2. Tentulah Anwar tahu bahawa lapok dan ketinggalan zaman, bagi orang Barat bermakna tidak seperti apa yang terdapat di Barat sekarang. Sejak revolusi Perancis, slogan Liberte`, Egalite`, Fraternite`, iaitu Kebebasan, Persamaan dan Persaudaraan menghantui fikiran Barat sehingga apa sahaja yang tidak menepati slogan ini mesti ditukar atau dihapus.
3. Oleh kerana BBC bertanya berkenaan kes liwat Anwar, maka undang-undang yang didakwa jumud oleh Anwar tentulah berkenaan larangan terhadap hubungan seks di luar nikah.
5. Kemudian ia melarat kepada hak yang sama dalam pakaian. Ini dituruti dengan kebebasan seks. Jika lelaki sebelum atau selepas kahwin boleh adakan seks dengan mana-mana perempuan kenapa perempuan tidak boleh dengan mana-mana lelaki. Atas nama kebebasan dan persamaan maka masyarakat pun memberi hak ini kepada mereka. Maka siapa sahaja, lelaki atau perempuan boleh tidur dengan siapa sahaja bila-bila sahaja. Dengan ini institusi perkahwinan antara lelaki dengan perempuan dianggap tidak penting lagi.
6. Sebaliknya institusi perkahwinan dan kekeluargaan di beri makna yang baru. Bersekedudukan di takrif sebagai berkeluarga. Bila bosan dengan pasangan, tukar sahaja. Penceraian tidak diperlukan lagi. Siapa yang menjadi bapa kepada anak tidak penting.
7. Dimasa yang sama, sekatan terhadap apa jenis seks yang boleh memuaskan nafsu dihapuskan juga atas nama kebebasan. Dengan itu lelaki boleh meliwat lelaki dan perempuan mengadakan hubungan seks dengan perempuan.
8. Kenapa harus hubungan seks dilakukan antara dua orang sahaja? Kenapa tidak beramai-ramai. Dan seks beramai-ramai pun diadakan.
9. Kemudian diadakan pula perkahwinan antara lelaki dengan lelaki atau perempuan dengan perempuan. Pendek kata apa sahaja yang dilarang oleh agama, adat atau undang-undang yang menyekat nafsu, hendaklah dihapuskan. Segala yang menghalang dianggap lapok dan tidak sesuai dengan kebebasan dan persamaan. Dengan bangganya orang Barat mempamirkan pengamalan seks mereka sebagai hak asasi manusia.
10. Seperti biasa apa yang dicipta oleh Barat dianggap oleh mereka sebagai baik bagi semua manusia. Dengan itu mereka melancarkan usaha untuk mengembangkan konsep kebebasan dan persamaan mereka berkenaan seks.
11. Tentangan yang terkuat terhadap seksualiti merdeka ini datang dari orang Islam. Untuk mengatasi tentangan ini mereka mengenalpasti orang Islam yang boleh menjayakan perjuangan mereka. Bermula dengan tuntutan kebebasan yang mudah diterima, umpamanya hak asasi manusia, hak memilih Kerajaan (demokrasi), hak bersuara, kebebasan media, kempen Barat sudah sampai kepada serangan terhadap nilai-nilai moral orang Islam, pegangan mereka kepada agama, adat dan undang-undang yang menghalang kebebasan hubungan seks.
12. Undang-undang biasa dan undang-undang Islam digambarkan sebagai jumud dan perlu diganti dengan undang-undang Barat. Berzina dan meliwat disaran supaya menjadi sebahagian daripada hak asasi manusia termasuk hak asasi orang Islam.
13. Kita dapati Barat dengan kerjasama orang Islam tertentu sudah berjaya kerana di Malaysia sudah ada orang Islam yang anggap segala sekatan terhadap aneka jenis seks sebagai menidakkan kebebasan semulajadi manusia, sebagai zalim, terutama kepada pembesar politik. Dan ramai sudah orang Islam di Malaysia yang percaya ahli politik seperti inilah yang patut dipilih untuk memerintah negara Malaysia. Dengan kuasa yang diberi kepada mereka ini maka segala yang lapok di negara ini akan diganti dengan pendapat semasa termasuk merdeka seks.
14. Walaupun Barat menerima zina dan liwat sebagai perkara biasa, tetapi mereka tidak dapat terima paksaan keatas mangsa zina atau liwat. Sebab itu apabila seorang wanita melaporkan yang pengarah IMF Strauss Kahn telah merogolnya pihak berkuasa terus tangkap Strauss Kahn dan jawatannya dilucutkan.
15. Di Malaysia juga apabila lapuran diterima dari mangsa yang dianya telah di liwat, tentulah wajar tertuduh dikenakan tindakan undang-undang. Ini sudah tentu tidak lapok kerana Barat juga mengamalkannya.
16. Disini ingin saya jelas bahawa “teknikal” bukan bermakna tidak. Jenayah berlaku, bukan tidak berlaku. Hanya hakim tidak dapat hilangkan keraguannya terhadap bukti yang tertuduh melakukannya. Mungkin orang lain!! Kenapa mangsa tidak menuduh orang lain, wallahuwalaam.

People has to understand; there is a limit to “FREEDOM” There is no such thing as absolute freedom.
As in US, they have Guantanamo Bay. Why? It is worse than our ISA. You do not know what goes on there.
You are only free to do as long as “society” feels it does no one any harm. Like in free speech. You can say anything as long as you do Not offend anyone.
DSAI has gone to the extreme – he views this as absolute freedom, without responsibility. He is just aping the West, without giving much thought to it. Parts of the West is decaying, not flourishing as DSAI thinks. Look at Europe, their economy is doom. so are they doing the proper thing?
Our laws maybe old, but they are not outdated. Maybe need some fine tuning, there’s all. We don’t change for the sake of changing. Whatever political tsunami that’s going on in other parts of the world has nothing to do with us. It’s the problem of their government and external intermidation. Idolatry or Submission
Our lives at times can be chaotic and seem unreasonable. For example a sure plan can easily turn into a disaster. At other times a simple get-together with family or friends becomes a feud. Different people can view their lives in their own separate ways. The majority of people may view their lives as a sequence of coincidences. These people use words like chance or luck to describe the good or bad that happens to them. Other people may view their lives as superstitions, and they go about lengthy procedures to avoid bad happenings.
However, the reader of the Quran has a more apt answer to the way our lives behave. The Quran strongly states that nothing is coincidental or superstitious about our lives. The understanding is directly based on many verses in the Quran which describe that God is in total control of all creatures in this Universe. Anything that happens to any of us is ultimately controlled by God Almighty. The following verse from Sura ‘Amramites’ is one such verse which depicts God’s control over all things:
To God belongs everything in the heavens and everything on earth, and all matters are controlled by God. (3:109)
Since God is in total control, it could only mean, firstly, our lives are not coincidental. Words like chance and luck are void and meaningless. Secondly, nobody other than God can give us joy or unhappiness, therefore there is no reason to be superstitious. The following verse from Sura ‘Consultation’ urther gives meaning to our lives.
Anything bad that happens to you is a consequence of your own deeds, and He overlooks many (of your sins). (42:30)
Some people may object to this verse. They might say if God is Most Gracious and Merciful, and He is also in control, why then does He give unhappiness to some. Obviously these people are not aware of God’s system.
God indeed is Most Gracious and Merciful, because He created for us all the nice things which surround us, and provided us with shelter and provisions. However, we are indeed responsible for our own day to day lives.
For example, if we choose to put our fingers in the fire, then we are responsible for this deed. The Quran further explains this concept in Sura ‘Parties.’
We have offered the responsibility (freedom of choice) to the heavens and the earth, and the mountains, but they refused to bear it, and were afraid of it. But the human being accepted it; he was transgressing, ignorant. (33:72)
This happened before the creation of human on earth when we were just souls in the heaven. As it suggests, our Most Gracious God offered us not to be responsible for our own deeds, but we did not take His advice. Other creatures accepted their submissive role without being responsible for their actions. Therefore it was the humans who made a choice to have the freedom of choice and be responsible for what they did. As we can see, all other creatures are happy and provided for:
There is not a creature on earth whose provision is not guaranteed by God. And He knows its course and its final destiny. All are recorded in a profound record. (11:6)
After establishing the fact that God is in control and we are responsible for our own deeds, if any of us still thinks that any other entity beside God can help us, then we are in fact refusing the fact that God alone is in control. Any person thinking this way practices idolatry, and he is responsible for this act according to the verse 42:30. At this point it makes sense to understand the idols and idolatry so that sincere believers can benefit from this information.
The concept of idol worship by the majority is someone who is praying to a statue. While this is true, it is just the tip of an iceberg. Idolatry covers a very wide area. The Quran informs us of different idols. One of the most subtle and common idols today is the saints and prophets. You have heard about Jesus being idol worshipped by Christians, but have you considered the fact that today’s Muslims can be idolizing Prophet Muhammad? First let us refer to the verse where God explains that His servants cannot be set up as idols:
Do those who disbelieve think that they can get away with setting up My servants as gods beside Me? We have prepared for the disbelievers Hell as an eternal abode. (18:102)
Before we can prove the fact that idolizing of Muhammad is common today, let us find out what the prophet would think of us idolizing him:
Never would a human being whom God blessed with the scripture and prophethood say to the people, “Idolize me beside God.” Instead, (he would say), “Devote yourselves absolutely to your Lord alone,” according to the scripture you preach and the teachings you learn. Nor would he command you to idolize the angels and the prophets as lords. Would he exhort you to disbelieve after becoming submitters? (3:79-80)
It is quite clear from the above verses that Prophet Muhammad would never ask us to idolize him, and the people who do this are disbelievers
according to these verses. We have to be honest and ask ourselves: If we think that the prophet can bring us closer to God, or he can benefit or harm us, then according to the following verse we will be idolizing him:
Absolutely, the religion shall be devoted to God alone. Those who set up idols beside Him say, “We idolize them only to bring us closer to God; for they are in a better position!” God will judge them regarding their disputes. God does not guide such liars, disbelievers. (39:3)
If we think that the prophet brings us closer to God when God condemns this action, and calls the people who do this disbelievers, then we’d better stop doing this and devote our worship to God. Indeed, God Almighty does not need the help of Jesus, Muhammad or anybody to approach Him. He clearly says in the Quran that He is always near believers.
When My servants ask you about Me, I am always near. I answer their prayers when they pray to Me. The people shall respond to Me and believe in Me, in order to be guided. (2:186)
Those who believe, and do not pollute their belief with idol worship, have deserved the perfect security, and they are truly guided. [6:82]

Hadith vs Quran
Does Hadith explain the Quran or the Quran explains what Hadith is all about?
The religion of Islam (Submission) today still continues to be one of the misunderstood religions in the world. One reason for this is the fact that for centuries this beautiful religion has been unduly presented to the world through the so-called Muslim people, scholars, and countries that do not act or function in an Islamic manner, according to teachings of the Quran. The result of centuries-long ignorance is obvious. Not only has the religion of Islam been given a bad name, but also Muslims all around the world today are suffering the consequences of abandoning the teachings of the Quran, in favor of innovations that have nothing to do with religion.
One of these innovations is the volumes and volumes of hadith books written some 200 years after the death of Prophet Muhammad. These hadiths are sayings that are attributed to the prophet. There are many hadiths that either contradict the Quran or don’t make any sense at all. While there may be some genuine hadiths that don’t contradict the Quran, there is no way to prove their authenticity even if the collectors of hadiths may claim so. Only God knows what the truth is.
Hadith to Explain the Quran!
Some say we need the hadith to explain the Quran because the Quran is too difficult to understand. Why do people who find it difficult to understand a single volume of God’s revelation feel it necessary to refer to 50 volumes of hadith books for clarification! Would God reveal a message so difficult to understand, yet expect people to follow it? This does not make sense. Furthermore, God tells us in the Quran many times: “we made the Quran easy to learn, does any of you wish to learn?” (54:17, 22, 32, 40) Doesn’t God know what He is talking about? Doesn’t He know His creatures’ abilities?
It is almost impossible for anyone to go through all the books of hadith without getting confused and totally lost, especially if the person wants to examine what each different sect has to offer. That’s why the so-called Islamic universities offer academic degrees in studying hadith to raise “learned men” of the religion. These students literally waste their time to learn all the details of living their lives in accordance with the supposed sayings and deeds of the prophet.
The religious rules and regulations based on such innovations contain and cover literally every aspect of life from walking, eating, laughing, sleeping?almost anything one can think of. The rules such as how to use the bathroom and what to do in there! The details are too gross and shocking to mention.
Appalling Hadiths
There are even grosser sayings and deeds attributed to the prophet regarding his sex life, preferences and sexual desires. Didn’t these so called narrators have anything else to do but peek in the Prophet’s private life? How could such perverse narrators be considered reliable sources of information? These are the type of people who produced such blasphemous and incredible lies against a prophet of God! More incredible is the hypocrisy of the religious “experts” who supposedly follow these lies out of love and respect for the prophet!
There are also many silly things in the books of hadith such as whether one should drink a glass of water standing or sitting? Why should anyone care? Why are these kinds of irrelevant details important to some people? Because these people are completely ignorant about the essence of the religion of submission, and thus they think the religion is a bunch of rules and regulations on the petty details of life. They make the religion difficult for themselves while being proud of having difficulties and misery as part of their devotion to their “religion.” Which religion or god are they devoting themselves to? It cannot be the same One who clearly stated in the Quran that He made the religion easy for us, that He did not reveal the Quran to make things difficult for us (20:2).
Insult to Prophet Muhammad
Indeed, the hadith books are full of contradictions, subtle or clear insults and blasphemies to Almighty God as well as the prophet himself. What kind of a messenger would Muhammad be if he did or said some of the things that were attributed to him? Muhammad lived by the Quran and he was an example for us. Anyone who followed the Quran which came through his mouth would not utter such blasphemous or ridiculous sayings. Such sayings, of course, cannot be but plain lies and conjecture. Would Muhammad ever blaspheme against God saying that God created the heavens and the earth for his sake, and that God’s throne was made up of his light? Would the prophet ever ask people to praise himself, instead of praising God, the Almighty, when the Quran clearly says that all praises belong to God? Never, ever. This is clearly stated in the following verse:
Never would a human being whom GOD blessed with the scripture and prophethood say to the people, “Idolize me beside GOD.” Instead, (he would say), “Devote yourselves absolutely to your Lord alone,” according to the scripture you preach and the teachings you learn. [3:79]
God Does Not Run Out of Words
If God wanted to be more specific about how we must live our lives, He could have sent down volumes and volumes of revelations on how we should sleep, how we should cook, eat or drink, and which dress we should wear and so on. He surely tells us that if the oceans were ink, and the trees were made into pens, He would not run out of words (31:27). But it is God’s mercy that He wants us to follow only what He specified in His revelations, and use our common sense, knowledge and wisdom for the rest of the details of life. However people insist on making their lives miserable as their so-called religious leaders and “learned” scholars shackle them with satanic teachings and innovations.
Hadith Exposed in the Quran
God condemns the hadith by name in the Quran, and informs us that it is a blasphemous fabrication (45:6-7). He says that the Quran is one consistent source since it’s His Word. There is no contradiction in it. If it were from other than God, as hadith books are, they would have found in it numerous contradictions (4:82).
Hadiths can be useful for historical perspective, but they should not be used for establishing religious practices. Doing so does not mean one dislikes or does not obey the prophet Muhammad. On the contrary, it indicates that he or she respects him and God’s revelations that came through his mouth. After all it is God we are all supposed to please. The Quran teaches us that when the judgment day comes and everything is brought forward, the prophet will be disappointed by what has been done to the message that he delivered. He will say, “my people have deserted the Quran” (25:30). Therefore, following or upholding baseless hadiths is something neither God nor His messengers want us to do:
Among the people, there are those who uphold baseless Hadith, and thus divert others from the path of GOD without knowledge, and take it in vain. These have incurred a shameful retribution.[31:6]
As a matter of fact, God and His messengers want us to follow the Word of God as the only source of religious guidance, otherwise we will end up disputing and dividing ourselves (3:103). The Quran is God’s word in truth and justice; a blessing and beacon for those who want to submit to the Lord of the Universe, the Almighty. It’s God’s commandment that we should read it from cover to cover (73:4). Are we waiting for somebody to explain God’s message to us while we can read it for ourselves? Therefore, read what your Creator wants to tell you for your own sake! Read it in a language that you can understand. When God says that He made the Quran easy to learn, He means it. He is the One who controls the hearts and minds of the people and guides them accordingly (28:56). He is teacher of the Quran for those who turn to Him (55:2).
GOD has revealed herein the best Hadith; a book that is consistent, and points out both ways (to Heaven and Hell). The skins of those who reverence their Lord cringe therefrom, then their skins and their hearts soften up for GOD’s message. Such is GOD’s guidance; He bestows it upon whoever wills (to be guided). As for those sent astray by GOD, nothing can guide them. [39:23]
Why do they not study the Quran carefully? If it were from other than GOD, they would have found in it numerous contradictions. [4:82]

I swear by the Day of Resurrection; (1) And I swear by the self-reproaching person (a believer). (2) Does man (a disbeliever) think that We shall not assemble his bones? (3) Yes, We are Able to put together in perfect order the tips of his fingers.[] (4) Nay! (Man denies Resurrection and Reckoning. So he) desires to continue committing sins. (5) He asks: “When will be this Day of Resurrection?” (6) So, when the sight shall be dazed, (7) And the moon will be eclipsed, (8) And the sun and moon will be joined together (by going one into the other or folded up or deprived of their light).[] (9) On that Day man will say: “Where (is the refuge) to flee?” (10) No! There is no refuge! (11) Unto your Lord (Alone) will be the place of rest that Day. (12) On that Day man will be informed of what he sent forward (of his evil or good deeds), and what he left behind (of his good or evil traditions). (13) Nay! Man will be a witness against himself [as his body parts (skin, hands, legs, etc.) will speak about his deeds]. (14) Though he may put forth his excuses (to cover his evil deeds). (15) Move not your tongue concerning (the Qur’ân, O Muhammad SAW) to make haste therewith. (16) It is for Us to collect it and to give you (O Muhammad SAW) the ability to recite it (the Qur’ân), (17) And when We have recited it to you [O Muhammad SAW through Jibril (Gabriel)], then follow you its (the Qur’ân’s) recital. (18) Then it is for Us (Allâh) to make it clear (to you). (19) Not [as you think, that you (mankind) will not be resurrected and recompensed for your deeds], but you (men) love the present life of this world, (20) And neglect the Hereafter. (21) Some faces that Day shall be Nâdirah (shining and radiant). (22) Looking at their Lord (Allâh); (23) And some faces, that Day, will be Bâsirah (dark, gloomy, frowning, and sad), (24) Thinking that some calamity is about to fall on them; (25) Nay, when (the soul) reaches to the collar bone (i.e. up to the throat in its exit), (26) And it will be said: “Who can cure him (and save him from death)?” (27) And he (the dying person) will conclude that it was (the time) of parting (death); (28) And one leg will be joined with another leg (shrouded)[] (29) The drive will be, on that Day, to your Lord (Allâh)! (30) So he (the disbeliever) neither believed (in this Qur’ân, and in the Message of Muhammad SAW) nor prayed! (31) But on the contrary, he belied (this Qur’ân and the Message of Muhammad SAW) and turned away! (32) Then he walked in conceit (full pride) to his family admiring himself! (33) Woe to you [O man (disbeliever)]! And then (again) woe to you! (34) Again, woe to you [O man (disbeliever)]! And then (again) woe to you! (35) Does man think that he will be left neglected [without being punished or rewarded for the obligatory duties enjoined by his Lord (Allâh) on him]? (36) Was he not a Nutfah (mixed male and female sexual discharge) of semen emitted (poured forth)? (37) Then he became an ‘Alaqa (a clot); then (Allâh) shaped and fashioned (him) in due proportion.[] (38) And made him in two sexes, male and female. (39) Is not He (Allâh Who does that), Able to give life to the dead? (Yes! He is Able to do all things). (40)”

“O you who believe! When the call for Friday prayer is made, hasten towards the remembrance of Allah Most High and leave all transactions. This is best for you if only you know.”
In this verse, “remembrance” refers to the Friday prayer and khutbah. “Hasten” means that one should go with great concern and care.
In the ‘ayat’ above, Allah said ‘towards remembrance of Allah Most High’.
What does that mean? Does that permit you to praise human names? When Allah stated clearly to remember Him, it means to remember Him. And that is that. Nothing else. Since we know that Allah is not forget and is not short of words, so He would just mention what it is need to be told. Nothing else. But yet people like you Amin Tan, like to add to the original teaching of Islam but praising Muhammad against his will and sahabats, saints, and etc. This is idol worship!

As usual, the real enemy of Islam who is blind of their doing in the Masjid could not accept the fact that they are idol worshipers due to their ego. But I am not going to argue more about it since I have given enough proofs from the revelations of Allah, Al Quran.
Like Amin Tan, who is very religious and yet egoistic person who only quote one verse from the Quran but 5 from Hadith to justify his point. This proof my point that most people have deserted the Quran to bring Hadith above the Quran. To them, Hadith is more reliable than the Quran itself. Of course they have their argument but their argument are inconsistent but Quran is consistent.
I did not go to the masjid that day does not mean that I did not do friday prayers. I can even do it at home. But of course Malaysian rules do not allow that. But God’s law is okay to do it because the mosque are practicing idol worship. How can I worship Allah when the Imam praising everyone, Muhammad, Sahabats, Saints, and etc. Can you explain to me on that if you have the understanding to it? I have given you the proof already. If you are not happy with it, go and read the Quran in your house. It is the same anyway! Just put your ego away for God sake!
I just did Friday prayers today at the mosque like any majority Muslim living around my area. But the fact that the Imam did praise other people’s name in the mosque during the Khutbah is already against the purpose of Solat Jumaat. Allah state clearly that all praises belongs to Him in Masjid. But most Imam still insist on praising human names in the mosque. So of course I cant agree to that. It is totally against the teaching of the Prophet Muhammad according to the Quran.
I have given you the proof from the revelations of the Quran and it is your duty to go back and read it and understand it. No point if you just memorize it but not understanding it. People like you are the one have lock in their mind that cant understand the Quran. The first criteria before even starting reading the Book is that you must be sincere with Allah and to learn knowledge from Him. Not like some people who would choose to compare to Hadith and eventually put away the revelations because for some of you, Quran is hard to understand, difficult to read, too complicated, and need Imam to teach you, and etc. But the Quran says otherwise, easy to understand, God made it easy for you, perfect book, fully detailed.
So which one should I follow? Should I follow people who have lock in the mind? Or people who follow the teaching of Muhammad base on the Quran alone?
Calling people kafir is not a good practice. But I know one thing for sure, people who practice idol worshiping are the losers and will be in the lowest pit of Hell.
May Allah guide us all back to the original teaching of Islam base on Al Quran.

In your last posting you implied Friday prayers at our masjid are idol worshipping. Are you some kind of religious authority to make such serious claim and defamation of our mosques?. Either you are better in religious knowledge than the ustaz at JAKIM and Mufti or you are the enemy of islam and a fraud trying to undermine islam as practised in malaysia. Judging from your bold and audacious claims quoting English translation of Holy Quran, either you are a real prophet or a false prophet or somebody like Ayah Pin. To me you are trying to be too clever and personally how many surah have you memorised? At least Saudara Wajaperak has memorised surah Al Kafi. Memorizing Quran is a must, otherwise how are you going to solat? I think abdulazizomar is talking a lot of nonsense and rubbish when he said he is the follower of nabi Ibrahim as stated in his English translation of the Holy Quran.
“Friday prayer is personally obligatory. It has been established from the Quran, Hadith and the consensus of the ummah. It is one of the most salient features of Islam. The person who rejects Friday prayer is a kafir. The one who misses it without any valid excuse is a fasiq.
1. Allah Most High says in the Quran:

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: “the person who has a bath on Friday and goes early to the mosque on foot, and not by a vehicle, listens to the khutbah and does not do any foolish act while it is being delivered, will get the reward of one year’s worship, one year’s fasting, and one year’s prayer; for every step that he takes.” (Tirmidhi)
4. Hadrat Ibn Umar and Abu HuraIrah (Allah be pleased with them) a narrate that they heard the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) saying: “People should abstain from leaving out Friday prayer. If not, Allah Most High will put a seal over their hearts whereby they will fall into severe negligence.” (Muslim)
5. Taariq bin Shihaab (Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: “the Friday prayer with congregation is a duty which is necessary for every Muslim with the exception of the following four persons: (i) a slave, that is the one who is owned by someone according to the rules laid down by the Shariah, (ii) a woman, (iii) an immature boy, (iv) a sick person.” (Abu Dawud)”

I had a very interesting experience that I would like to share since we are all subjected to these kinds of circumstances. A few days back a couple of my friends came to see me and talk to me about not attending the Friday prayer at the masjid (mosque) anymore. When I told them that I stopped going there since this masjid, like many others, advocate idol worshipping, they were stunned!! They tried to argue with me that fact and getting on my case for calling these, so-called-Muslims, idol-worshippers. Here, I’m representing my argument.
First I started with reciting the following verses:
[72:18] The places of worship belong to GOD; do not call on anyone else beside GOD.
[9:107] There are those who abuse the masjid by practicing idol worship, dividing the believers, and providing comfort to those who oppose GOD and His messenger. They solemnly swear: “Our intentions are honorable!” GOD bears witness that they are liars.
[9:108] You shall never pray in such a masjid. A masjid that is established on the basis of righteousness from the first day is more worthy of your praying therein. In it, there are people who love to be purified. GOD
loves those who purify themselves.
Then I explained a very important issue that’s very misunderstood by the majority of people: The difference between a KAFER (non-believer) and a MUSHRIK (idol-worshiper).
The common idea of an idol-worshiper is a person who prays to a statue or some form of idol (such as fire, sun, moon, stars, animals…etc) but when reviewing this matter in the light of the Quran, we’ll simply find that this isn’t the complete truth. Let’s check some verses in which God is talking or describing idol-worshipers.
There is one verse in which God is talking to the believers, the ones who followed prophet Muhammad and chose Islam as their true religion.
[6:121] Do not eat from that upon which the name of GOD has not been mentioned, for it is an abomination. The devils inspire their allies to argue with you; if you obey them, you will be idol worshipers.
My question here is WHY? Why would people who truly believe in God alone, when committing what’s considered a minor sin (not mentioning Allah’s name when they eat) are considered idol-worshipers? It’s because they accepted the arguments of devils’ allies and disregarded God’s revelations by accepting other source of LAW beside Him. This is clearly stated in the following verses:
[7:3] You shall all follow what is revealed to you from your Lord; do not follow any idols besides Him. Rarely do you take heed.
[42:21] They follow idols who decree for them religious laws never authorized by GOD. If it were not for the predetermined decision, they would have been judged immediately. Indeed, the transgressors have incurred a painful retribution.
[6:114] Shall I seek other than GOD as a source of law, when He has revealed to you this book fully detailed? Those who received the scripture recognize that it has been revealed from your Lord, truthfully. You shall not harbor any doubt.
Now notice that whenever the word IDOL is mentioned, it’s always accompanied by BESIDE. Meaning that idol worshipers do believe in God (unlike the non-believers) but they always defy God’s revelations by:
1. Glorifying or praising someone or something beside God in any act for worship (prayers [doa’a], Salaat…etc.)
[43:86] None of those whom they idolize beside Him possess any power to intercede, unless their intercession coincides with the truth, and they fully know.
[6:82] Those who believe, and do not pollute their belief with idol worship, have deserved the perfect security, and they are truly guided.
[30:31] You shall submit to Him, reverence Him, observe the Contact Prayers (Salat), and—whatever you do—do not ever fall into idol worship.
2. Following others beside God as source of religious laws (by making things lawful or unlawful)
[43:21] Have we given them a book before this, and they are upholding it?
[43:22] The fact is that: they said, “We found our parents carrying on certain practices, and we are following in their footsteps.”
[4:60] Have you noted those who claim that they believe in what was revealed to you, and in what was revealed before you, then uphold the unjust laws of their idols? They were commanded to reject such laws. Indeed, it is the devil’s wish to lead them far astray.
[39:38] If you ask them, “Who created the heavens and the earth?” they will say, “GOD.” Say, “Why then do you set up idols beside GOD? If GOD willed any adversity for me, can they relieve such an adversity? And if He willed a blessing for me, can they prevent such a blessing?” Say, “GOD is sufficient for me.” In Him the trusters shall trust.
[3:79] Never would a human being whom GOD blessed with the scripture and prophet-hood say to the people, “Idolize me beside GOD.” Instead, (he would say), “Devote yourselves absolutely to your Lord alone,” according to the scripture you preach and the teachings you learn.
3. Expecting these idols to get them closer to God or intercede on their behalf on the Day of Judgment when these idols are unaware of being worshiped (like Jesus, Mary and Muhammad). Note they’re all humans, righteous people and not just statues and they, themselves, are seeking God’s mercy and forgiveness!
[46:5] Who is farther astray than those who idolize beside GOD idols that can never respond to them until the Day of Resurrection, and are totally unaware of their worship?
[46:6] And when the people are summoned (on the Day of Judgment), their idols will become their enemies, and will denounce their idolatry.
[10:18] They worship beside GOD idols that possess no power to harm them or benefit them, and they say, “These are our intercessors at GOD!” Say, “Are you informing GOD of something He does not know in the heavens or the earth?” Be He glorified. He is the Most High; far above needing partners.
[17:57] Even the idols that they implore are seeking the ways and means towards their Lord. They pray for His mercy, and fear His retribution. Surely, the retribution of your Lord is dreadful.
[39:3] Absolutely, the religion shall be devoted to GOD alone. Those who set up idols beside Him say, “We idolize them only to bring us closer to GOD; for they are in a better position!” GOD will judge them regarding their disputes. GOD does not guide such liars, disbelievers.
[2:166] Those who were followed will disown those who followed them. They will see the retribution, and all ties among them will be severed.
4. Doing these things while being unaware of their gross sin by simply not studying the Quran carefully (as God commanded us) or following their ancestors ways.
[7:173] Nor can you say, “It was our parents who practiced idolatry, and we simply followed in their footsteps. Will You punish us because of what others have innovated?”
[12:106] The majority of those who believe in GOD do not do so without committing idol worship.
[6:22] On the day when we summon them all, we will ask the idol worshipers, “Where are the idols you set up?”
[6:23] Their disastrous response will be, “By GOD our Lord, we never were idol worshipers.”
[6:24] Note how they lied to themselves, and how the idols they had invented have abandoned them.
[2:165] Yet, some people set up idols to rival GOD, and love them as if they are GOD. Those who believe love GOD the most. If only the transgressors could see themselves when they see the retribution! They will realize then that all power belongs to GOD alone, and that GOD’s retribution is awesome.
In the end, I concluded my argument with a few other verses as a reminder and a manifest warning so they may take heed.
[4:82] Why do they not study the Quran carefully? If it were from other than GOD, they would have found in it numerous contradictions.
[6:106] Follow what is revealed to you from your Lord, there is no god except He, and disregard the idol worshipers.
[18:54] We have cited in this Quran every kind of example, but the human being is the most argumentative creature.
[32:22] Who is more evil than one who is reminded of these revelations of his Lord, then insists upon disregarding them? We will certainly punish the guilty.
[47:24] Why do they not study the Quran carefully? Do they have locks on their minds?
[47:25] Surely, those who slide back, after the guidance has been manifested to them, the devil has enticed them and led them on.
Subhaan Allah (Glory be to God), no wonder prophet Muhammad will complain to God on the Day of Judgment that his people have deserted this Quran.

Etiquett (Two Prayers Mentioned by Name)
[24:58] O you who believe, permission must be requested by your servants and the children who have not attained puberty (before entering your rooms). This is to be done in three instances – before the Dawn Prayer, at noon when you change your clothes to rest, and after the Night Prayer. These are three private times for you. At other times, it is not wrong for you or them to mingle with one another. GOD thus clarifies the revelations for you. GOD is Omniscient, Most Wise.
[24:59] Once the children reach puberty, they must ask permission (before entering) like those who became adults before them have asked permission (before entering). GOD thus clarifies His revelations for you. GOD is Omniscient, Most Wise.
The Noon Prayer
[17:78] You shall observe the Contact Prayer (Salat) when the sun declines from its highest point at noon, as it moves towards sunset. You shall also observe (the recitation of) the Quran at dawn. (Reciting) the Quran at dawn is witnessed.
You Shall Observe the Contact Prayers
[2:238] You shall consistently observe the Contact Prayers, especially the middle prayer, and devote yourselves totally to GOD.
Three of the Five Prayers
[11:114] You shall observe the Contact Prayers (Salat) at both ends of the day, and during the night. The righteous works wipe out the evil works. This is a reminder for those who would take heed.
Above verses prove to us that each prayer time was given by Allah to remind us of doing the Contact Prayer to Him in order to be close to Him.
But of course some of us are not happy with the above proof that they will continue asking and doubting the fact that Allah made it clear in those verses. For some, the proofs shown is not enough because they insist on believing Hadith to explain the details of how to do Solat.
But they forget that Solat was done long before Prophet Muhammad came to this world. It was done during the time of Prophet Abraham and his son, Ismail. When Allah stated clearly in the Quran of when to do it, it must have been in the practice of the community since the time of Abraham. Abraham taught his children and family, and go on like that until now. Allah takes good care of the way Solat is done by us, Muslim.
As for the Middle prayer, it is the most missed Solat for many people because the time is very short and most people do not have any break time during their work, or either they are doing sports. That is why Allah mentioned in 2:238, ‘especially the middle prayer’ because He knows that we are always occupied during the time. But for those who are consistently worshiping Allah, they do not find excuse to miss it or doing it the different way like some people who combine the Zuhur and Asar prayer just to make their life easier. This practice is not Quranic and base on Hadith teaching.
Some people like to question so much of the lacking in information of the al Quran but they forget that Allah’s words is sufficient enough for those who believe. If they choose not to believe it, it is their problem, as for those believe, they will be among the winners!

I would like first to explain the details of ‘Syahadah’ mentioned in the Al Quran for everyone to see.
True Proclamation of Faith
Before we humans were banished to this earth, God Most Merciful gave us crucial information we would need to redeem ourselves. Thus we are born with instinctive knowledge about God:
[7:172] Recall that your Lord summoned all the descendants of Adam, and had them bear witness for themselves: “Am I not your Lord?” They all said, “Yes. We bear witness.” Thus, you cannot say on the Day of Resurrection, “We were not aware of this.”
[7:173] Nor can you say, “It was our parents who practiced idolatry, and we simply followed in their footsteps. Will You punish us because of what others have innovated?”
[7:174] We thus explain the revelations, to enable the people to redeem themselves.
The major commandments are very clear in the Quran:
[4:36] You shall worship GOD alone – do not associate anything with Him…
[13:36] …Say, “I am simply enjoined to worship GOD, and never associate any idols with Him. I invite to Him, and to Him is my ultimate destiny.”
We took a covenant with God to uphold these commandments. Otherwise, the devil is the other alternative.
[36:60] Did I not covenant with you, O Children of Adam, that you shall not worship the devil? That he is your most ardent enemy?
[36:61] And that you shall worship Me alone? This is the right path.
[36:62] He has misled multitudes of you. Did you not possess any understanding?
[5:7] Remember GOD’s blessing upon you, and His covenant that He covenanted with you: you said, “We hear and we obey.” You shall observe GOD; GOD is fully aware of the innermost thoughts.
How did we go wrong?
Satan, our most ardent enemy, has once again caused multitudes of humans to disregard our Creator’s soul-saving advice. He has whispered to us that there is no harm in associating others with God as “we are merely acknowledging and giving respect to God’s messengers.” Whom should we believe? God, Lord of the Universe, or Satan who duped us before and caused our eviction from Paradise?
[7:19] “As for you, Adam, dwell with your wife in Paradise, and eat therefrom as you please, but do not approach this one tree, lest you fall in sin.”
[7:20] The devil whispered to them, in order to reveal their bodies, which were invisible to them. He said, “Your Lord did not forbid you from this tree, except to prevent you from becoming angels, and from attaining eternal existence.”
[7:21] He swore to them, “I am giving you good advice.”
[7:22] He thus duped them with lies. As soon as they tasted the tree, their bodies became visible to them, and they tried to cover themselves with the leaves of Paradise. Their Lord called upon them: “Did I not enjoin you from that tree, and warn you that the devil is your most ardent enemy?”
The Quran, God’s great gift to us, repeatedly gives us the correct information about the most important commandment and the greatest criterion:
[3:18] GOD bears witness that there is no god except He, and so do the angels and those who possess knowledge. Truthfully and equitably, He is the absolute god; there is no god but He, the Almighty, Most Wise.
[37:35] When they were told, “Laa Elaaha Ella Allah [There is no other god beside GOD],” they turned arrogant.
[39:45] When GOD ALONE is mentioned, the hearts of those who do not believe in the Hereafter shrink with aversion. But when others are mentioned beside Him, they become satisfied.
[3:79] Never would a human being whom GOD blessed with the scripture and prophethood say to the people, “Idolize me beside GOD.” Instead, (he would say), “Devote yourselves absolutely to your Lord alone,” according to the scripture you preach and the teachings you learn.
[3:80] Nor would he command you to idolize the angels and the prophets as lords. Would he exhort you to disbelieve after becoming submitters?
The Most Gracious further informs us that He sent all of His messengers with the same message (shahadah).
[21:25] We did not send any messenger before you except with the inspiration: “There is no god except Me; you shall worship Me alone.”
In addition, God gives us enough examples of His messengers to eradicate all doubt.
[7:59] We sent Noah to his people, saying, “O my people, worship GOD; you have no other god beside Him. I fear for you the retribution of an awesome day.”
[21:56] He said, “Your only Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, who created them. This is the testimony to which I bear witness. (Abraham)
[7:158] Say, “O people, I am GOD’s messenger to all of you. To Him belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth. There is no god except He. He controls life and death.” Therefore, you shall believe in GOD and His messenger, the gentile prophet, who believes in GOD and His words. Follow him, that you may be guided. (Moses)
[3:51] “GOD is my Lord and your Lord; you shall worship Him alone. This is the right path.” (Jesus)
Prophet Muhammad preached the Quran, the whole Quran, and nothing but the Quran:
[6:19] Say, “Whose testimony is the greatest?” Say, “GOD’s. He is the witness between me and you that this Quran has been inspired to me, to preach it to you and whomever it reaches. Indeed, you bear witness that there are other gods beside GOD.” Say, “I do not testify as you do; there is only one god, and I disown your idolatry.” (Muhammad)
God’s Messenger of the Covenant also preached the same message:
[13:30] We have sent you (O Rashad) to this community, just as we did for other communities in the past. You shall recite to them what we reveal to you, for they have disbelieved in the Most Gracious. Say, “He is my Lord. There is no god except He. I put my trust in Him alone; to Him is my ultimate destiny.”
In fact, every single messenger of God, without any exception, came with the same straightforward message:
[7:65] To `Aad we sent their brother Hood. He said, “O my people, worship GOD; you have no other god beside Him. Would you then observe righteousness?”
[21:87] And Zan-Noon (Jonah, “the one with an `N’ in his name”), abandoned his mission in protest, thinking that we could not control him. He ended up imploring from the darkness (of the big fish’s belly): “There is no god other than You. Be You glorified. I have committed a gross sin.”
[12:38] “And I followed instead the religion of my ancestors, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. We never set up any idols beside GOD. Such is the blessing from GOD upon us and upon the people, but most people are unappreciative. (Joseph)
[7:73] To Thamoud we sent their brother Saaleh. He said, “O my people, worship GOD; you have no other god beside Him. Proof has been provided for you from your Lord: here is GOD’s camel, to serve as a sign for you. Let her eat from GOD’s land, and do not touch her with any harm, lest you incur a painful retribution.
[7:85] To Midyan we sent their brother Shu`aib. He said, “O my people, worship GOD; you have no other god beside Him. Proof has come to you from your Lord. You shall give full weight and full measure when you trade. Do not cheat the people out of their rights. Do not corrupt the earth after it has been set straight. This is better for you, if you are believers.
[20:90] And Aaron had told them, “O my people, this is a test for you. Your only Lord is the Most Gracious, so follow me, and obey my commands.”
[37:125-6] “Do you worship a statue, instead of the Supreme Creator? GOD; your Lord, and the Lord of your forefathers!” (Elias)
[23:32] We sent to them a messenger from among them, saying, “You shall worship GOD. You have no other god beside Him. Would you not be righteous?” (Unknown)
The Quran which God calls the “Messenger of God,” undoubtedly proclaims the same message:
[11:2] Proclaiming: “You shall not worship except GOD. I come to you from Him as a warner, as well as a bearer of good news.
What of those of us who are not messengers? God gives us our examples.
[46:13] Surely, those who say, “Our Lord is GOD,” then lead a righteous life, will have no fear, nor will they grieve.
[31:13] Recall that Luqmaan said to his son, as he enlightened him, “O my son, do not set up any idols beside GOD; idolatry is a gross injustice.”
[18:14] We strengthened their hearts when they stood up and proclaimed: “Our only Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth. We will never worship any other god beside Him. Otherwise, we would be far astray. (Dwellers of the Cave)
[18:38] “As for me, GOD is my Lord, and I will never set up any other god besides my Lord. (The man from the garden)
[7:121] They said, “We believe in the Lord of the universe. (The magicians)

In all the examples that God has given in the Quran of believers proclaiming their faith in Him (Shahadah), there is not one who has mentioned any other name with God. The only instance in the Quran where this occurs is in Sura 63 titled Hypocrites:
[63:1] When the hypocrites come to you they say, “We bear witness that you are the messenger of GOD.” GOD knows that you are His messenger, and GOD bears witness that the hypocrites are liars.
[63:2] Under the guise of their apparent faith, they repel the people from the path of GOD. Miserable indeed is what they do.
[63:3] This is because they believed, then disbelieved. Hence, their minds are blocked; they do not understand.
God calls these people hypocrites and alerts us to their ultimate destiny.
[4:145] The hypocrites will be committed to the lowest pit of Hell, and you will find no one to help them.
If any person still harbors doubt after all these examples from his Creator, perhaps he/she should choose to be on the safe side and consider Abraham’s conclusion:
[19:48] “I will abandon you and the gods you worship beside GOD. I will worship only my Lord. By imploring my Lord alone, I cannot go wrong.”

Perlembangan dan undang-undang yang diamalkan di negara Malaysia amatlah bersesuaian dengan masyarakat Malaysia semenjak kita mencapai kemerdekaan, ianya tidak lapuk seperti yang didakwa oleh ketua pembangkang. Kerajaan Barisan Nasional amat perihatin terhadap keperluan rakyat Malaysia. How do you perform the actual physical ritual of solat as it is not specified in the Quran. I disagree with you if you totally exclude hadis and sunnah. However, from your description of prayer times
I assume you follow convention meaning 2 rakaat for Subuh, 4 rakaat for zohor, asar and isyak, 3 rakaat for maghrib.
Please don’t mock me that I am the perfect muslim. Nobody is a perfect muslim, not you and not me as long we are humans. Humans are daif. Only Allah is perfect. We are here not to show off in a debate like Chua Soi Lek and Lim Guan Eng. It is our duties as muslims to dakwah as our holy Prophet(PBUH) did. for me, please dont use duit zakat to make more money. no need dilaburkan or finance project.
duit zakat sepatutnyer dihabiskan kepada fakir miskin anak yatim there and then.. so we only require org yang diamanahkan untuk mengagihkan duit zakat for a short period. bukan pekerjaan tetap. ni nampak macam org makan gaji untuk mengagihkan duit zakat. what a shame… i dont know if that can be classified as haram… i tak arif.
since duit zakat dilaburkan untuk mengembangkan jumlah atau menambahkannyer, i think the zakat spirit is no longer there.

Of course I did the 5 daily contact prayers and I read the Al Fatihah in Arabic and of course I understand the meaning of it too. And I pray 5 times day from Subuh, Zuhur, Asar, Maghrib, and Isyak. But I do it at specific time when God tells me to do and I do not find excuse in missing them. And if I do miss them, I will ask God’s forgiveness so that I can do better next time. But I do not change the time of Solat just to make life easier for me. When Allah said we have to pray at the specific time, we must obey so. We do not change it and make it differently. We must always remember God and do not find excuse in meeting Him during our daily life.

You’re correct that CPI is qualitative and it is merely based on perception. Corruption may not necessarily high basing only on perception. On the other hand, corruption may not necessarily low with high ratings on CPI. The limitation of perception is trully acknowledged.
For example,Malaysia is deemed corrupted over relation between business and politics. But this was not an issue in USA as the practice of lobbyist group is considered ok and legalised. They are ranked 24 with a score of 7.1 while Malaysia was ranked 60 with a score of just 4.3.
In UAE it is okay for government official conducting business themselves and they are not subjected for audits. They are ranked 28 with a score of 6.8.
With the current war on perception, we wouldn’t know what’s on peoples’ minds. As such, you’re again correct that it should also be addressed for ‘my beloved BN’ to ensure their reputation can be improved.
What I am concerned is that with people talking about corruption just for political sentiment to win votes, the real issue is left unattended. We should increase the level of awareness and tighten the controls. That is the real answers for corruption. To me, it is just absurd to link corruption with political ideology because none of ideology in this world promotes corruption as part of their plight.
P/s: Perception is also running high on corruption in Selangor where I lived. When one party is using ‘Keadilan’ as its ideology, that doesn’t mean that other ideology in this world promotes injustice.

The reason corruption is being equated with political parties is more due to the govn. They are in charge of ensuring and also combatting corruption. It is vital that they put in some tough measures into place. Based on the Corruption Perception Index, the public is not convinced yet that corruption is slowing down. Now, based on our good friend Amin Tan`s believes, he does not think ppl`s perception matter. As mentioned before, it is the most sought after index today to measure corruption as it is a qualitative measurement. Also, ppl`s perception do matter as we elect the government. This Index is our response on the issue of corruption and it does not look great. Tun M has stated before that it is absolutely vital that we potray ourselves in a good light as well. It is not about just being a Muslim and believing in your own integrity. If you cannot gain trust from people, then politics is not your field. We can never ever know people`s intentions these days. Actions speak louder than words or intentions. So yea, in terms of not understanding why it equates to political parties, they are in charge now. Your beloved BN has not convinced ppl yet. Something to think about. Now I never said that corruption is necessarily on a high. That is the limitation of perception. It is not measureable to an extent. If they wish to contend strongly for the next GE, I really hope that they start putting more focus into combatting corruption. Of course, our beloved ppl in the rural areas have other focuses more towards economic prosperity and how they can benefit from it. However, everything is inter-related today from the corruption, abuse of power to the cops and much more.

Mengapakah pihak berwajib tidak berani untuk menahan Anwar Ibrahim (letak beliau di bawah pengawasan Polis)? Lagipun jika beliau tidak bersalah, mengapa beliau asyik menangguh perbicaraan? Tambahan pula ini kali kedua beliau dituduh meliwat. Adakah beliau seorang yang amat tidak bernasib baik sehinggakan beberapa orang telah mengadu diliwat oleh beliau? Saya bukan ahli dalam undang-undang tetapi saya yakin mereka yang menghadapi tuduhan berat seperti rogol, liwat dan bunuh tidak patut dibiar bebas kerana jika sudah ada kes dan perbicaraan sedang berlangsung tertuduh mesti ditahan dan diletak di bawah pengawasan polis; takut nanti ada lagi mangsa lain; hak majoriti mesti didahulukan berbanding hak individu.
Lagi satu, taktik Anwar Ibrahim untuk meraih simpati sudah LAPOK. Sudah ramai yang tersedar dari terus kena tipu. Nasib baik saya tidak pernah tertipu dengan lakonan berkesan Anwar.

I’ve been reading a lot of comments about equating corruption with political standing or party. I’ve been investigating fraud for quite a number of years now and there isn’t any single knowledge that support being partisan is a factor of corruption or fraud. It is all about opportunity and motivation or pressure.
To me, corruption or shall i generalise it as ‘fraud’, is an intrinsic characteristic of human being. It has been as old as prostitution. It relates to the integrity of the human being which deals greatly with their heart. If the intent is sincere, this will strengthen their heart and assist them in resisting temptations or overcoming the pressure. As a Muslim, I believe that this is the matter of someones faith to Allah.
Of course I am against fraud. And associating me with the party I support with fraud would be quite insulting. To tell me that by electing PR would permanently eradicate fraud is somewhat unsubstantiated. In turn, PR particularly PKR, has somewhat shown its characteristic of fraudster themselves. The dirty tactics, the lies, the immoral behaviour, the manipulation, etc. are indicators that they would be rather more professional and organised fraudster compared to the foolish act by BN’s fraudsters. If BN have fraudsters, they have tendency to produce a better ones. The only thing that I can agree is that PR are envious and wanted to share the cakes with BN.
On other hand people’s mind can be corrupted also. Their minds can be corrupted with immoral behaviour like sodomy, drinking problem, lust, sloth, greed, cheating, slander, ill intention, etc. People even wonder what is it wrong with sex in other man anus. This was used to be taboos by all religions in the world but someone has proposed that this has gone ‘lapok’.
Politics is all about supporting ideology. Generally in this world today, they are predominantly conservatism and liberalism. There is no ideology in the world that support corruption. Just fight for your cause and stop bragging like you are descended from heaven. It has gotten under people’s skin.
If anybody in the Parliament like to talk about curbing corruption then they should voice out specifically how this controls can be done. For PR, they have got less to loose if this are fought concertedly because they have less opportunity compared to BN. Ultimately, nobody is supposed to lose anything if all of us start talking in improving controls on fraud. Be it opposition nor rulling party, it was suppose not to make any difference because all that they got is just chances to contribute to the country with some compensation on allowance, perks and benefit. Even the salary and perks of a pilot, geologist, directors, salesman, etc nowadays are more than the PM itself.
But this was not specifically discussed. Instead, I was forced to just give them the ‘power’ on ‘trial and error’ basis. This would just transfer the opportunity to them without any assurance at all.
Someone may have died by ‘accident’ before the worms could be uncovered. Wonder the reputable triad gangs are backing which party right now. How are these political parties actually financed their activities. And they say I am naive. Well, talk all they can, I’ve seen them all. I don’t buy anything that promotes being politically ‘hollier than thou’.

Its been a while since the last time I shared my thoughts here on chedet. I have always been following your blog but this time, regarding the comment made by Anwar recently with BBC has stirred a lot of controversy among the Malaysians. I have been waiting for him to comment on it and finally you did.
Anwar now has gone from hero to zero to some people and from zero to hero to some others. But you continuously questioning and attacking Anwar as if something is not settled between the two of you. But lets leave it for both of you to deal with those issue.
I am here to comment on current law practiced in Malaysia. I agree to certain extent of what Anwar said regarding the Law because most of it need to be looked into again and to be revised. This is due to many factors. But of course the gay rights and other related law are totally unacceptable to me. But other law, we need to look into it again debate on it to come out with the best law according to the teaching of al-Quran. Laws relating to the rights of each human being, laws relating to young people involving in politics, laws regarding corruption (must not be biased towards some people only, eg: NFC Issue), Islamic law as practiced today are not according to the right teaching of Islam based on the al-Quran must be looked into and studied too. Whatever the Law made by the Majlis Fatwa is not necessarily correct just because they are ulama but must be according to al-Quran. Eg, the distribution of Zakat practiced today is not according to the teaching of al-Quran.

The above revelations from the Holy Quran show us that we need to perform obligatory charity when we receive our paycheck and not wait until end of the year because the needy or poor need the money now. They need the money to be spent every month for their food, shelter, clothes, water, support their kids at school and etc not wait end of the year. This is severely been corrupted by our leaders just to make their life easier in terms of getting things worked out their way when it comes to the system of the government. Islam teach us to be fair and just towards the needy and poor and not the other way round.
Also I would like to share with you Tun and everyone else is that Anwar seems to be getting the support of many people. I must say that I agree to some of his point/opinion but not all. I am not a fan of Anwar or anything but I think he has brought the sentiment of change among the youth in Malaysia to vote against the current government due to their poor governance and corruption practice among the top leaders. Anwar has managed to gather information and pull the crowd on to his side to support him against the government.
I believe that many people are now most likely to be voting against the government. But I do not know the future, but this is just my opinion. I would rather see BN leading the country anytime than Anwar and his crony. For me, any country in the world practice corruption and it is impossible for Anwar to come in and expect it to be 100% clean. He was the most corrupt too when he was with the government. He created many crony then but the hardcore PKR fan would deny this fact.
I think Najib is trying hard to repair the problem within UMNO and also to bring back the confidence of the Malays voter for UMNO. He is doing his very best with the GTP and ETP program and I believe he will see the result soon. God willing it will work out well for him.
Tun, many people put the blame on you regarding the current corrupt practice by many top leaders in UMNO/BN. I must say there may be some truth to that too but I do not think it is purely because of you. The practice has been there even before you became the PM of Malaysia but things were getting out of control since the time of Pak Lah.
Many people are wondering if Anwar were to be elected as the next PM of Malaysia, how would it be to people like Tun, and others who are enemy of Anwar? Would they move to overseas to avoid any corruption charges? Or would they stay put and fight like how Anwar fought back when he was thrown into the prison? I believe all Malaysians are waiting for the end of the chapter between you and Anwar.
Sadly to admit this Tun, Najib is no where near to Anwar caliber to lead this country. You are of course the best PM of Malaysia ever but right now we do not have anyone close to your rank except for Anwar. It is just his personal record is a bit shaky and he has too much hatred in him to lead the country.
I just hope and pray Malaysia will get a leader like you again in the near future. Malaysia is a rich country and we should all share the sum of it in order to reach vision 2020 that now seems to fade away from our target.

Parti A – track record excellent, banyak jasanya, ramai orang bijak pandai, negara membangun, tapi “asuk”nya pun excellent…. terang-terang rasuahnya, kalau kakitangan kerajaan atau swasta dah lama masuk dalam jika anak bini dapat projek hehehehe… yang No 1 kureng kawalan pada “surinya”… kalau balik shopping, terus bawak balik rumah barang2, jangan letak bersepah sebab orang nampak…. jaga hanger bukan kambing, tambahan parti A-1 pemimpinnya ada affair siap bervideo punnnnnnnnnnnnnn boleh jadi ketua… aduhai apa nak jadi pada masyarakat kaum C, seolah-olah budaya menyimpan ini boleh diterima oleh masyarakat kaum C. Parti A-2 pulak yang kaya-raya takde ke inisiatif nak tolong masyarakat kaum I yang fakir miskin, jurang terlalu besar…. kalau kaya terlalu kaya… kalau miskin papa kedana.
2. Parti B – parti keluarga, bini ok, anak ok, bapak KO. Seterusnya no komen. Takkan saya nak mewariskan pemimpin belakang taro pada anak cucu saya, lagipun kang di Israelkan kita semua camner??
3. Parti C – ada lambang scud. “REJECT”. Tiada dakwa dakwi.
4. Parti D – dah jadi parti boneka. Pecat ulamak masukkan gendang perang. Geram juga tengok, sebab encik belakang taro punya assistant suruh pecat.

Saya tidak faham kenapa Tun, seorang pemimpin yang dihormati terus mengambil pendekatan sebegini untuk menakutkan rakyat. Strategi lama yang saya rasa sudah tidak effective.
Walaupun Tun merupakan satu-satu nya pemimpin negara ini yang berani dan telah berjaya membawa Malaysia maju kehadapan dari segi pembangunan, ekonomi dan kekayaan. Tetapi Tun sebenarnya telah gagal membangunkan kekuatan insaniah hingga luputnya semangat perjuangan dan cintakan Negara terutama dikalangan orang Melayu.
Diatas kegagalan ini, secara tidak langsung saya berpendapat bahawa Tun lah orang yang bertanggungjawab merosakkan UMNO hingga keakar umbi, menyebabkan UMNO terus lemah hari ini. Tun lah juga bertanggungjawab menyebabkan orang Melayu benci UMNO.
Tun telah membiarkan pemimpin2 UMNO menggunakan kedudukan untuk membuat duit, tidak ada tindakan diambil terhadap kegiatan rasuah di semua peringkat di dalam kerajaan dan UMNO sehingga ianya tidak mampu lagi dibendung. Tabiat2 ini terus diwarisi sehingga hari ini. Apa jua alasan yang diberikan, UMNO telah rosak kerana ini. Pada saya mereka ini lah sebenarnya pengkhianat bangsa.
Kepimpinan UMNO terus mewarisi pemimpin yang lemah kerana Tun telah meninggalkan barisan pak & mak turut. Kononnya pertandingan di peringkat tertinggi tidak digalakkan untuk mengelakkan perpecahan.
Sekarang UMNO mempunyai ketua yang lemah, mempunyai rekod lama yang tidak menarik dan beliau tidak mampu mengawal isteri. Begitu juga kebanyakkan pemimpin2 UMNO lain, mereka lemah dan korup.
Sogokkan demi sogokan telah dibuat dan diberikan kepada rakyat untuk meraih sokongan. Kebanyakkan orang Melayu sudah bosan dan merasakan UMNO tidak boleh berubah.
Bukan kerana Anwar tetapi kecewa… yang dekat menjauhi UMNO, yang jauh terus meninggalkan UMNO…..

It’s time your party gets out of denial and smell the coffee. Time and time again you use religion as a means of uniting or forcing fear into the minds of Malays. When you do this, you may get the support of rural malays, not the urban and educated malays. Time and time again you and your party have proven to be hypocrites.

Are you 100% sure that all your children were virgins before marriage? Are you sure that in the future all your generations to come will be virgins before marriage? What are you talking about really? How is it then in the most islamic state of Kelantan, HIV is the highest? How? Can you stop people? And why is it the highest in Kelantan because they use religion to remain ignorant and feudal, they lack education on safe sex, Period.
It’s rather strange that you are so hung up about sex and sexuality all of a sudden when Malaysians in general have always known and lived with people of different sexual orientation. We have had well known figures who were of different sexual orientation and it has never been a huge drama. How does this topic come into the business of governance?

Are you in a state of denial that this very Man holds huge support? Haven’t you realized the magnitude of his popularity? Why are you throwing yourself into so much self disrespect? You were well respected when you retired but today you have lost most of it. You only have the support of rural malays and not urban Malays and non Malays, this is the truth. People are so tired with your old school & draconian state of mind. 2) Seksyen 377 Kanun Keseksaan, mereka yang melakukan persetubuhan luar tabii dengan haiwan, hukumannya ialah penjara sehingga 20 tahun dan denda atau sebatan.
Seksyen 377A iaitu kesalahan melakukan persetubuhan yang bertentangan dengan aturan tabii sama ada melalui mulut atau dubur, hukuman ialah penjara sehingga 20 tahun dan boleh juga dikenakan sebat.
Seksyen 377B mengatakan bahawa sesiapa yang melakukan hubungan seks luar tabii secara sukarela, akan dihukum penjara maksima 20 tahun, termasuk sebatan.
Seksyen 377C merujuk kepada persetubuhan bertentangan dengan aturan tabii tanpa kerelaan dan pesalah boleh dipenjara tidak kurang lima tahun dan tidak lebih 20 tahun dan boleh juga dikenakan sebatan.
Seksyen 377CA iaitu perhubungan seks dengan objek sama ada melalui dubur atau kemaluan, hukuman yang boleh dikenakan ialah penjara sehingga 20 tahun dan sebatan.
Seksyen 377D iaitu melanggar kesopanan dengan melakukan kelucahan melampau, hukuman yang boleh dikenakan ialah penjara sehingga dua tahun manakala kesalahan mengikut Seksyen 377E iaitu merangsang seorang kanak-kanak (di bawah 14 tahun) untuk melakukan sesuatu perbuatan kelucahan melampau, membawa hukuman penjara sehingga lima tahun dan sebatan.
Perhatikan seksyen 377B dan 377C, munasabahkan orang yang melakukan secara sukarela dihukum penjara maksima 20 tahun dan kalau secara tanpa kerelaan, pesalah boleh dipenjara tidak kurang dari lima tahun dan tidak lebih 20 tahun. Masih relevenkah undang-undang ini, orang yang melakukannya tanpa rela sama sahaja hukumnya dengan orang melakukannya secara sukarela?

Tidak pernah isu seks luar nikar diperkatakan oleh Anwar atau sesiapa pun. Kenapa pula nak tukar belit cerita serupa Utusan & Tv3 sampai rakyat mencaci mereka? d. Supposedly he (normal) lying on the money given to him and others lie again. Press reports since she used to tell a story, a panel of judges will not believe who was considered to have been raped. That is why Strauss-Kahn is not brought to court.
e. Ask the author of articles in Newsweek, “the panel of judges did not know that women can also be put across a rape victim?”
f. In Malaysia, the question is whether those who recite the oath to uphold the Quran in the mosque could not be trusted? But those who do not dare swear reliable.
