1. The A.G. would like the punishment for people who leak Government secrets to be caned and jailed for life.
2. It tells of a very primitive mind and is unIslamic. The Quran repeatedly enjoins upon Muslims to judge with justice. The punishment should fit the crime. It should not be excessive. Even for your foes you have to judge with justice, if you are guided by the teachings of the Quran.
3. But I am not going to complain about his primitive mind. I am questioning whether Najib with 2.6 Billion Ringgit in his personal and private accounts is doing his work as Prime Minister. Is it in his terms of reference to acquire secret funds and keep it in his personal accounts. No Prime Minister of Malaysia has ever done this.
4. In Government there are procedures and rules for receiving and handling funds. Najib has not abided by these rules. In fact he admits that the money is a gift to him personally, not to the Government. He did not inform the Government authorities about the money. It is in fact a secret from the Government. He seems not to have paid taxes on this money. Clearly the possession and management of this RM2.6 billion is not part of his work as Prime Minister of Malaysia.
5. The money is therefore not a Government secret which is protected by the Official Secrets Act. The reports by Bank Negara and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission are therefore about wrong-doings involving Najib as a person while in the Government. Such wrong-doings must be investigated and reported by the relevant authorities so that appropriate actions can be taken according to the laws of the country.
6. The police and other enforcement authorities must act and investigate the reports. Not doing so would be a dereliction of duty. Covering up would be a crime.
7. The A.G. has the right to decide whether a case should go to the courts or not. That right should be exercised with due consideration for the elements involved in the cases and public concern about them. All sides should be heard. And this can only be done in a court of law. Judgement by the A.G. simply by reading the reports is a denial of justice, is frivolous and unjust, especially when the reports are made by credible and established institutions. What the A.G. has done is to damage the credibility of an institution of governance and a part of the judicial system of this country.
8. The OSA is not meant to make a secret of criminal acts perpetrated by officers and employees of the Government. Such criminal acts are not above the law. They should be investigated by the authorities and be put before a court.
9. Instead the person reporting on the alleged wrong-doings by Najib, was arrested together with his lawyer, detained and charged in court.
10. When the A.G. prefers a charge on anyone, the law must fit the crime. When the charge does not fit the allege crime, so much so that the presiding judge dismissed the case, the A.G. loses his credibility. And along with it goes the judicial system.
11. Now the A.G. wants to appeal against the decision of the judge. Should the A.G. win, the institution would lose respect and acceptance by the people.
12. If the A.G. wishes to regain his credibility he should clarify whether he considers crimes perpetrated by officers of Governments are considered as Government secrets which must be hidden and protected by the Official Secrets Act or not.

Ex-Goldman banker subpoenaed over Malaysia scandal
Goldman Sachs’s former top banker for Southeast Asia has been subpoenaed by the US Justice Department in a probe into Malaysia’s snowballing corruption scandal, AFP learned Tuesday.
People close to the matter, speaking on condition of anonymity, said that Tim Leissner, who quit the powerful US investment bank last month, was called to testify relating to the payments scandal that surrounds Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak.
Based in Singapore as Goldman’s Southeast Asia chairman, Leissner advised the state investment fund 1Malaysia Development Berhad, or 1MDB, which is at the center of allegations of secret transfers of hundreds of millions of dollars to Najib’s private accounts.
Najib has denied accusations of corruption, which have embroiled the government for months.
According to one AFP source, Leissner, a German national, was suspended by Goldman in January for violating company policies on a matter separate from the 1MDB case. Leissner then left Goldman in February.
Late last year the US Federal Bureau of Investigation began investigating the accusations of corruption and money laundering.
Authorities in several other countries are also investigating the money flows.
Swiss authorities have said they believe $4 billion may have been stolen from Malaysian state firms and have frozen millions of dollars in accounts linked to 1MDB.
At the beginning of February Singapore seized “a large number of bank accounts” in its 1MDB investigations, vowing not to let the global banking hub become a refuge for illicit funds.
“Singapore is also cooperating closely with relevant authorities, including those in Malaysia, Switzerland and the United States,” said a joint statement from the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the police Commercial Affairs Department.

Sellamah, a 36year old single mother was in the news last week following her conviction for stealing a 2kg packet of Milo for her 2year old daughter. She was sentenced to a day’s jail and RM200 fine or another 5days jail if she failed to pay the fine. She ended up in Kajang Prison, logically if she could not pay for a RM32 packet of Milo, she certainly could not pay a fine of RM200!
Malaysians are sympathetic to her plight and are horrified that the punishment DID NOT SEEM TO FIT THE CRIME.
While law may have been upheld, justice in some cases are not.
Tun, why are some Malaysians so ‘sympathetic’ with DSN’s secret in mishandling of the ‘donation’ and public funds and unpaid taxes, really Tun unpaid taxes?! Why are they covering up the track of lies? I’m so confused and don’t understand or even trust the Malaysian judicial system anymore. So whom do we trust Tun? Where are they leading Malaysia to?

Tahniah dan terima kasih Tun, atas usaha Tun menggerakkan The Citizensâ Declaration pada Jumaat lepas, yang didokong oleh âindividualsâ from almost all political parties and various organizations in Malaysia. Once again we witness a genuine and an unprecedented move initiated by Tun. In fact such move could only be made possible by Tun.
Many Malaysians have asked Tun to do something. Now he has answered you. What do we do about it..?
I donât understand why some people still donât understand this Declaration…
Tun and other leaders, from various parties, collectively aligned to have Najib removed as PM…thatâs it.
It is not to solve all our other problems..
It is not about forming a new party..
Tun is not joining another party..
Tun is not bringing down BN..
They are not compromising or softening to one another, on other matters..
Once Najib is out…
They will go on with their normal fights and struggles..
They will continue with their own party principles..
They will continue to argue..
So what…?!! Thatâs what having opposing parties for… to check and balance…
Plus of course, from this lesson, again collectively, we can restore the system, identify loopholes in our system, amend whatâs necessary to prevent future Najibians…
To allow Malaysians to continue fighting freely and fairly, for the benefit of the Nation..

Besides, waiting for another 2 years for next GE is just too long (if there is going to be one…and if we still have anything left to fight for..)
Hence, for now the new PM should still be from BN, the current ruling party (but definitely not from Najibâs camp), at least until the next general election.
Besides, for this effort to be fruitful, it also need the support of majority UMNO members.
There are still good, honest and capable leaders from UMNO/BN in there. To have their support, they need to be assured that their positions (the âcleanâ ones) will not be jeopardized….but first we need to skim off the top..

This Najis is truly Pahlawan PENGECUT !!
After he was exposed being a very vety corrupted leader, he used All the Gment machinaries to silent the rakyat such as blocking websites, comnents and questions that affect his leadership not published in gment newspapers, those who make police reports being thrown into jail and even those who cohortwd with him being asked to stay away from tjis country.
Not satisfied with that, he ‘ bought ‘ all those including this Appandi to support his dirty schemes.
This Najis if he want respect he must earned it and not forcing or buying the people and he is doing it now by advertising ‘ I respect my PM’ and putting in the newspapers and social medias.
Only those in UMNO especially tjose being paid are going around defending his dirty tactics but I am very sure majority of the Rakyat are on your side.

They accuse you of collobrating with DAP but not mentioning Amanah, Perkasa,PKR and other NGOs. Only DAP

1. Menipu.
2. Money laundering.
3. Pecah amanah.
4. Rasuah.
5. Mencuri.
6. Salah guna kuasa.
7. Khianat.
8. Menganiaya orang yang tak bersalah.
9. Tak declare income.
10. Tak bayar cukai pendapatan.
11. Memfitnah.
12. Menghasut.
13. Menakut-nakutkan orang.
14. Cakap belit belit putar belit.
Walaupun macam macam kesalahan najib, ag dan igp melindungi najib.
Ketiga tiga mereka memang kurang iq. Mereka ingat mereka akan selamanya berkuasa. Tapi tulah… Bila najib bersara, najib akan suruh zahid hamidi supaya melindungi ketiga tiga mereka bila zahid hamidi jadi pm.
Bill Clinton pun boleh dijatuhkan tapi Najib….

1. Dalam agama Islam Allah s.w.t mengadakan surga dan neraka bila tibanya hari akhirat nanti.
2. Untuk ke surga dan ke neraka di uraikan dengan lengkap oleh ilmuan yang berpandukan al-Quran dan hadis-hadis sahih diriwayatkan dari jenerasi ke jenerasi.
3. Semua gambaran yang diberi memberatkan soal keadilan dan tiadanya keadaan berat sebelah dan membezakan antara satu sama lain.
4. Maksudnya yang bersalah akan tetap bersalah kebanyakan berpandukan ke atas dosa dan pahala. Malah kepada kaum kerabat Rasullullah s.a.w sendiri pun tidak akan dapat mempengaruhi keadilan milik Allah s.w.t.
5. Rasul pembawa kebenaran silih berganti sehinggalah Nabi Muhammad s.a.w penamatnya tetap menegakkan hukuman milik Allah s.w.t walau pun sifat baiknya kepada umat manusia masih meminta kita mematuhi perintah Allah s.w.t.
6. Jadi dalam satu pertubuhan Parti pun kita kena meletakkan soal keadilan milik Allah s.w.t. Meletakkan pemimpin yang betul menjadi keutamaan. Menjadi kewajipan mengantikan seorang yang tidak dapat menyelesaikan masaalah dengan seseorang yang lain pula yang berkebolehan.
7. Cepat bertindak dengan segera agar ia tidak marak sehingga memudaratkan sehingga menjadi barah yang memakan masa untuk dipulihkan kembali.
8. Parti bukan milik seorang Presiden tetapi hak milik ramai. Kita kena ingat manusia akan meninggal dunia juga akhirnya. Jadi menjadi kewajipan kita memilih seseorang yang dapat memimpin kita ke jalan yang benar.
9. Kalau kita dapat memilih pemimpin yang benar bermakna kita telah mematuhi perintah Allah s.w.t yang memerintahkan kita hidup bermasyarakat tampa mengganggu keimanan kita dalam kehidupan berlainan agama, bangsa dan negara.

Namun, tersilap tekan terkeluar siaran TV3 dan ternampak lah saya akan muka Tun M semasa zaman Tun menjadi PM. Rupa2nya, TV3, seperti biasa, yang tidak ada modal intelektual langsung, telah memainkan berulang kali ulasan Tun mengenai Lim Kit Siang dengan tujuan yang jelas supaya Tun dan Lim Kit Siang berbalah dan memutuskan ikatan persefahaman yang terjalin semakin kuat sekarang ini demi kepentingan rakyat.
Buat Tun dan Lim Kit Siang, tolonglah jangan sampai termakan permainan kotor mereka ini yang sudah hilang modal dan hilang akal. Ini adalah merupakan petunjuk bahawa Putrajaya telah pon merasa api kepanasan yang sedang membakar bak sekam yang sedang memakan diri mereka. Mereka cuba berlagak macho seperti tiada apa yg terkesan kepada UMMO yang konon nya parti kebal. Namun, hakikatnya, UMNO sedang kritikal dan nazak..tiada penawar yang mampu merawat penyakit yang terlalu bahaya ini.

Allahumma ya Man la tara-hu ‘l-‘uyun:

wa la tukhalitu-hu ‘D-Dunun:
and Whom the portrayers do not portray,
wa la yasifu-hu ‘l-wasifun:
and Who does not fear misfortunes,
wa la yakhafu ‘d-dawa’ir:
and Who is not destroyed by dire consequences.
wa la tufni-hi ‘l-‘awaqib.
He knows the weights of the mountains,
ya’lamu mathaqila ‘l-jibali
and the measures of the oceans,
wa maka’ila ‘l-bihar:
and the number of the drops of rain,
wa ‘adada qatri ‘l-amtar:
and the number of the leaves on the trees,
wa ‘adada waraqi ‘l-ashjar:
and the number of the things on which the night casts darkness,
wa ‘adada ma aDlama ‘alai-hi ‘l-lailu
and on which the day sheds light.
wa ashraqa ‘alai-hi ‘n-nahar.
Not one of the heavens is concealed from Him, nor any earth,
wa la tuwari min-hu sama’un min sama’in wa la ardun min ardin
nor any mountain, without His knowing what is in its very depth,
wa la jibalun illa ya’lamu ma fi qa’ri-ha
and the heavens and the earth are in submission to His Majesty.
wa fi ‘stikanati ‘ADamati-hi ‘s-samawatu wa ‘l-ardu
O Allah, let the best of my work be its final results,
Allahumma ‘j’al khaira ‘amali khawatima-hu
and let the best of my days be the day on which I meet with You.
wa khaira ayyami yawma alqa-ka fi-h:
You are indeed Capable of all things.

O Allah, if someone is hostile toward me, treat him with hostility.

Extinguish for me the fire of him who kindles his fire to harm me,

and protect me from what distresses me
wa ‘kfi-ni ma ahamma-ni
in the business of this world and the Hereafter,
min amri ‘d-dunya wa ‘l-akhirati
and confirm my hope with realization.

ya Shafiqu ya Rafiq:

and do not burden me with what I cannot bear.

You are indeed the Worthy Sovereign!
inna-ka Anta ‘l-Maliku ‘l-Haqiq.
O Radiant Source of the Proof!
ya Mushriqa ‘l-Burhan:
O He of Whom no place is empty, protect me
ya Man la yakhlu min-hu makanuni ‘hrus-ni
with Your eye that never sleeps,
bi-‘aini-ka ‘llati la tanam:
and shield me with Your shelter
wa ‘knuf-ni bi-kanafi-ka
and Your pillar, which can never be dislodged.
wa rukni-ka ‘lladhi la yuram
My heart is now fully convinced that there is no god but You,
inna-hu qad tayaqqana qalbi inna-ka la ilaha illa Anta
and that I shall not perish while You are with me.
wa inni la ahliku wa Anta ma’i.
O All-Merciful One, treat me mercifully with Your power over me!
ya Rahmanu fa-‘rham-ni bi-qudrati-ka ‘alayya.
O Splendid One, looked to in hope by every splendid being!
ya ‘ADiman yurja li-kulli ‘aDim:
O All-Knowing One, O All-Forbearing One!
ya ‘Alimu ya Halim:
You are Aware of my condition,
wa Anta bi-hali ‘Alim:
and Capable of my salvation, and that is easy for You,
wa ‘ala khalasi Qadir: wa huwa ‘alai-ka yasir:
so treat me with gracious favor in Your judgment.
fa-‘mnun ‘alayya bi-qada’i-k.
O Most Noble of the most noble,
ya Akrama ‘l-akramina
and O Most Generous of the most generous,
wa ya Ajwada ‘l-ajwadina
and O Swiftest of the reckoners!
wa ya Asra’a ‘l-hasibin.
O Lord of All the Worlds and O Most Merciful of the merciful!
ya Rabba ‘l-‘alamina wa ya Arhama ‘l-arhamin.
O Allah, do not make my life a misery,
Allahumma la taj’al li-‘aishi kadda:
and do not cause my plea to be rejected.
wa la li-du’a’i radda:
Do not make me a servant to anyone but You,
wa la taj’al-ni li-ghairi-ka ‘abda:
and do not plant love in my heart for anything other than You,
wa la taj’al fi qalbi li-siwa-ka wudda:
for I do not say that You have any counterpart,
fa-inni la aqulu la-ka diddan
or any partner or any rival.
wa la sharikan wa la nidda.
You are indeed Capable of all things,
inna-ka ‘ala kulli shai’in Qadir.
and there is no power nor any strength
wa la hawla wa la quwwata
except with Allah, the All-High, the Almighty.
illa bi’llahi ‘l-‘Aliyyi ‘l-‘ADim.

Najib and his cabinet members continuously to claim that RM2.6 million was a donation to him. Nothing to do with government or 1MDB. If so, does OSA applies to individual? All the while I thought that only government secret documents are subject to OSA. I don’t know if such enforcement is indirectly telling us there is a connection between the sum and 1MDB. Could any expert explain to me so that i would have a better understanding?
