

    16. If BN component party presidents still trap in self-syiok hatred brought down by their own ego and superiority, they will become weaker and smaller as Malaysia economy is booming with or without them.

    17. By the way, donplaypuks, Dr Mahathir bin Mohamad is our Bapa Pemodenan.

    18. Tun Hussein Onn is our Bapa Pepaduan.

    19. Tunku Abdul Rahman is our Bapa Kemerdekaan.

    20. How will Tun Pak Lah be fitted into the category of our “Bapa” Negara, we should wait.

That’s all for this topic, good day, YAB.

  33. Dear Tun,

May you always be in good health.

    1. It is funny that Bersih and opposition parties accuse the Election Commission of gerrymandering. Not only have the oppositions won in major cities but they have also won in remote areas. In Kedah, for example, many seats in remote areas were taken by them in 2008 General Election.

    2. They do not mention their winnings in those areas when talking about gerrymandering. Mentioning their success in remote areas will nullify their claim.

    Denying 2/3 Majority

    3. In their 2008 election campaign, the oppositions pleaded voters to deny the 2/3 majority held by the then government. Obviously, they have achieved their goal. In 2008, Barisan Nasional failed to maintain the 2/3 majority.

    4. But why are they now claiming that they should have won the 2008 election? They further accused the Election Commission of being bias.

    5. ‘Denying 2/3 Majority’ is just a phrase used to deceive voters, especially those who were sitting on the fence. By voting for the oppositions, many thought they were just going to deny the 2/3 majority. They wanted Barisan Nasional to wake up and be more proactive. This was the sentiment echoed in offices and coffee shops back then.

    6. There was no confidence on the oppositions ruling the country.

    7. But voters were being misled by this slogan. Nobody would know how many seats the oppositions would win. Not until the results were announced. If every constituency voted for the oppositions, with the belief of ‘denying 2/3 majority’, the oppositions would in fact win the 2008 election.

    8. Sadly, not that enough voters fell into this trap. The oppositions won 5 states but no more than that. The results disappointed the architects of the slogan.

    Duduk & Bantah

    9. The same deception strategy was applied for Bersih 3. Witnessing the peaceful Bersih 2, many thought it was harmless to join Bersih 3 which carried the slogan of ‘Duduk & Bantah’. Some even brought their children along.

    10. But many were unaware of the danger of enormity. Not until after April 28. The chaos happened that day was the ultimate goal of the architects of the slogan ‘Duduk & Bantah’. Unlike Bersih 2, they have succeeded this time. They managed to project a bad picture of Malaysia to the world, in particular the current government.

(Many still think Bersih 2 was a successful rally. It was peaceful although it was against the law. However, Bersih 2 was not a success in the eyes of the planners. Nothing happened. No chaos. It was just businesses losing a day of sales which amounted to millions of Ringgit; which was not their concern. Somehow, the government received merit for the peaceful rally.)

    11. It adds one more justification to topple the government if they could not win the 13th General Election.

  34. Salam Tun,

    1. In that case, i have been lied to again by the government, because i was made to understand we operate on the basis of proportional representation. Apparently not.

    2. It is not nice discovering all these lies as i grow older. It makes one feel the system cannot be trusted and those who operate the system even more unreliable.

    3. It is not fair for a Malay government to punish and prohibit Malay business persons on grounds of religion yet allow “pendatang” and non-Malays licenses for all that is deemed “haram”. That is why neither UMNO nor PAS should be allowed to rule.

    4. For as long as this sort of Malays rule, Melayu akan senantiasa ketinggalan sehingga kucing bertanduk. There are exceptions to the rule, yes, but the rule is already unfair.

    5. And since we have the rule of law, the source of this unfairness is the law itself. I do not understand how my fellow professionals in this field of law can sleep soundly when it is crystal clear that the law itself is unsound to begin with. Maybe the lucrative rewards helps them sleep well.

    6. I think however in order to advance, first the laws must advance. Because the bast majority of people are law abiding. We will obey the law even if it is stupid.

    Thank You Tun

  35. Tun,

It is not fair comparing with the US as they have two houses with equal powers in legislature. I agree with your statement on the senate representation but in the house of representatives California is represented by 51 seats while Alaska is represented by only 1.

  36. Ke Hadapan Tun,
Saya ingin bertanya beberapa soalan kepada Tun. Harap Tun dapat menjawabnya jika jawapannya ada.

    1. Suatu masa dahulu Tun pernah menunaikan haji.

    Sekian ,Terima kasih

  37. Are you confused between the House of Representatives and the Senate, which together make up Congress in the USA?

California has over 50 members in the House of Representatives, where representation is determined by population in each state, with minimum of 1 per State. The Senate in the US is made up of 2 members from each State, regardless of population size.

    Dpp
we are all of 1 Race, the Human Race

  38. Salam Tun,

I totally agree with you on this. This is why the opposition in malaysia is weak. They lack substance.

But the problem is this, the people are living in hard times now due to the economic crisis. The previous government did not do anything to cushion the impact of the economic crisis. DS Najib and TS Muhyiddin are working really hard to revive the malaysian economy. Sadly, many people do not see this. Many malaysians, especially the kind that would participate in huge demonstration, are still childish. They focus on petty matters. And they do it maybe because it is the only way their voices can be heard.

When economy is bad, this thing will happen. So i can understand why government introduces many initiatives. But they need to work super fast. It is all about speed now. So, BN needs to ensure that their election candidates can and will deliver this.

  39. Dear Tun

  40. Tun

You are right in your explanation on the Government, political parties and the abuse of Government Authority because the political history of our beloved country goes back a long way past Merdeka – in fact many centuries past. A great country must have roots which grew out of a tiny seedling embedded in the sands of time.

The detractors strongly proposed and projected themselves as doing a better job in Government. To this day, we have yet to see, hear and read profound political arguments on the state of political health of our beloved country, Malaysia from either side – the nearest words were ‘ holistic civil society ‘ and a medieval word of 15th century Europe ‘
    renaissance ‘.

This pre-election jousting between different political parties, has conjoined with all sorts of issues concerning mainly the administrative aspects of Government especially in the handling of money, what used to be just a few hundred millions, has now ballooned into many billions of ringgits. No wonder our inflation index kept hitting the ceiling !

In our beloved country, it is ideological to hear words like normalcy, sanity, spend less money, etc at the present time.

Whoever are the incumbents in Government should be wary and be on their toes 24 hours of the day (provided they are in the country) that there are lots of chaps going after their cushy jobs without any compunction whatsoever.

It has suddenly dawn on all the citizens that politics is a worthwhile and noble profession with lots of low hanging fruits if you can find them in the secret garden ! All one needs is agility of mind and speech for the appropriate moment. Like a contractor, no permit or licence is required to be a politician. In certain countries, I would have joined this noble throng ! Come what may ! And in these countries, the smart chaps have conned the populace a whole life long with the Houdini type of smoke and mirrors and becoming multi-billionaires in the process ! You may not believe me but this is true. Fortunately, this has not happened in our beloved country yet, Tun !

If you look around, there are established political dynasties going on to the 3rd generation. Obviously, the business of politics is much enduring and resilient than a corporate empire which relies on more and more capital to keep up with the rivals. A corporate empire normally goes kaput by the 3rd generation. But right here in Malaysia, you see many political family dynasties not only blooming but also booming.

Hence, I appeal to the Malaysian Chinese who in generations past had always deeply respected the philosophical teachings of Confucius and Lao Tze, to think deeply and to think seriously in the present state of artificial dissatisfaction in the minds and hearts of the citizens, created by vested interests for a specific purpose which is to gain absolute power in the land. For what purpose, may I ask ?

I like to enlighten the interested citizens that from 2008, continuous attempts were made for them to wear pink glasses.

Unfortunately, since 2003, the incumbent poiiticians let down their guard in this strategic and diverse land – the witch’s cauldron kept on boiling as more and more toxic ingredients were added in to produce the perfect brew. Hence, you see the scenarios become more and more earth-shattering each time.

But fortunately, hang on to your seats ! At the moment, it is still a cast of a few thousands and not a few hundred thousands, reflecting the conservatism and cultural charactersitics of the land. We still hope the goodies will flow down the iron pyramid, sanely and normally !

This is why I say that the Malaysian Chinese have no reason to be involved with the Bersih-bersih. They should ask themselves seriously and truthfully – For what purpose ?

If they are going to be the next Prime Minister, then I would support them fully and say, ‘ Go ahead and demonstrate by all means. ‘ But politics is not as simplistic as this.

And who wants to support any person who riots in the street to be a Prime Minister ?

Please remember all Malaysian Chinese, the great philosopher Confucius spent his whole life enjoining the independent and brash Chinese to lead an orderly and civil life in that vast country.

No Bersih-bersih for us and all our compatriots ! And you can do this without being political !

  41. Dear Tun,

Bravo, Tun. Congratulations to you Tun for putting up such a sound, forceful and irresistible arguments.

I am now fully convinced that you should stand for this impending General election under barisan Nasional. Age is not an issue here. At least You should be made a senator and a senior Minister like Finance Minister or Home Minister. Your courage, experience and wisdom are useful to the people of Malaysia.

    amin tan

  45. YABhg CHEDET
    Salam Hormat

Kenapa SPRM Membisu Beribu-ribu Pengundi Hantu

    Maka kita kata,

Nampaknya CHEDET hamba pecacai angkat tahi SPRM lah!
