On the other hand if a Malaysian opposition leader was charged in court, the international media would quickly publish such news as a conspiracy by the Malaysian government to punish the said opposition leader.

The untimely and brutal death of a young unarmed person, Rachel Corrie, is completely unwarranted. She was a peace activist and the general Western media hardly made a squeak until my attention was drawn to the brave souls manning the MV Rachel Corrie organised by the Perdana Foundatin not too many months ago.
The killings in the land known as Palestine under the British Mandate have been occurring non-stop since the British quickly de-camped in 1947 leaving the unarmed and unprotected Palestinians at the mercy of the Israelis who arose out of the ashes of the Second World War, armed to the teeth.
Thanks to our Royal Sultans and UMNO and other Malay figures. Malaya nearly ended up in such a similar situation as well if not for her strategic geographical location and natural resources and her inhabitants.
The recognition of the Israeli court which was of indeterminate origin, of the statement by the Israeli soldier tractor driver was to be expected given the inclination of such courts to be blindsided in favour of the ruling clique.
Even in our neighbourhood we have such laconic scenes staged managed by perfunctory judges who were willing to please their superiors ad infinitum. And some even admitted that such acts gnawed their conscience 26 years later ! And this is from the land of meritocracy ! And in such courts, the unfortunate became the fortunate sometimes. As the saying goes ‘ To err is human, to forgive is divine !

Kesimpulan yang boleh dibuat daripada insiden ini adalah;
1. Zionis bersatu untuk mencapai matlamat mereka; dari rakyat biasa sehinggalah (tengah2 macam pihak judisiari, penguatkuasa, dll) pemimpin mereka. Walaupun ada juga rakyat Israel yang membantah tindakan jahat dan kejam mereka…tetapi ini bukan golongan zionis dan mereka tidak ada kuasa. Banyak keputusan mahkamah memihak kerajaan…macam di Singapura kan?

Tidak ada kuasa besar seperti Amerika Syarikat berani menegur atau membantah, sebagaimana negara AS masuk campur hal dalaman negara kita – ada saksi yang nampak dan dengar beberapa senator AS memberi ‘tekanan’ kepada Dato Sri Najib tentang anwar, tetapi mengikut saksi, PM kita selamba saja mengatakan kena patuhi prosedur mahkamah, hormati sistem keadilan dan terpulang kepada mahkamah untuk mencapai keputusan. Kata saksi, kalau PM kita sudah di’kuasai’ AS, sudah tentu PM kita akan akur saja.
Akhirnya mahkamah melepaskan anwar…jelaslah PM kita tidak menyalahguna mahkamah….mahkamah kita bebas (sudah banyak kes yang pembangkang menang, betul?) dan tidak seperti mahkamah zionis atau mahkamah Singapura yang sering bagi LKY dan kerajaan menang, sampai pihak pembangkang ramai sudah dibankrapkan!
3. Istilah ‘anti-semitic’ adalah untuk mewujudkan undang2 bagi melindungi zionis daripada ditegur, dikritik, dikomen, dipersalahkan, dll. Everything you said is true. Sadly there will be no justice if we, the people of the world, through our governments, do not demand a timely change to the the body that is the United Nations. It is certainly not democratic when 5 nations can hold the world to ransom with its veto powers. The USA has been protecting and condoning the injustices done by it’s master, Israel, for the longest time. The world has failed to effect a just policy on Israel due to the incessants vetoes of its lone poodle, USA, who is certainly quick to condemn others. My cousin as a Senior Broadcaster in Singapore, Daud Yusof has taken an initiative to produce a special documentary (which all of us could easily watch it thru Youtube by typing “DIARI PENERBIT”) on Palestinian-Israeli conflict. He manage to go there an interviewed some a Palestinian family and also a Jews Orthodox Rabbi to get a both side perspectives. Surprisingly the Rabbi actually believe that someday (sooner or later) the Moslem will defeat them and it’s was supported by the various Islamic scholar’s view and some provocative declaration made by Muslim leaders. They even believe some verses of Al Quran that condemning the Jews and prophesying the fall of the Jews by the hands of Muslim. That’s why they never stop attacking Muslim even at a very small scale like what they do in Palestine. Their lands are full with cowards and that’s why they will announce the Jewish who manage to kill a Muslim as their hero. How come they will ever punish the killer of Rachel Corrie? Our hands are tied as long as we think that they will obey the law like what we do. There is no law. They just mock the justice and they know the world could never do anything about it.
