1. Kerajaan bercadang untuk menghapuskan Akta Hasutan dan menggantinya dengan Akta Harmoni dan Akta Uniti.
2. Kita sudah pun mansuh ISA dan Akta bagi membuang daerah penjenayah bersiri. Kita lihat kesan dari pemansuhan kedua-dua Akta ini ialah peningkatan berbagai jenis jenayah. Tetapi hasutan walaupun ada dilakukan tetapi tidak melampaui batas.
3. Apabila Akta Hasutan digugur maka rakyat Malaysia akan bebas menghasut. Kedua-dua akta baru berkenaan dengan harmoni dan uniti tidak akan menghalang hasutan yang akan berlaku.
4. Rakyat akan menerima berbagai-bagai hasutan, termasuk hasutan untuk meminda perlembagaan Malaysia. Tidaklah mustahil mereka akan menghasut supaya institusi raja juga dihapuskan.
5. Di Thailand ada undang-undang “Les Mejeste” yang melarang sebarang cemuhan terhadap raja dan institusi raja. Tetapi di Malaysia undang-undang ini tidak ada.
6. Pelampau di kalangan rakyat bebas mengkritik raja dan sistem beraja secara terbuka dan akhirnya membuat desakan supaya institusi raja dihapuskan. Tidak ada undang-undang yang boleh menahan mereka setelah ISA dan Akta Hasutan dimansuh.
7. Ramai mungkin yang akan marah terhadap hasutan untuk menghapuskan sistem beraja. Tetapi kerana hasutan dibenar mereka yang berminat untuk mendiri Republik Malaysia berhak dan bebas untuk meneruskan kempen mereka.
8. Kemungkinan ialah huru-hara akan berlaku dalam negara. Inilah kesan dari sikap liberal yang kita agungkan sekarang.

Your notion of national dialogue to abolish Sedition Act by some opposition inclined person like yourself for things like the XXX Movie of a person named Anwar Ibrahim and Saiful Bahari sodomization case (both are under trial) are very much understood. Of course, now some supporters of Lim Kit Siang of DAP and some supporters of Hadi Awang of PAS when they did these national dialogue, they have some great conclusions. With the barrage of moral national dialogues about Anwar Ibrahim circulating around, that PKR leader would be out of the equation when selecting the Prime Minister if Pakatan Rakyat won the election. As much as when the passed Karpal Singh discussed this national dialogue on Anwar Ibrahim in the parliament to the extent that became the point for sacking Anwar , I think you too support these types of National Dialogues , not know as slanders.

So the case of Minister from Sabah who would want to have an incinerator in Malaysia, for me, as much as yourself, I agree that the incinerator projec should be viable. Here is one intimidating and provoking headline in a pro-Opposition Blog, ‘ Muhyiddin is right, we are moving towards ‘racial’ conflict says Isma.’
This point was taken out of context and the conflict as mentioned is created by the religious fakes of the DAP because they had to please those foreigners who placed their money and faith in them for 48 years and the DAP always lost.
Whatever conflict if any is NOT RACIAL but fanned up through religion by these so-called religious fakes which are of recent creation of not more than 10 years. The majority of the Malays and the non-Malays go about their daily lives working and getting income for their livelihood.
It is this lot of minority elected representatives who went on and on since they lost the 13th General Elections through their own lack of brain-power which includes their foreign patron. Who is to blame but themselves ?
These DAP folks are so used to opposing everything that is proposed for the Rakyat’s ease of effort, they do not seem how to govern as shown at least in two States, Pulau Pinang and Selangor. They could only ape the failed State of Singapore. I remember vividly the DAP protested against the improvement of the Puchong-Sungei Buloh Highway.
These DAP recalcitrants on the one hand whipped up the emotions and sentiments of their ignorant and ill-informed followers using religion as the forum or platform to do the trick. We can identify these Government paid nit-pickers to not more than the total elected representatives of the DAP.

Di kampong saya dahulu ramai anak2 Cina yang diambil oleh keluarga Melayu sebagai anak angkat sebab ibu-bapa anak2 Cina ini sibuk bekerja untuk mengkayakan diri mereka, sedangkan ada kaum Melayu yang juga miskin sibuk membesarkan anak2 angkat Cina.. Sekarang bila keturunan2 mereka sudah kaya-raya, boleh pula mereka mengatakan yang kaum Melayu yang pernah menunjukkan rasa belas ehsan terhadap mereka sebagai rasis dan tidak boleh bertolak-ansur dengan kaum bukan Melayu. Memang dasar kaum yang tidak mengenang budi. ”Ibarat menolong anjing tersepit…”
4. HBT456 juga sudah mula mengatakan (menghasut) yang UMNO bertindak macam komunis dalam kepimpinan/pemerintahan mereka. Mungkin beliau mahu orang ramai percaya yang DAP bukan parti yang simpati terhadap ketua komunis Chin Peng dan juga komunis2 yang lain. Bukan main lagi DAP dan Pembangkang menyanjung Chin Peng komunis. HBT456 tahu orang Melayu benci komunis; jadi kena kaitkan UMNO dengan komunis supaya Melayu bencikan UMNO.

Kalau ada yang kutuk tu pun boleh kira dengan jari.Yang depa lapur ialah kata2 pembangkang duk mencaci kerajaan Malaysia. Ada seorang pemimpin pembangkang suka sangat cerita keburukan Malaysia di luar negara. Apalah kebaikan yang dia dapati untuk partinya atau dirinya sendiri . Adakah Malaysia mendapat kebaikan sebeini? Ingatlah berapa ramai pemimpinyang dinaikkan oleh Amerika dan kuncu2nya berakhir dengan pengkianatan dari Amerika dan kuncu2nya sendiri. Part pembangkang mempunyai jentera sokongan yang lebih hebat dari BN. Majlis Peguam, NGO2, portal2 akhbar seperti Malaysiakini, Malaysiainsider kebanyakannya kerja2 depa asyik membantah atau memburuk kerajaan. Depa tak buat kerja yang sebenarnya misalnya seorang reporter hanya perlu report dengan adil . Hendaklah berkecuali, Majlis Peguam nama saja peguam tapi berat sebelah kat pembangkang. Peguam apa tu? Peguam bela ka? Juga jangan lupa kakitangan kerajaqn ramai yang sebenar kakitangan pembangkang yang dibayar gaji oleh kerajaan BN.

Adakah kajian pilihanraya merupakan satu kajian berimpak tinggi yang dikenalpasti dalam program halatuju Universiti Malaya nak dapat world ranking top 100? Saya chek world ranking tahun ni tak dak nama Universiti Malaya? Mungkin kena tanya para Profesor.Dulu kata world ranking tak penting. Germany pun tak masuk. Tapi sekarang saya chek ada juga universiti Germany. Betul ka?Minngu ni, bolasepak World Cup pun Germany dah masuk semifinal.
Banyak kajian orang Sains Sosial boleh buat. Kajian sikap penggguna yang menyebabkan kesasakan lalulintas di Kuala Lumpur berhampiran Universiti Malaya dan cara mengatasinya dah ok? Kajian ragut dan kaedah membanteras sekitar Petaling Jaya dah buat selesai? Kajaian kemiskinan di Kampung Kerinci dah selesai? Tu baru cerita kajian sosiologi di kawasa berhampiran Universiti Malaysa saja. Malaysia luas banyak bahan kajian boleh dilakukan. Takkan tuan2 Profesor nak buat kajian soalselidik pengundi di Kajang ?
Di negara maju kebanyakan kajian ini akan dilakukan sendiri oleh parti politik. Kadang2 parti politik upah syarikat buat kajian untuk depa,. Universiti Malaya tak payah la buat kajian ini ya?Buat habis beras aja. Hanya memecah belah rakyat Malaysia saja. Menganngu tumpuan pelajar2 hang pa sendiri . Suruh student hang pa baca buku betul2. Jangan biarkan student berpuak2. Cukupla dengan puak Kelate . Ini pula nak student berparti pula. Parti joget pun tak boleh tau. Suruh depa baca buku . Banyak yang menganggur la ni. Ibubapa susah hati. Belajaq tinggi, kerja kerani rendah saja. Profesor saja gaji tinggi.
Jangan duk import pelajar dan pensyarah luar negara untuk menghasilkan penyelidikan berimpak tinggi. Sikit2 boleh la. Hang pa la kena buat sendiri dengan membimibing anak2 tempatan. Anak2 tempatan waris hangpa , bakal ganti hang pa. Kena latih depa betui2 sebelum hang pa pencen.
2. Adakah mengubah2 dasar/akta akan mengembalikan sokongan rakyat kepada BN?

Jawapannya TIDAK. Adakah seorang jurutera, akauntan dan doktor yang berpengalaman akan terus kekal dengan majikan sama. Tak ramai kecuali kalau kakitangan kerajaan sebab dapat imbuhan banyak rehat kot.
Adakah orang kaya akan terus puas hati dengan kekayaannya. Tidak kot kecuali orang beriman. Lebai PAS ramai yang dah kaya melalui Dasar Ekonomi Baru pun nak jadi kaya lagi. Tak cukup.Yang miskin apa tah lagi.
Apa boleh buat dunia dunia.PAS pun parti politik saja bukan badan dakwah. Harapkabn Leabi PAS dakwah DAP tapi sebaliknya pula berlaku. Dunia dunia.
3. Apa BN perlu buat?

Berulangkali saya bagitahu dulu,kini dan selamanya. BN hanya boleh kuat jika Melayu dan bumi yang lain bersatu. Bawa PAS masuk dalam BN. Orang bumi dalam PKR suruh pilih masuk UMNO atau PAS. Bila semua bumi bersatu maka kaum bukan bumi TIADA pilihan kecuali sokong BN. HANCUR DAP!!!!!
Pi tanya PAS apa syarat dia nak untuk masuk BN. Berbincang dan berkompromi sebelum Malaysia jadi padang jarak padang terkukur.Sekarang ni DAP dah naik tocang sebab Lebai PAS bagi tocang. Lebai PAS sedar tapi buat2 tak tau. Ramai kaum bukan bumi terang2 menentang kerajaan sebab depa dapat selindung belakang ilmu kebal Lebai PAS. La ni Lebai PAS bukan lagi nak perjuang Islam kot tapi perjuang parti.
3. Apa PAS perlu buat?

Wahai Lebai PAS: Katakanlah perkara yang benar. Jangan pusing2, jangan belit2. Islam itu agama yang jelas.Perangai hangpa tu banyak ada cerita dalam AlQuran juga. Jangan duk cerita bagi sedap hati penyokong. Jangan duk asyik cerita perjanjian Hudaibiyah tanpa memeriksa mendalam apa yang mencetuskan perjanjian itu dan juga apa isi yang sebenarnya dalam perjanjian itu.
Jangan lupa ayat ini jika kamu betul2 mengaku kamu golongan beriman…..Baca perlahan2 dan fahami betul2.

No! I do not intent to shut you or anyone up. I only hope you can use your knowledge and experience to help advise others but dont condemn and compare. The main reason I am here is because I appreciate and admire Tun Dr.M and I think he stand as himself and should not be compare with someone else or need any apple-polishing. I know he done great things for Malaysia and its people. I only see Tun as a Great Malaysian Man not by race or religion or political party or position. No, I dont think older people should die first but I only think older people should be peaceful and letting go of worldly things and ego.
Your research are not reality, it is just collection of your personal experience and happening like being cheated or con or successes or something you read and realised. Reality are things that everyone knows or have the same experience. Example of reality “Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia” This is something no one can dispute. My appreciation and admiration of Tun Dr.M is only my personal experience and knowledge. I do not consider it as a reality. Like you said, accusation are also a non-reality. Those that think or recommend BN should do this or do that are also non-reality as each have different needs and intentions. Once someone recognise what is reality and what is opinion or a wish life can be less stressful.
To contribute is to give “gifts” and happily giving gift should not come with the need to be appreciated or have hidden intention. Tun is such someone that dont talk much of what he achieved or fail. He just contribute his best.

I thank Sir O’Ballance once again for giving me the opportunity to compare on even ground between the self-proclaimed brilliant Lee Kuan Yew with his 20 failed Policies for Singapore and our popular Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, who is a great Statesman of Asia and the World and a MALAY.
I have a sneaky feeling Sir O’Balance that you want to shut me up for revealing the glaring weakness of your super-hero, the brilliant Lee Kuan Yew. Good I like to debate on your favourite topic with you.
On the one hand, I have enumeerated all the Failed Policies of the brilliant Lee Kuan Yew. There is no doubt about his brilliance in his Star Double First Law degree from Cambridge. When I began to research into his deeds and at that time when I had an equivocal view of him, I found that there were already 7 Failed Policies from him. And of yesterday, this number has increased to 20 Failed Policies. For those who still disbelief my findings, please refer to the references which I have quoted from independent sources outside of Malaysia. Your brilliant hero has failed as a statesman who is now found to be a giant with feet of clay.
And as for our Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, he was heaped with insults and abuse by the very people who became very rich because of him and used him as a platform for their failed ambitions. How much more power and money do this people want ? And poor Chinamen in rags who became multi-billionaires because of our Tun in the general interest of our economy, became ungrateful and stupid and turned against him because they wanted more. THIS WAS THE SITUATION WHEN I TURNED UP ON THIS BLOG, Sir O’Balance !

These losses are very small if discounted over 22 years in accountancy terms. HOW DO THESE LOSSES COMPARE WITH A SINGLE GIGANTIC LOSS OF SOVEREIGN (CPF Trustee money) US$ 108 BILLIONS FROM A SINGLE PUNT ON WALL STREET BY THE FINEST BRAINS IN MERITOCRATIC SINGAPORE. When our beloved Tun asked me where I came from after I had not seen him for decades, I mentioned I was born in a certain place. He nearly fell off his chair. If you look at me, I am dressed exactly like you and speak like you too, Malaysian English. You feel you are inferiort but please do not feel this way. If you noticed my comments, I never asked for titles, favours or money. I am exceedingly happy with my Malay friends and my family. You think law and system can prevent or stop people from doing things. There are already laws against murder, rape, rob and etc.. but people are still doing it. USA created “human-rights” law but when they want to attack Iraq because someone dislike their leader or want to steal their oil they use other means like WMD and Iraqi Kurdistan issues to go to war. People like you and me dol not rob or rape not because of laws. We dont do it because “WE JUST DONT DO IT” regardless there are law or no law.
If Malaysia can/will become a Republic sooner or later it will happen, whether there are laws to prevent it or not, there will be a time when someone will be smart to overcome that law. Thailand politicians tried to stay in power but at the end they still lose. Is it because of human law or it is because of human nature?
Every nation systems and religious teaching talk about righteousness but in reality it is someone that can learn and understand human imperfection that matters. Going to Mosques, Temples or Churches is not to see or learn perfection but rather to understand imperfection. The same can be said about politics. Understanding is not only knowingness it must come with mindfulness too.

I dont think i can inveigled your mind and i dont want to do that too. It does not matter my english is pukka or pakka or akkup what is important is you understand what i am trying to say but your ego stop you from realising reality. Getting old is a natural phenomena and we should be getting there gracefully and peacefully. I appreciate what you have done for Malaysia and for the Malays but you are old now why still grip-on so hard on past deeds, righteousness, and your opinion. You should be happy for things you have done and then stop thinking about it.
If Singapore is a devil country so be it, they can do anything but if Malaysia is strong there should not be fear. If LKY is an idiot with 19 millions mistakes let him be why compare. I am not saying you are looking down or up on people, I only say be less opinionated. I dont dislike you, as a matter of fact i actually like what you write but i pity you for holding-on. If I may say this, please learn to accept changes and other people opinion or ways. Since my mind has been inveigled by Sir O’Balance ( because of his pukka English ), I SUDDENLY REALISE THAT THE BRILLIANT LEE KUAN YEW HAS 19 FAILED POLICIES FOR SINGAPORE, NOT 18 ! The 19th Failed Policy was the LEGAL TRANSFER OF THE CPF TRUST MONEY FROM THE CPF TO THE COFFERS OF THE SINGAPORE GOVERNMENT AND THE TRUST MONEY INVESTED INTO INSTITUTIONS OF LESSER STANDING THAN THE SINGAPORE GOVERNMENT With such an act, no doubt there would be handsome returns if the timing is right. But the exposure of Trust money which became Sovereign money to the hoi-polloi of Wall Street and the World, raised all sorts of questions as to the weakness of the human flesh like flattery etc to get at this money. The first result could be seen in the October 2008 caper of the dysfunctional meritocratic pyramid with the smartest fellow on top ! The rest is now history which I discern as like the Dutch boy with his little finger stuck in a small hole in the dam wall preventing the Atlantic from bursting through. Tindakan untuk mansuhkan Akta Hasutan adalah tindakan BUNUH DIRI dalam konteks politik. Nampaknya mudah sangatlah Pembangkang untuk menumbangkan BN pada PRU-14, sebab penyokomg2 BN/UMNO pun sudah bosan/fed-up dengan tindakan2 PM dan ahli kabinet/penasihat2 yang masih lagi memenuhi tuntutan2 Pembangkang yang merugikan/menyusahkan majoriti rakyat. Tidak ada asas kukuh bagi Kerajaan untuk mendengar hasutan2 Pembangkang yang memang sukakan negara menjadi huru-hara; jika negara aman-damai, mereka tiada modal untuk menghentam Kerajaan.
Kenapalah PM Ah Jib Gor masih tidak faham2 akan agenda tersirat Pembangkang; inilah masaalahnya jika ada PM yang tidak boleh berfikir sendiri; penasihat2 pula ibarat ”musang berbulu ayam”; draf RUU untuk mengganti Akta Hasutan pula khabarnya disediakan oleh pihak yang pro-Pembangkang. Alahai..malang sungguh nasib kami yang mengundi BN/UMNO pada PRU yg lepas.
Tapi apa nak buat kerana sekarang ini ’zaman Kerajaan tahu semua sudah berakhir’ (selepas Tun M meletak jawatan), dan kita cuma ada ’Kerajaan SERBA TIDAK TAHU’ dengan PM yang ’blur’ & serba tidak tahu, liberal, lemah dan juga tidak ada keyakinan yang tinggi dalam menguatkuasakan banyak akta2 penting.

My view of the Malays all these years is that they are as normal as anyone else and are able to do great things like your goodself Tun and your predecessors if only they do normal things like everyone else. They did not realise the good fortune that our beloved Malaysia is blessed WITH A WORLD’S BEST RELIGION, A WORLD’S BEST CONSTITUTION AND CONSTITUTIONAL MONARCHY WITH A FULL SUPPORTING CAST OF ROYAL SULTANS, A PRACTICAL SYSTEM OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, AND THE CONSTANT AND INSIDIOUS AND CUNNING PHANTOMS WHICH ARE ALWAYS AROUND TO SEDUCE AND MISLEAD THEM ! But it is to the better qualities of the Malays that the non-Mlalays also thrive on this beloved land. AND A VOCAL MINORITY ARE BUSILY TRYING TO INSTIGATE AND TO DESTROY WHAT YOU AND YOUR PREDECESSORS HAVE BUILT BEFORE 2003. They will only suffer for their own insouciance.
IT IS THE ORGANISATION OF THE MALAYS WHICH WILL MAKE THE MALAYS GREAT. AND YOU HAVE ALREADY DONE MOST OF IT. But instead of garnering the best from the Western World, SIME DARBY BECAME A MONEY BAG FOR LOCAL AND FOREIGN CHARITIES !
However, it is not too late. In fact what happened in the recent past may well be the harbinger of the good times to come for us Malaysians as long as we are forewarned by you Tun. 4. Pendedahan mantan Ketua Hakim Negara memberi indikasi bahawa sistem keadilan kita kini sedang dimanipulasi secara agresif dan akan di-hijack oleh pihak tertentu untuk di bawa ke satu destinasi yang akan hancurkan orang Melayu.
5. Manakala, pihak yang telah digaji oleh kerajaan dan pembayar cukai tidak pula buat kerja dengan baik. Contohnya kalau kita buat carian untuk ‘Akta Hasutan 1948’ dari web rasmi Jabatan Penerangan Malaysia atau Jabatan Kehakiman di kehakiman.gov.my kita tidak akan temui apa-apa hasil mengenainya.
6. Hampir semua website rasmi kerajaan beroperasi seolah-olah jentera yang tidak bertuan tapi berhantu. Impotensi dan kecurangan bercampur-gaul di dalam kandungan.
7. Sememangnya kerajaan yang ada telah dipulas tangannya dan kini menyerah kepada de facto “Menteri Propaganda” yang pakar mencuri liputan meluas dan simpati media antarabangsa. Rakyat yang dahaga berita terkini beralih kepada portal anasir subversif seperti MalaysiakinKi dan Harukah untuk maklumat. Portal berita jabatan kerajaan sudah tak hidup, lunyai dan basi.

3. US$ 108 Billions of CPF Trust money (Malaysia’s foreign reserves about US$ 130 Billions) was lost on Wall Street by the dysfunctional meritocratic pyramid with the smartes fellow on top. Vide. TREMERITUS.
4. Humanity and Multi-culturalism never practised. In the early 1970s so many places of worship were destroyed that a buddy had to ask the Boss to go slow. Vide. Channelnewsasia. The Curry Smell Tribunal. The 188 bus drivers strike. The toilet fights. The Little India riot, The Rex Cinemas sit-in etc.
5. A perfunctory Judiciary which is well-known the World over. Vide. Chee. Tan Koon Swan. Australian, German, Malaysian drug mules. Dr Woffles Wu. Shaw – if the Police stopped at one, he would not be charged. But they stopped at 51 ! Poor girl !

11. The Little India Riot and the Rex Cinemas sit-in – a complete failure in the management of poor foreign workers.
12. A full fledged military of 300,000 reservists, aging Gurkha guards, F-35, AWACS, Apaches, 9 submarines, corvettes, rusting tanks, S$2 billions water strategic reserve, secret caverns, bomb-proofed buildings, spies, etc against neighbours who never raised a tiny finger in anger.
13. The proposed TPPA created by Singapore in her early 21st century doldrums and launched in 2006 with the specific task of using the great United States as the battering ram to open the closed door of the Malaysian market.. Malaysia dies. Singapore lives.
14. The complete failure of the MERITOCRATIC PYRAMID with the smartest fellow on top. A smart and cunning method to enslave the 99% of the populace through un-achievable academic qualifications for the majority. Vide. Channelnewsasia 2013. Two Singaporean Ministers announced that in future applicants for jobs and promotions will not be considered only on academic qualifications but also on their hidden talents as well.
15. The focus on only the achievements based on monetary terms has now led to the absurd seduction of multi-billionaires to live in Singapore to bolster the annual GDP !
16. The life-long ambition of the brilliant Lee Kuan Yew to conquer and control Malaysia through proxies because Singapore has no natural resources of any kind by taking a leaf out of the strategy of the thrust of the Japaness Imperial Army in 1941 down the Malay Peninsula.
17. The CLOB was eventully clobbered in 2000.
18. The brilliant Lee Kuan Yew attained power in 1959. He is still there – 55 years later and more !

Telah terlalu banyak hasutan-hasutan telah berlaku yang telah menyebabkan keadaan sentiasa didalam ketegangan dan huru hara sehingga kini. Keadaan yang sentiasa tegang dan huru hara menjadi pemangkin kepada kejadian2 jenayah dinegara. Ini menambahkan lagi keadaan huru hara. Antaranya hasutan-hasutan besar yang telah membawa kepada keadaan huru hara negara adalah seperti;
– Hasutan-hasutan yang mengatakan PRU13 adalah penipuan dengan isu 40,000 orang Bangladesh sebagai pengundi, penipuan pengiraan undi dengan cara black-out dan sebagainya. Hasutan2 disebarkan di perhimpunan besar puak2 ini stadium Petaling Jaya.
– Hasutan-hasutan berlakunya diskriminasi ugama terhadap kaum bukan Islam dalam agenda puak2 ini untuk menghuru harakan negara dengan mengusul untuk menggunakan kalimah Allah didalam bible dan makalah mereka.
– hasutan-hasutan mengatakan polis dan menterinya bertindak sebagai gangster dalam menangani kes2 jenayah walaupun tindakan tersebut perlu.
– hasutan-hasutan mengatakan jabatan kerajaan adalah “anjing” kepada parti yang memerintah.
– Hasutan supaya dibubarkan Rejimen Askar Melayu Diraja
Bermacam2 jenis hasutan dan penghinaan telah disebarkan. Keadaan demikian adalah sama seperti didalam keadaan pada tahun 1948 dahulu yang membawa kepada huruhara dan darurat selama 12 tahun. Cuma kali ini modus operandi yang berbeza.
Selepas berpuluh2 isu hasutan yang telah menghuru harakan negara sehingga kini, adalah kurang waras sekiranya Akta Hasutan dan Akta ISA dimansuhkan. Jika diteliti kepada keadaan dan sikap kaum2 dinegara ini sekarang, benar seperti diperkata oleh Tun, pemansuhan Akta Hasutan dan Akta ISA hanya akan membawa kepada lebih huru hara negara.

Saya tak kisah samada apa yang Tun tulis ini telah diperincikan atau tidak. Tetapi respon dari kerajaan perlulah cepat dan berkesan supaya penjelasan sampai terus kepada rakyat bawahan.
Kita menceritakan mengenai dunia internet. Selagi kerajaan lambat bertindak dalam menjelaskan apa yang dilakukan maka rakyat yang menyokong kerjaan juga akan semakin terpinga pinga dengan apa yang kerajaan buat hari demi hari.
Saya mungkin percaya jika dikatakan bahawa Dato Najib tak dapat berfikir sendiri dan bergantung pada penasihat.
Jika tak salah lihatlah bagaimana isu kangkung timbul dan apa jawapan Dato Najib.
Dato Najib mungkin seorang yang prihatin, tetapi Dato Najib bukan dari kalangan rakyat yang hidup susah. Dato Najib hidup dalam kemewahan sebagai anak Perdana Menteri.
Lihatlah juga bagaimana penasihat begitu bersungguh sungguh menggambarkan kemesraan dalam keluarga Dato Najib. Bagi menunjukkan Dato Laki mithali.
Sedangkan dalam keluarga Melayu biasa biasa, ayah garang tu biasalah. Mungkin orang bandar dah moden kena tunjuk pada semua orang keluarga aman bahagia.
Seperti pepatah Melayu berkata sayang anak tangan tangankan, sayang bini tinggal tinggalkan.
Pada saya banyak tak kena cara Dato Najib dinasihati demi populariti.
Kembali pada isu internet, akta internet juga antara perlu, tetapi dalam dunia maya ‘akidah/pegangan’ perlu diadakan.
Ini tiada dalam perancangan kerajaan nampaknya. Jadi buatlah perubahan macam macam, namun undi mungkin tiada kerana ini zaman alam maya. Zaman fitnah adalah benar.

For anything to be created it is a phenomena
For anything that were created and to be diminish or disappear is also a phenomena
If the world contain “X” amount of money, those money cannot disappear it just exchange hands or pockets or accounts.
If one bank collapse, another will be created or make more profit.
If one rich man goes bankrupt, another man will become rich.
There is nothing wrong with bank going down or bankrupt as a matter of fact it is good. Why good? So that others can have a chance to experience being rich or important or powerful.
The most important is as human living on this planet, we just live life as it is and complain less appreciate more and lastly dont expect to live forever.
There is also nothing wrong for others to rule the country too, maybe these younger generation can produce something that the older generation over-see. Anyway the older generation are “OLD” and not much time to spare. The older generation should trust the younger generation as environment change, people change and needs change too and it is called evolution. Things not necessary be the same, even the Malaysian weather change and change can be good if taken the rightful angle and reasons. The older generation were once young too and they received the trust from the generation before them . Why cant these current older or elder give trust to the younger leaders.
As an experience and distinguished man, why narrow the mind and eyes to only see what you wanted to see or the way you think it is right. There are others that are smart and sharp too, why not give them a chance like you were given once by someone.

Within a matter of days after the tabling of the 3 proposed Bills on Unity and Harmony in the Dewan Rakyat, I was faced with the following headlines in the naive, hospitable and friendly New Straits Times like us Malaysians, naive, hospitable and friendly. If we recall, a hard-core PAP cadre was sittiing on the Chief Editor’s chair with a luscious Sime Darby contract on his lap to keep him comfortable in the hot and humid Ulus. The headlines.’ WE CAN BE CAVIAR KINGS; ‘ ‘ GOVT TO BOOST BIRTH RATE; ‘ ‘ WHY DON’T WE TURN GOLF COURSES INTO PARKS;’ The details in the reporting are even more fancy than the headlines. I THOUGHT I AM IN FANTASY LAND !
Let us all loyal and disitinguished Malaysians consider the Bills for Unity and Harmony on a down to earth basis.
The basis is that there is the existing Sedition Act which has served the Nation well since its promulgation in 1948. Why replace it by Bills to promote HARMONY AND UNITY ? Is the majority responding to the call of the minority ? Western Democracy is not practised this way since the founding of the Mother of all Parliaments in Britain. I could only hazard a guess that the distinguished and loyal members of the Council for Unity and Harmony, presumably they all agreed with no quarrel, is responsible for this turn of events. THE CREATION OF TROUBLE WHEN THERE IS NO TROUBLE. I note the members do not come from all walks of life with a distinguished record but of civil servants, distinguished politicians, liberals, frogs and apple polishers etc. This realization of the lack of clout concerning something which should not be debated at all, gave me a very funny feelling in my stomach. HAVE WE SOLD OUR GRANDMOTHERS DOWN RIVER AGAIN FOR FREE LIKE AFTER 2003 ? HAVE WE GOT ANY CONSCIENCE AT ALL TO THOSE WHO SERVED US WELL IN THE PAST AND THOSE TO COME IN THE FUTURE ? In other words, have these distinguished members of the Council experienced what our beloved Tun, myself and the millions of Malaysians experienced right back to the time they were born. A highlight was the RIOTS OF 13 May 1969.
Please note, ladies and gentlemen, THE RIOTS OF 1969 HAPPENED WITH BOTH THE ISA AND THE SEDITION ACTS IN FULL OPERATION and yet it happened. Therefore, the nub of the reason could NOT CONTAINED EVEN BY THE ISA AND THE SEDITION ACT. You ask those who created and participated in these Riots, ladies and gentlemen. They are still very much alive and around !
As our beloved Tun cautioned, and I say we are LITERALLY SHOOTING OURSELVES IN THE FOOT WITH SUCH LIGHT-WEIGHTED BILLS ! Why ?
1. NO GOVERNMENT ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD PROMULGATES BILLS TO UNIFY AND HARMONISE A COUNTRY. We just look at the Nations in turmoil around the World. IT IS THE GOVERNMENT WHICH ENCOURAGES ITS CITIZENS TO KISS EACH OTHER OTHER THE ONES IN NORMALITY. This is the Government’s responsibility.
2. NOWADAYS IN THE WORLD OF ANTI-TERRORISM, EVERY GOVERNMENT TIGHTENS THEIR HOMELAND SECURITY WITH MEASURES MORE STRINGENT THAN THE ISA. They did not do anything to pander to the wishes of OUTISDERS OR MINORITIES. These should mind their own business. As soon as the ISA was repealed, there were 4 parang waving gangsters running past my door-step and the bank across the way was robbed. EVERY GOVERNMENT OF THE DAY HAS THE SIGNAL RESPONSIBILITY OF SAFEGUARDING THE SECURITY OF ITS CITIZENS.
3. IF THE BILLS ARE MEANT TO PROMOTE MERITOCRACY, THEN IT IS A PIPE-DREAM. Even the World Class Republic of Singapore has found that at the end of the day, when the brain-cells of its brilliant leaders aged, it is the END OF A PIPE DREAM. In 2013, two Ministers of the Singapore Government that in future, promotions and jobs would be based not only on academic qualifications but also on the hidden talents. This UNDERSCORES THE FAILURE OF GENIUS OR MEERITOCRACY. No one in the World practices this nonsense except that guy who happened to the this Star Double First Law Degree from the University of Cambridge. He is now having to account for his 18 POLICY FAILURES FOR SINGAPORE ! Meritocracy is a smart and cunning device to enslave 99% of the population based on a piece of paper because only one person can be numero uno ! Stupid !

Assalamualaikum. Memang saya tak puas hati dengan kepimpinan sekarang – apa perubahan drastik yang kita dapat – kalau saya boleh bagi markah, setakat 20% (Pak Lah – negatif). Sampai bila DS Najib perlu memenuhi permintaan pembangkang yang nak memecah belahkan rakyat. Saya menyokong tulisan Pn Hajar, mengapa DS Najib tidak mahu memenuhi permintaan kami yang menyokong BN. Pentadbiran amat lemah. Penguatkuasaan tiada gigi. Sehingga kini, saya masih menunggu MB di beberapa negeri ditukar .
PS : Pendedahan berani Utusan Malaysia perlu diteruskan. Saya adah bosan baca usaha untuk memburukkan pembangkang tapi tak ada hasil.

We have long concluded that najib himself is a liberal. Too many hints & too many sign we have observed. All the threats to bumi right cannot happen without his blessing.

while those who deserted him during pru 13 were blessed with their demands being entertained. mca & gerakan were rewarded with six posts in the cabinet. had the chinese been serious with their meritocracy policy they would have been ashamed to take the post.
there is no way to get rid of this guy. you believe in democracy tun, do u think such exist in the PAU where all the perwakilan can be bought? I think u urself had faced this during paklah’s time. the last PAU witnessed all his henchman being appointed in strategic position in umno. None of those we consider “kuat melayu” won. Your son lost the battle too. and so a liberal would always appoint liberals to run his government. we are witnessing the results now.
For this he would witness a total rejection from the malay in the next pru. does he think all the goverment servants support BN ? at least 30% of them will openly declare supporting the opposition.
and people like us who are none government servant and the rest, does he think we would support him with his liberal mentality? One cannot change their mentality so easily, it is often embedded, molded since childhood, and thus need to be removed, him and his liberals ministers and friends if umno ever wish for our supports again. if not then so be it.
if he think he can still win this election then go ahead. this time we wont come to his aid. we have long graduated since his last acting in the PAU. will he now hold the keris and mention his daddy’s name this time? nothing will change our mind now.
should pas leave the opposition coalition, we would show najib this. should isma becomes a party we would show him this. if neither happens, we still wont vote for his government.
to us the malays the si kitol of bangsa & agama is now at the highest hierarchy in the goverment.

2. Saya tidak berharap akan dijemput oleh kereta Polis, digari dan dibawa ke balai untuk diambil keterangan kerana tulisan saya di blog Tun yang menghentam PM dan seorang Menteri yang maha berkuasa.
3. Mungkin saya terlebih emosi bila menghantar komen. Tetapi, begitulah ‘passion’ dan kekaguman saya terhadap tulisan serta pemikiran Tun hingga saya sering sukar kawal minda sedang jari mengetik kibod lalu meninggalkan jejak-jejak yang penuh bermakna untuk dikutip oleh MCMC.

Saya mencatitkan penjelasan Syeikh Sa’id Hawwa berkenaan bagaimana menentang pemerintah yang menyeleweng kerana penjelasan itu mirip kepada bagaimana perjalanan blog chedet ini menuju pada permulaan 2008.
Pendapat ini didapati dari keluaran majalah al-ustaz yang membincangkan mengenai al mahdi, di mana pengerusi al-ustaz adalah ustaz Zahazan.
Sesuatu yang perlu diberitahu adalah perjalanan penentangan tersebut tidak bermatlamat menuju kepada penentangan berdarah.
Sebab itu ia dijelaskan sebagai jihad lisan dan jihad pendidikan.
Dalam usaha menurunkan pemerintah sebegini, kebergantungan kepada Allah s.w.t dan tawakal amat diperlukan.
Ini kerana pelantikan seseorang pemerintah adalah turut bergantung kepada perkenan Allah s.w.t yang dikurniakan seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Al Quran.
Ia membawa maksud bahawa Allah s.w.t berhak memberi atau menurunkan pemerintah.
Penjelasan oleh Syeikh Sa’id Hawwa kelihatan bersahaja kerana ia tidak ditemani oleh ‘pengalaman kerohanian’ iaitu sesuatu yang biasa diperolehi dalam jalan tasawuf.
Walaupun ia merupakan greak kerja yang saya gelarkan ‘kerja gila’ oleh Tun dan saya, namun nikmat Cinta Kepada Allah mengatasi segala-galanya.
Kerana cinta kepada negara jugalah air mata mengalir tiba-tiba walaupun ketika memandu kereta.
Indahnya Cinta kepada Allah.

Bila saya bercakap berkenaan wanita di Kelantan kalau tak silap, ‘dia’ menjawab Rosmah akan uruskan.

Cakap tolak pluralisme, tapi saya lihat ia tetap melambangkan unsur pluralisme.

AKTA HASUTAN
1. ’Bijak’ sangat lah DS Ah Jib Gor dalam membuat keputusan liberal beliau bersama-sama ahli2 kabinet liberal beliau.
2. Seperti kata saya dulu, DS Ah Jib Gor memang suka dengar/ikut hasutan Pembangkang, dan boleh buat bodoh saja dengan keluh-kesah majoriti rakyat yang menderita kerana kadar jenayah yang naik mendadak selepas ISA dan Ordinan Dharurat dimansuh.
3. Majoriti senyap rakyat akan menolak kerajaan liberal BN pada PRU-14. Syabas kepada Pembangkang kerana usaha mereka jadi mudah dengan adanya PM Ah Jib Gor.
4. Saya cuma ingin tanya satu soalan bodoh kepada DS Ah Jib Gor: ’Beri saya satu sebab mengapa saya masih perlu mengundi BN jika BN lebih cenderung untuk mengikut kata2 dan HASUTAN Pembangkang?’
5. Jika Pembangkang menang pada PRU-14, PM Ah Jib Gor adalah orang yang bertanggung-jawab sepenuhnya, dan akan selama-lamanya dikenang sebagai ‘Pengkhianat’ kepada bangsa Melayu/Islam.
6. Sebenarnya saya sudah tidak tahu apa yang PM Ah Jib Gor MAHU. Saya masih ingat lagi ekspresi muka PM Ah Jib Gor bila keputusan penuh PRU-13 diumum. Riak muka beliau seperti ’Ayam berak kapor…’ Dan jika BN tumbang pada PRU-14, saya akan bersiap sedia untuk merakam ekspresi muka beliau. Inilah satu contoh Ketua yang tidak faham apa kehendak para penyokong BN/UMNO. DS Ah Jib Gor tidak layak jadi Presiden UMNO kerana gagal memahami kehendak rakyat yg meyokong UMNO/BN..
7. Apa yang patut dilakukan ialah PM Ah Jib Gor mesti di GANTI dengan PM lain yang lebih TEGAS, berkebolehan & prihatin dengan nasib bangsanya sendiri. Saya yakin ada ramai lagi dari UMNO yang lebih layak untuk menjadi PM. Kita kena ada keyakinan diri untuk BERUBAH. Ubah dan GANTI lah Presiden UMNO sebelum terlambat. Saya tidak faham mengapa pemimpin2 UMNO yang lain tidak ada keberanian untuk mengusulkan supaya DS Ah Jib Gor berundur. Agaknya periuk nasi lebih penting dari survival bangsa Melayu/Islam.

yang anehnya, pembangkang yang selalu bohong ini ada pengikut dari kalangan cendiakawan, dari jenis makan di luar pingan, minum dijilat cawan, mereka ini membuat undang undang macam ahmad nesfu, kalau marah dijual, kalau sendiri marah…tak ada apa-apa…
negara jiran terdekat dan kebanyakan negara luar mengenal pasti tindakan keras tanpa kompromi dikuatkuasakan, mereka tidak mansuh pun ISA! kenapa kita jadi bahlol…!
nak tunjuk baik biarlah bertempat….kerana tindakan menghapuskan ISA, kita diketawakan dan menempa kesusahan……..
