KLEPTOCRATIC BY ASSOCIATION

1. One of the amazing things happening in Malaysia today is the willingness of certain people, educated and knowledgeable, to kowtow to Najib, to even kiss his hands as their anointed leader, democratically elected.

2. They must know that there are ample evidence that Najib had stolen money in his personal accounts at the bank, that the Dept. of Justice of America had reported that he (Malaysian Official 1 – identified by his own minister, Abdul Rahman Dahlan, as the Prime Minister) is involved in massive fraud involving money belonging to the Malaysian people, that his stepson Riza Aziz and his bosom pal Jho Low were involved in money laundering in the U.S., money belonging to 1MDB.

3. They know all this and more. But they continue to accept him as their leader, crowding around him to shake and kiss his hand. Even the highest elites stood by him.

4. In other countries for even less evidence of abusing power and corruption, leaders, including those from the same party, have taken action, if not to overthrow but at least to suspend the leader while investigations are being carried out as to the truth of the charges levelled. But in Malaysia people including elected leaders of the parties in the coalition Government and very very important people are still supporting Najib’s administration and premiership.

5. When asked, a few aver that although there are charges of corruption and massive fraud levelled at him, in the country and throughout the world, he has not been convicted on such charges. Until he is found guilty they would continue to regard him as their legitimate leader.

6. This excuse is untenable because they know very well that the IGP and the Attorney General are openly covering up his criminal acts and preventing them from being heard in a court of law.

7. Thus when a report is made against him, the person reporting is called up by the police and subsequently detained together with his lawyer, charging them as terrorist and saboteurs of the economy.

8. When the Central Bank, the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission submitted reports on Najib, the Attorney General declared that there is no ground (in the reports) for charging Najib with any wrongdoing.

9. The A.G. had clearly usurped the role of the courts by passing his own judgement. He has become both prosecutor and judge.

10. Additionally reports on 1MDB were placed under the Official Secrets Act, thus not only denying public access to the reports but actually making any reference to the reports a breach of the OSA, and possible charges under that act.

11. The A.G. again going beyond his jurisdiction, instructed that no more investigation be made on matters relating to 1MDB and other possible wrongdoings by Najib. He even went back on his promise to cooperate with the Swiss public prosecutor.

12. The Auditor-General upon instruction by Najib to audit the 1MDB so as to prove that nothing wrong was done by it, came up with a report which was submitted to the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament.

13. Again the A.G. classified the Auditor-General’s report as official secret so that even members of PAC may not refer to it.

14. All these actions by the IGP and the Attorney-General served to prevent Najib’s wrongdoing from being heard in a court of law.

15. That being the case there is no way for Najib to be found guilty even if the whole world regard him as guilty.

16. His toadying supporters, especially from UMNO, MCA and MIC as well as the members of Parliament from Sabah and Sarawak cannot use the “not guilty” excuse for continuing to kiss Najib’s soiled hand. They know he is guilty. And by association they are equally guilty.

17. They really should be ashamed of themselves for propping up a corrupt leader when they can easily bring him down through their votes in parliament.

18. Truly they have betrayed the rakyat who elected them to rule in accordance with the laws of the country and democracy. They are now a part of a Kleptocracy, a Government by crooks and the corrupt.

  1. Dear Dr M
You are the one who put Najib to be the PM after you removed Badawi. Why complained ?

  2. Assalamualaikum Tun.

    Wassalam Tun.

  3. Assalamualaikum Tun.

    Apa yang KenaSedar melalut ni:

TunM time okay laa…orang takut kat TunM. but not this time.

    Saya betulkan:

Masa Tun Mahathir orang macam kamu tidak sedar bahawa majoriti rakyat Melayu, Cina, India, Iban dan lainnya respect Tun sebab seorang pemimpin bijak dan rasional segala tindak tanduknya.

Tetapi sekarang orang macam kamu wahai KenaSedar “bodoh” masih tidak faham mengapa rakyat semakin hari membenci Najib A/L Najis kerana apa yang dibuatnya banyak perkara bodoh, memalukan dan merugikan negara.

KenaSedar ni lebih baghal dari cerdik. Dari kecik tak nak mampos, dah tua menyusahkan orang saja.

    Wassalam.

  4. Tun M is absolutely correct. BR1M is a form of corruption in which Najis cheating the poor people to get re-elected.

Najis and his slaves will give a small amount through BR1M to the people and they swindle big money from govt. coffer.

People who benefit from BR1M should think…the small amount they get doesn’t feed them even for a week, but at the same time those you elect will steal 1000’s of times the money they give to you.

  5. Assalamuaalaikum…

Saya hanyalah hamba Allah yg cuma menyampaikan…

    Sebelum semuanya terlambat…

Dunia semakin hampir kepada peperangan… Malaysia masih kalut dgn perkara yg sudah pun menjadi bubur… Kita semuanya harus melihat ke hadapan… Menjernihkan air yang keruh.. haruslah digantikan dgn air yang baru…

    China, Rusia, Japan
3 kuasa besar berteknologi tinggi sedang melakukan persiapan… Spratly island sudahpun dikenal pasti mempunyai senjata api… Kapal Air Amerika sudahpun diambil oleh China…

Namun… Apa yg dibuat oleh Malaysia??? Yang tenteranya cuma sedikit berbanding Indonesia… Tahukah kalian…

Ingin saya bertanya… Di pihak manakah Najib berdiri?

Adakah masih berbaloi lagi memperjuangkan hak hanya SEORANG manusia serta isterinya?

Kepada rakyat… Dunia ini di hujung jari… Gunalah internet sebaiknya… Kajilah tentang Nabi Daniel, Nebuchanezzar, Saddam Hussien. Tentang anxiety, tentang 6 days war, tentang Jerusalem..tentang Jesus.. Tentang sejarah dunia ini….

Peperangan akhir zaman, kita menggunakan pedang… Di dunia internet ini… Dunia Yang tiada undang2 ini… Kata kata kalian lah yang menjadi pedang kalian… Seperti Abraham Lincoln… Menggunakan pena sebagai pedang… Pendek kata…

    “Peperangan Ideologi”

    Tidak mustahil bukan???

    Gunalah media sosial sebaiknya…

    Jazakumullahu khairan kathira…

  6. IGP and the Attorney-General of Malaysia are most corrupted now, after Najis.
Imagine how the AG would have given judgments during his tenure as Judge. Definitely this shit would have taken bribes for issuing favorable judgments to the criminals and colluded with them.

As far Najis…muslims around the world should request Saudi govt. to ban Najis, his corrupt family members and his slaves with tongue out for bran to enter in to Mecca, the holy place for Muslims.
Definitely Muslims around the world don’t want thieves to step in and soil the holy land.

  7. To them, running a country is a business. Holding a senior post in the political party is like having a small money printing machine. This line of enterprise runs through the civil service, judiciary, politics and even private sector.

Don’t know when Malaysia will recover from this “cancer”. We never know we have enough good leaders to steer the country back on track. Decades of corruption and abuse of power and religion bring about this decline in the fate of this country. May God help us to get out of this rot.

  8. The ruling elites have put the structure in place to ensure they can still be in power despite having a general election. Likewise, they do the same thing in their own party. They also can offer financial rewards to those who vote and support the ruling elites. The top civil servants an officers in public institutions, judiciary and other authorities are offered the same. We know some will go for financial gains and career advances, there we are. Malaysia is in such dire state not overnight. It has evolved over the years, the regressive process started decades ago. The betrayal has started years ago and it is the culture in public life.

Hence many before Najib administration have failed the nation. Of course the current crop in power.have been failing us. Some cannot turn back as they are fearful they will be brought to justice when there is a change of government. They want to perpetuate the power base and the structure, the system and culture.

Our system of checks and balances has been systematically destructed over the years. Hence the present state of affairs is expected esp. you have so many greedy wolves in the government and public institutions. We cannot say much about our parliament also, too weak to be effective and functional.

To replace the present leaders and government is only the first step and we have more work to do to turnaround the country. You want to replace the current leaders with another set of leaders. While replacing a corrupt regime is a non-negotiable, we have to ensure that we replace the bad leaders with a good set of leaders, not another group of wolves in different fur.

Malaysia requires structural reforms and huge overhaul to really become a truly developed nation. It is always her own people are the obstacles and distractors.

  9. Salam!

Kalau ikut orang Islam sunnah Wal jamaah…

  10. Be sober minded;be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like roaring like lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, firm in your faith…

    Peter 5:8-9

And satan, indeed, proved his thought about them so they followed him all except a group of true believers. And he had no authority over them.

    Quran :34 20-21

We want to see value. not another expose here and expose there. and you don’t need to give excuse you need to be in power to prove it.

TunM. this is not you’re playing field anymore. The Rakyat want to see Mukhriz capability. the new generation of what they can do. the more you blame the rakyat. the rakyat will never give you support. TunM time okay laa…orang takut kat TunM. but not this time.

  12. It will be easier to decipher DrM’s regurgitation of his personal opinions and motives when we pair them against established facts:

    1. There was no evidence to suggest there was criminal misconduct related to misappropriation of funds or investment transactions or any 1MDB activities leading to illegal activities. In particular, the PAC did not find any evidence to indicate any wrongdoing or abuse of power by the Prime Minister in relation to 1MDB

    2. PAC also found that the RM42bn of 1MDB debts were not ‘lost’ as alleged by various parties. It has in fact been accounted for and that no payment was made from 1MDB to the Prime Minister’s personal account

    3. PAC has identified several instances where the fund’s management failed to comply with proper governance processes. This included not carrying out the specific instructions of the board of directors, making decisions before receiving full approval from the board and failing to be transparent with the board.

  13. Assalamualaikum Tun,
Tun, one of his klepto-follower in mof with muka tebal commended Singapore for her efficient swift action in booking jail cells for the crooks and culprits involved in misappropriation of 1MDB’s funds (the stolen Malaysian money). And he went on to say all banks that facilitate this will take the same action. Is he inferring there is foul play by banks here in Malaysia? Any answer from BNM?

Tun, how does Malaysia’s 1MDB money, during the time DSN@MO1 as adviser and chairman 1MDB and minister of mof, travelled all the way to Singapore and to several other parts of the continent? How? There must be a number of peoples in the banking system, the finance ministry, the wiring networks, the 1MDB BODs, the current government who knew or had a hand in the secretly illegal transfer of 1MDB’s funds (the stolen people’s money) to across the seas and oceans. Money in Malaysia just cannot simply walk away freely from and to our shores to someone else’s bank accounts without the knowledge from the authorities concerned, unless of course we are facing some major serious problem of integrity in the banking and financial system. Singapore has taken the 1MDB money-laundering done on her own shores very seriously, did her homework very brilliantly well and got all facts and figures right and straight to pinned down the crooks and culprits.

Whereas in Malaysia the investigation is still on going. Still?! So in the mean time the crooks and culprits are free to roam the entire continent enjoying the “free gifts”? How bad can you get to be easy and free? Hope the igp step-up on full gear to conclude his investigation, if ever there is one. Is there a time frame to finish his job? Hope it won’t become a cold case.

It was believed that mof now took over control from 1MDB of the development of TRX and Bandar Malaysia. Does it mean that 1MDB is dead now? Does it mean that mof is bearing 1MDB’s huge huge debts? No wonder la they slapped us with gst, take away subsidies, asked us to jimat and be cermat in our spendings…do eat kangkung, do bring own home-cooked food to work, do get up early take un-toll route, do take in 2-3 jobs a day, don’t have plush weddings in hotels, don’t melancong overseas, pibg don’t ask gomen for money ask charity from the public etc etc. They shot down the do-s and the don’t-s into our throats and expected us to stomach them all, while they make money from the people’s sweat and tears and go merry-making. Can someone bad do good? Can something bad be good? Never in my life believe that being bad can bring easy comfort happiness in life or peace in mind. Is this their new religion? Worship money and be arrogant about it? May Allah forbids us from being one.

All the authorities involved directly and indirectly in this scandalous financial affairs seem to be still bisu, pekak and buta, unfortunately dragging some of the innocence with them. Tun, in the American history the one single word that ignites one of the most important civil rights protest of the twentieth century – the word is “NO”. So Malaysia must learn to say NO to kleptocracy government, NO to new China colonization, NO to cash is king, No to gst, No to oppression…but if we’re not together how can we be strong enough to say NO to DSN@MO1 the criminal to the justice system. Together we unite and strong.

May Allah Bless and Protect Tun and family Always. May Allah grant you great wealth in health, happiness and knowledge. Take extra care in your safety and thank you Tun.

Please excuse me, Tun a few moment with mr umranrc.
I’m sorry too, mr umranrc. I never for once doubted your pride in our beautiful Malay culture, and I absolutely agree all Malay girls and women must uphold this sacred Malay culture of courtesy, polite social behaviour and not exposed too much figure. If they were to be seen in any functions in BERSATU then I believe they genuinely believe in Tun’s struggle to fight to bring back Malaysia’s pride and dignity, which means they want to be with Tun and stand by Tun. They’ve a lot to learn, give them a chance and have patience with them, or if you’re willing show and guide them to be true serikandi. I look it this way, mr umranrc, when I see these kind of girls, I want to have good thoughts of them. Alhamdulillah, it’s good and better that they’re here with Tun or BERSATU helping out in anyway they can, and not partying or clubbing or smoking or gambling somewhere they shouldn’t be, or be a ‘gift’ to a rempit or go to a junkie den or be a drug-mule or be in the association of thieves. At least they are save here with BERSATU, don’t you agree mr umranrc. We can’t save them all but at least BERSATU has able to attract and offer them a chance to be if not good but better useful human beings. Sorry again and thank you for your time, mr umranrc.

To tuan/puan faridina, Do you still want to leave BERSATU, leave Tun? I hope you will be with Tun and stand by Tun all the way no matter what obstacles lay out in front. The experienced wise old seasoned and the arousing fighting spirits of the freshies with new ideas when infused together formed the greatest strength on earth ie friendship and love, combined this two and you get the miraculous strength to fight your enemies. Highlight on the good and positive sides, focus on their abilities and capabilities, don’t waste time trying to resist or exclude the bad apples. Never be afraid to speak out your mind. Shut down your doubts and believe in yourself. Tun need men with courage and confidence. I don’t think Tun is too pleased the old habits and bad unpopular umno culture brought into BERSATU by the over-seasoned. I too wish for BERSATU to be free from umno-like influences. BERSATU should stand on her own indentity. Thank you for your time, tuan/puan faridina.

    Thank you again Tun.

  14. Karl,
Just continue kissing the soiled hand of your PM…

Why “Wallahu’alam?”…. Why bring God here ??
Are you prepared to join Najib in “Unguaranteed” After Life ?

    Ingat Akhirat bro….

  15. As a “statesman”, DrM more than having a right to express his opinion, would have a greater duty to keep public order and good faith amongst the rakyat.

The sitting PM, as all his predecessors, can only perform his duties within the confines of the law, and in 1MDB is a fact the PAC has established to be true. There’s no two ways about it.

For DrM to be defiantly outspoken against Najib would only point to a personal agenda and vendetta.

    Wallahu’alam

  16. The Danger of today Malaysia Governance is
Not just it is being led by an Incompetence , Irresponsible
    very Untrustworthy Filthy Dirty Leadership

The severe impact is Head of Attorney Submit to Wrong Doings in the name of Law
These is very very Dangerous very Disastrous
Bandits amongst us , amongst leaders , amongst Uztad , amongst Monks , amongst Priest
    Are quite common these days
But Bandits representing The Attorney General Office
    Representing The Rule of Law
Is an invitations to National Disaster

South Korean having such a leadership like us today
Is getting the President To Steps down
She may not be better but certainly not the worst like Najib
But The Rule of Law stands Firm

Malaysia is looking a Communist Nation faced Masked with Democratic
Alike the book of Animal Farm written by George Owell
Reflecting the Napoleon & Snowball leadership as
Democratic but in fact practicing Communism leadership

These Kingdom are all Animals ,the Leaders & the Citizens
The leaders , the Govt instructing the citizens ,the dogs the pigs the horse & all to walk on four legs
Yet themselves The leader , The Pigs & their Cabinets walks on two leg behaving a Human

Today ,in Malaysia . We need to bend down & look behind to see if our Leader
Our Govt people and its Leadership including the Law representatives
Do their foot touches the ground ?
They could be Monsters ruling Malaysia

  17. Assalamualaikum, Tun.

AG is selected by the PM, and in turn, serves the PM, by taking order. That is inherited from Tun era. For independency in function, Malaysia needs to reshuffle and restructure the system, from selection, appointment up to how the AG discharges duty.

  18. Salam Tun.

    8. Setuju rakyat perlu ke pangkal jalan kembali mematuhi perintah Allah s.w.t dengan merombak pimpinan dan penjalan tugas yang buat kerja ikut PERINTAH TUHAN YANG MENJADIKAN KITA DAN UNDANG-UNDANG YANG TELAH ADA BUKAN DARI TINDAKAN DIRI SENDIRI.

    Wallahua’lam.

  20. Salam Tun,

And to add to all those points highlighted, it is our part now to cast the vote towards dismissing the current legacies.

The issue will be, although it will happen, at the rate of which the damages being done currently, it will become the highest hurdle of all for the new management to overcome and stabilize our future economic standing. At the back of my mind, I would say it’ll take at least 15 to 20 years to recover before we can be back where we are in the early 2000.

That is of course if our newly elected government goes on in a straight line. Only time will tell.

    Thanks Tun.

  21. Dear Tun,

Kleptocratic by association definitely. They all know that they too have benefited from the thief’s mega heist of the people’s money.

That is why Malaysia must change its political climate. From the now doomed to a place where everybody will have hope once again.

The time for real change is now. People of all races, colours and religions will make this change come true through Pakatan Harapan and Bersatu. Our only hope.

Please don’t crush this hope by clinging on to PAS’ pathetic tug of war games.

Take very good care of your self Tun Mahathir.

  22. Assalamualaikum, Tun.

It’s so sad that the main 3 component parties which struggled for this nation’s independence and success finally land themselves in a coalition responsible for the downfall.

It’s so unhealthy that our politicians place personal interest on top of the nation’s. We can see them misusing the name of Islam, sacrificing multi-racial unity, carrying barbaric behaviour just for the sake of personal political interests!
