PALESTINE

1. I am happy that Palestine is now half-recognised by the United Nations.

2. Why there cannot be full recognition is evidence that we live in a world where there is no justice, where the rule of law prevails not, where might is right.

3. There was no state of Israel where it is now. There was only the state of Palestine then.

4. Now there is a state of Israel but no state of Palestine.

5. Why? Because Israel, this artificial creation of the West, together with its satellite, the United States of America, is against acknowledging the existence of the state of Palestine.

6. There is only a Palestinian Authority, a meaningless entity found nowhere else in the world.

7. And this entity is not allowed to collect all the taxes due to it. “Generously” Israel and the United States undertake to collect the taxes for the Palestinian Authority.

8. The taxes obviously belong to the Palestinians. Now, to punish the Palestinians for seeking to be half-recognised by the United Nations, Israel and the United States threaten not to hand over the taxes they had collected to the rightful owner.

9. Arm-twisting like this is totally unacceptable especially by the so-called democratic countries. But this open manifestation of hypocrisy is only to be expected. In all the dealings regarding the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians, there has never been any instance when justice and fair play have been shown. Always it is about the strong taking what they will and the weak giving in what they must.

10. This is the world in which we live today.

  1. I am also happy that Palestine is now half-Recognized by the United Nations(UN), but the Palestinian struggle is still far away… never give up!!

  2. Salam Tun.

    Congratulations to mubarakchan.
Your evergreen experience is most invaluable to break the 4-day old HBT’s sacred words “I am signing out for this topic.”

  3. Dear Tun,

I support Fatah. Hamas is not realistic and too militant but without the bite and muscle. Hamas is only ‘bedil buluh’ only the ‘BOOM’ sound

  4. Don’t waste your “air liur” with me, Mubarak Chan.

If politician like you can be trusted, today, you are Mr Lee Kuan Yew in Singapore.

  5. Tun

For HBT456. What cheap publicity ? For a lifetime I avoided publicity. I suggest for your New Year 2013 Resolution ‘ I undertake to shoot my cannon more accurately after service and maintenance because it had gone crooked through overuse. ‘ Ah cheh !

Vote BN. This should be the New Year 2013 Resolution for all Malaysians especially the Malaysian Chinese. There is nothing the PR and Lee Kuan Yew can teach us.

  6. YABhg Tun,

High time for a two party system….
    UMNO led or…
    PAS led federal Government….
( PKR…??? PKR is all about Dato Seri Anwar, and he does not live forever…!!!! )

Be careful what you wish for….

  7. To be good Malaysians, it does not matter which race and religion that we belongs.

If the old ones do not let go, the new ones cannot come in.

If mufti Perak who claims “Allah” is only meant for Muslim in Peninsula, I think he better think twice as Malays from other states are evolving and rebellious against them as they are more educated and civilized politically and economically as time moves on for better lifestyle with other races.

I am signing out for this topic.

Being the most advanced country for human rights, liberty and democracy, if the top politician for the country who hold the most important role for the country regardless of sex, once they are tainted directly or indirectly, it would be difficult for him/her to be accepted by their public again.

What I have learned from her is that at least she tried her very best to change the world though tainted by her husband until she can’t work anymore to run for Democrat Presidency as Americans since Independence.

Still the same question that we should ask ourselves, would we continue to fight for a loss cause just to maintain faith until we collapse and ignore our families’ responsibilities?

There are many things that we can do as commoners.

    Why?

Because tomorrow will be a better day as long as we know how to adapt to changes beyond our control.

No one can change the world, but if we failed, don’t feel sad or disappointed.

But at least we know that we have influence others to make Malaysia and the world a better place to live.

For those Asian male and ego politicians who think that women cannot lead, they are wrong.

Women have been demoralized by their own families’ cultures and traditions whereby all educations and assets must be given to males.

The statistic provided by primary 1 by MOE for next intake has shown that female than male students.

Therefore, both Common and Syariah Laws play an important rule here to regulate and maintain marriages to make sure both parties are being represented without bias and prejudice.

  10. out for these WR and MP to discuss for amendments’ green light for annual budget to be announced by the PM annually.

If these WR and MP made promises to the voters and do not perform, those voters who voted them will show their disappointments in next ballot boxes.

    Why protest?

Micro-economics matters like this can be settled via negotiations.

If still cannot, for non-Muslim, they can settle such cases via court proceedings.

If still cannot, for Muslim, they can settle such cases via syariah court proceedings.

Do not create perception to Malaysians and foreigners that we do not respect rule of the law.

It’s sad to find out that people of all faiths are influenced by politicians who abused the rule of law by reporting the cases to PDRM that made PDRM looks so bad in the eyes of the public.

From the name, IGP of PDRM cannot stand on its own?

    Why?

Since Yang Dipertuan Agong acts accordingly to the advice of President UMNO cum PM, then automatically, PDRM acts according to the advice of President UMNO cum PM.

If we are not happy, why get angry?

We have general elections in every 5 years, therefore, if we are not happy, vote WR and/or MP to represent us to bring the matters

I do not know what is the solution here.

Seeing people begging in the main URBAN and CAPITAL city of Malaysia will create an influence to the road users, bankers, institution investors, minority investors (property owners), FDIs, DDIs, foreigners, tourists and Malaysians look at the power of authority in next 10 years for Greater KL.

As Malaysian, I no longer support foreigners or locals to beg.

Begging is not the way of life for Malaysians to earn money out of our “belas kesihan” in our official religion and supporting religions as there are enough kind donations for social welfare to cover them provided by the Government and Private Sectors.

  13. Haha… Its about Palestine Bro

WHY that LEE KUAN YEW IS MENTIONED HERE
    PERHAPS TOO MANY HATE HIM
    EVEN SINGAPOREANS
    SORRY LEE

  14. What I said?

I will say, if Singaporeans got cheated by this free sex here and there, they can always report to the Government watchdogs concerned, not Mr Lee Kuan Yew.

Mubarak Chan, you are guy who loves cheap publicity.

You prejudice against others just because you are Mubarak?

I am wondering why you pakai the word, Mubarak, here?

To show Malaysians that you are more Mubarak than the original race?

  15. Your are wrong to say that Israel did not exist before and it was an artificial creation of the West.

The Holy Qur’an has this to say:

“To Moses We [Allah] gave nine clear signs. Ask the Israelites how he [Moses] first appeared amongst them. Pharoah said to him: ‘Moses, I can see that you are bewitched.’ ‘You know full well,’ he [Moses] replied, ‘that none but the Lord of the heavens and the earth has revealed these visible signs. Pharoah, you are doomed.'”

“Pharoah sought to scare them [the Israelites] out of the land [of Israel]: but We [Allah] drowned him [Pharoah] together with all who were with him. Then We [Allah] said to the Israelites: ‘Dwell in this land [the Land of Israel]. When the promise of the hereafter [End of Days] comes to be fulfilled, We [Allah] shall assemble you [the Israelites] all together [in the Land of Israel].”

“We [Allah] have revealed the Qur’an with the truth, and with the truth it has come down. We have sent you [Muhammed] forth only to proclaim good news and to give warning.”

    [Qur’an, “Night Journey,” chapter 17:100-104]

The Jews, as a people, had suffered a lot. They in turn should make sure they do not caused the Palestinian to suffer. Unfortunately, when people are drunk with powers, they forget to be benign. This is the same in Malaysia.

When you were PM, you did not hesitate to use the ISA.

May the people who had suffered under you, forgive you.

  16. If you have confident, votes go where does not matter as long as they are registered in Malaysia.

  17. YABhg,

Malay voters pass the baton from UMNO to PAS……????
    I don’t think so…..!!!
Some to UMNO..some to PKR and some to PAS would be more to the liking of DAP!!!
A split Malay votes is what Karpal and co praying for…..

  18. Utusan is wrong by not calling Anwar Ibrahim, to verify Hassan Ali’s statement on his view in BBC interview.

Utusan is doing this all the time, but because they are UMNO owned media, no one dare to take action against them except PKR.

But, Anwar Ibrahim is claiming RM50 million in his legal suit against Utusan, that is too much as he is an ex-UMNO politician.

If the judge allows Anwar Ibrahim to get paid for RM50 million as role model of cikgu kencing berdiri, murid kencing berlari, then other Malay politicians can use this case as copycats to sue any politicians that they like.

    What is common law?

  19. One sentence : “Science without Religion Is Lame, Religion without Science Is Blind”. Think and act.. we need both. Education + Religion = Strength

  20. Salam Tun.

I’m very optimistic if the Palestinians are given 2 fully independent states and to be recognised by the UN with a promise of non-interference by israel/USA, the Palestinians will agree to almost anything.
I’m not a diplomat/politician, certainly there are many ways to resolve the issue especially given that one of the feuding parties is the brainy & intelligent jews. The stalemate correctly proves to the outside world that the jews are not interested to negotiate.

Knowing israel has the upperhand in almost anything due to unequivocal support from USA, the greedy jews will keep grabbing at anything until there is nothing of value of significant value to them. Then only they will consider to negotiate, which is meaningless as far as the Palestinian interest is concerned.

There have been several treaties agreed and signed, even before Carter. However they were immediately followed up by ‘little/small incidents’ that were ‘automatically/instantaneously proven’ to be the works of the helpless Palestinians.
As usual, israel retaliated with a blitzkrieg to punish the Palestinians reminiscent of the Nazis way, determine to show to the world they wanted/meant revenge.

Personally, I do not foresee any peaceful solution there in the near future because the jews are not intererested, unless veto power in the UN is revised.

  21. Salam Tun,

I would to show my gratitude to you for consistently ‘fought’ on behalf of the Malaysians, and also the 3rd and Muslims world. Although people keep calling you with bad names, and while what you have and still doing may not produce great results within short time, some of the ‘success’ are flourishing (assume you noticed that).

The ‘recognition’ of UN on Palestine administration is only one of them. Your continuous support also proved your commitment to help Muslims world through all these years. Of course, the result produced after continuous effort from people around the world for the Palestinians. Many efforts. But without strong support from nation leaders like you, Erdogan and others, we might not see this result.

And now we can see many efforts are flourishing from the Malaysians to send our supports to other countries on humanitarian mission including to Somaliland, the Southern Phillipines, Southern Thailand, Cambodia and other places. I saw some of this is partly due to what u have done as the PM of Malaysia e.g. encouraging to explore world abroad, showing strong stand on worldly issues like Palestine and Bosnia even against the world tyrants etc. And this is also due to the great spirit by the Malaysians thus showing the success of call ‘Malaysia Boleh’ (at some points, i believed this really works 🙂

For myself, i used to ignore the ‘call’ for Palestinian because i saw no hope and i thought why need to help Palestinians only because they are Muslim (not all of them are Muslims, and even if they are free, not necessarily the Palestinians will become good Muslims). But recently, i started to show my support, because i see this issue is a humanitarian issue. This is actually another success for your (and the others) effort. More people started to realize the needs to help Palestine.

Men need jobs, women need protection, children need proper schooling. They need proper livings, food and education. And these are denied by Israel and US. So not just to Muslims. All people are obliged to help the Palestine. If succeed, they will surely become another symbol of freedom (like the neo-apartheid in South Africa). So even they will not become better Muslims, we still obliged to help them on human basis (alhamdulillah if they become better Muslims, of course).

I hope the Malaysia future leaders will have (at least) the similar charisma as you, who have strong spirit of leadership, principle and committed to accomplish something with great vision even if he has to against the odd. I know, many great people involved and worked for you, but without great leadership and manager, things will not result as they are today.

Thanks Tun for all these years. You and your family may have suffered for the sake of rakyat. But with ‘doa’ from ‘rakyat’ (including me), hopefully Allah will forgive you, show your family ‘hidayah’ and present u better living in Hereafter. Salam. As a Malaysian, i’m lucky to had you as my PM. Hope DS Najib can better your achievement 🙂

  22. Tun

For Madame HBT456 the Malaysian Rose amongst the thorns.

I am exceedingly glad that you have noted the caring attitude of the BN Government as led by the UMNO in their quest to give affordable English to all schools. You are happy, aren’t you as you expressed ? All Malaysians should balance the good deeds of the BN as led by the UMNO against minur administrative weaknesses which can easily be corrected and will be done.

Vote BN. All Malaysians especially the Malaysian Chinese like Madame HBT456 the Malaysian Rose amongst the thorns and you can do no wrong.

  23. Tun

For sudin and all my compatriots. It is a delight to see today the huge efforts by Tun and other leaders, and you, Sudin and other compatriots including my humble-self contributed in our little ways whatever we could whether in the work-place, or ideas or etc. which resulted in the health and happiness today of our families, our children, our grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

We all have come a very long way comparatively with some countries, GENUINELY. The BN as led by the UMNO did not brainwash us. They are too honest and culturally courteous !

All Malaysians should stand proud, strong and tall especially the Bumiputras, the Malaysian Indians, the Malaysian Chinese and all who are citizens.

Like you Tun, we the Malaysians must speak out loud and forcefully that what have been created all these years by the BN as led by the UMNO and the Royal Sultans since 1946 are not to be taken away from us. What have been promised were delivered. That is the indelible record of the incumbent Government.

Vote BN. All Malaysians especially the Malaysian Chinese. There is nothing to be ashamed about. Do not be shy and express where your true interests and feelings and do not fight for the causes of others with unproven records.

  24. Salam Tun.

For some specific period, I was concerned that my self-proclaimed mentor a.k.a. the evergreen wise man is leaving chedet.
Thank you ‘mubarakchan’ for your continual guidance and utmost concern on the well-being and all-goodness-be to our beloved Malaysia.

  25. Tun

For HBT456 the Malaysian rose amongst the thorns.

Based on real facts and for your edification only, I have pleasure to refer you to 2 reports by the United States world famous and independent Gallup Polls on Singapore’s real firsts. (i) Singapore is the most emotionless country in the World. (ii) Singapore is the most unhappy country in the world.

And this is at the end of Lee Kuan Yew’s one man rule of over 50 years of fantasy tropical isle of Singapore. Comparatively, Malaysia is a runaway success whilst Singapore is a runaway failure in human terms. Money, money, money.

See how happy you and your university student son are in Malaysia and happily lambasted us gentlemen all the time with your loose cannon. No hard feelings since you vote BN

Vote BN. All Malaysians especially the Malaysian Chinese. I have never said a dishonest word especially in the presence of my peers. The BN as led by the UMNO is as solid as a rock.

Indeed it’s the best Christmas present not only for Christians, but for Malaysians.

I am not a Christian but Christmas is my favorite festive season of the year whereby Malaysians can enjoy grand decorations in shopping malls.

Christians and Muslims are spiritually bonded that can never be separated.

It would be perfect if Putrajaya has Christmas decoration in their receptionist area too.

To me, Muhammad, Jesus, Confucius and Buddha are the greatest men on earth whom have pioneered teachings as the best way to make human being less ugly via their writings.

  27. Tun,

    Palestinians deserve self-determination.
It is interesting how some of the comments of your
bloggers portray the Dilemma that Israel is in.
Using words like ‘dislodge’ merely implies that
murdering a whole race justifies the hatred of Israeli’s
self-determination and defense of a nation. There was
always only a Palestine and there never was Judea, Samaria
    or the Trans-Jordan?

    Shalom in Yeshua’s Name

  28. Salam Tun,

Please allow me to respond to my old blogging fiend Amin Tan

    Dear Tun,
Please allow me comment on username ‘enlightenment’ who is not enlightened at all

It is typical BN style to kutuk others, only BN is right. Thank you Amin Tan, it is a reflection on your self proclaimed Islam and how you carry yourself.

    Dear Mr ‘enlightenment’,
You openly confess to have no religion, how can you be enlightened?

I see. So one needs a religion to be enlightened ? And that is what they teach you in religious school no doubt ? Everyone else without religion is stupid. Yes, of course.

Sudin is right. According to legal definition of a Malay, he is a Muslim. In order to have some self respect, we must have some modicum of intellectual honesty. I find your sincerity is doubtful and questionable. You even try to hide your identity. It is an exercise in futility having discussion with some one who is a fake.

Is all this because you cannot digest or stomach my comments ? If by legal definition i am not a Malay, then so be it. It does not matter to me what the goverment calls me. They are never right anyway.

So i am not a Malay legally. Wow, i lose all the bumi privileges, discounts, freebies, right to authority and rule, right to discriminate others, right to be racist. Wow.

And that my fellow bloggers, is what life in Malaysia is all about. If you are not happy, “get out of Malaysia” they will tell you.

And so we will all have to live under this manner of rule, which the BN thinks is loved by everyone. LOL.

    Thank You Tun

  29. I hope that the names of the pair (means harmony) of Panda Bears to mark Malaysia Permanent Friendship with People’s Republic of China will not be changed into Malay or Islam names just to win the Malay votes.

There are only 1,600 left in China.

Panda Bears are National Pride and Peace to Chinese nationals and Oversea Born Chinese.

Sir Mubarak Chan, it does not matter which state I come from.

Our common objective in this blog is to choose the best leaders to lead Malaysians of all races.

It’s up to BN and PR to choose their Wakil Rakyat and Members of Parliament to contest in this GE13th.

  30. Hey sudin,

Why don’t you ask why Bumi take drug in the 1st place?

If non-Bumi druglords do not have connection with Bumi as their dealers, you think they can sell drugs into that Bumi areas?

As for Palestine issue, I will leave it for Menteri yang jaga Islam tu and Minister of Foreign Affair to deal with it.

The historical conflict between Nanjing and Japanese Imperialism before WW2, it would be better-off for Bumi there to deal with it.

  31. Salam Tun.

To my dear comrade blogger “Age_of_Enlightenment” (AoE) @ “Middle Ages” (15/12/2012 @3:03am) .

Seems you are going deeper & further back into civilisation, into the times of enlightenment of Gautama Buddha, or is it during the beginning of Hinduism? You are moving too far backwards into the Stoneage era. Many of us have decided to accept your middleage status, but you really surprised everyone!!

I do hope AoE is not more confused, and instead do try to gently remove the thick blanket of confusion covering your sanity.

  32. Salam Tun.

Before I give my reply to madame HBT’s entry (15/12/2012 @5:09pm), I congratulate her “vote BN stand”. She’s not confused, not a hypocrite and my initial perception about her was wrong, thousand apologies. She’s merely a dame with lots of things to talk about.

Okay madame, now back to your entry.

    1. Go back a little before the Nanjing & Japanese Imperialist period. The English drugged the Chinese hoping to have easier control over the latter, which led to the opium war.
Today the non-Bumi druglords are creating & causing young Bumi addicts to become sampah masyarakat, snatching handbags and whatnot, whilst simultaneously making the former untouchable tycoons.

    2. Tun Dr. M is one of the VERY FEW Malay politicians to continuously bring issues on injustice to the Palestinians. Saudara Anwar and his puppet Malay politicians in PKR dare not, similarly to the PAS counterpart because they are afraid of losing isreali support.
I’m surprised to read such sweeping statement coming from a dame!

It’s interesting to note that all hurricanes are named after a woman, and you are not considering yourself as an exception.

  33. Tun

For Amin Tan, HBT456 and all my fellow Malaysians.

As one of my elder siblings once told me, ‘ you are too serious and financially minded’. Unfortunately, I was born that way. Since I have raised the attention and ire of some, I wished I do not have to express my comments with true facts and on holiday somewhere. But when I saw the injustice and the venom being poured on you, Tun, I could not stand back and see my beloved country Malaysia being done in bit by bit after spending a lifetime studying the intentions and movements of the subtle and guile of the performers on the Malaysian political stage. I saw all these machinations at my University when generations after generations of Singaporeans turned up and preened around and asked us Malayans to vote them into top office which they succeeded before I turned up. I told the Malayans do not be silly. Eventually, we discovered they were not all that smart and also the Malayans outnumbered them. So, we threw them out of office.

Further, it is time some Bloggers on this distinguished Blog do not take to name calling when they could not debate. Do not use words at others like ‘coward’ or ‘stagnant’ when a better phrase ‘intellectually or mentally arrogant’ could be used. We are Malaysians and should treat each other with respect. My comments have been focussed on political-socio-economic topics and substantiated with facts especially about Singapore. The facts come from the media which I collated and presented in a raw form to shock some from their happy slumber. The reaction now so created is the good because some are now aware and in their minds ‘what is what’ as we Malaysians say.

I will certainly react, like you, Tun, when anyone tries to be ‘funny’ as we Malaysians say.

I am sorry no one appreciates my MSA joke and twisted it into something else. It was truly a joke ladies and gentlemen ! Especially for you HBT456 the houselady probably a retired schoolteacher from Penang and Amin Tan the gentleman. It was only a joke if you take it out of context. But please treat my other comments very seriously. I meant it. Or else sayonara Malaysia as we know it as led by the BN Government and the UMNO since 1946.

Actually, I have a very thick skin after years after buffeting by others. I do not feel a thing because I knew I won.

Vote BN ! All Malaysians especially the Malaysian Chinese. The non-Malaysians have finally recognised the peace, harmony and well-being of our beloved country and are arriving in increasing numbers to share these goodies as created by the BN as led by the UMNO with us.

What better proof than this ? We should welcome them.

  34. Dear Tun,
Please allow me to address Mr Mubarakchan.

“First, I have never accused any one in personal terms. It is bad to do so when a person loses an argument for want of facts. I always stand by facts and debate because I was trained that way.

Second, since everyone here likes to call me ‘Uncle’, I like to recall that in the days of the MSA in the early 1960s, I used to travel to your beloved Singapore by the Comet jet at 6 a.m. The air hostess would sit by my side and we have breakfast together. There was no other passenger in the cabin.

Later, the air hostesses would call me ‘Mr’ and even later they call me ‘Sir’. And now like all of you, especially those who want to see the end of me, they call me ‘Uncle’. I know I am finish !

HBT456 my dear houselady, I hope you noticed that I can also comment without mentioning your favourite Uncle Lee Kuan Yew too.”

    Dear Mr Mubarakchan,

Please forgive me if I have addressed you wrongly. I thought ‘uncle’ is more respectful. In terms of age and experience, you must be at least one generation my senior. I went to University Malaya in 1970. I came to the HBT 456’s assistance as I saw she was embattled and she was holding her ground with gusto and immense courage. Apparently she needed and deserved moral support.
Mr Mubarakchan, with your distinguished station in life, contemporary of Lee kuan Yew and Tun Dr Mahathir, son of founder of Confucious School, Kuala Lumpur, travelled alone with the sole air hostess in an air plane in the 60s(I presume those days they didn’t talk about khalwat law yet), indeed you were in over drive in this blog site. HBT 456 has to hail you to slow down a bit by crudely addressing you ‘Hei Uncle Mubarakchan’.
When we call you ‘uncle’ we were respectful of your seniority, without any ulterior motive or negative connotation.

    amin tan

  35. Tun

For HBT the houselady, Amin Tan the gentlemen and all the fellow Bloggers on this distinguished Blog.

First, I have never accused any one in personal terms. It is bad to do so when a person loses an argument for want of facts. I always stand by facts and debate because I was trained that way.

Vote BN. All Malaysians especially the Malaysian Chinese who can worship, love, kow-tow etc to anyone on this globe. But if you vote, you vote the BN as led by the UMNO. You can do no wrong and your ancestors would not knock you on the head with Bata slippers made in Klang !

  36. Dear Tun,

Please allow me to address Mr. Meqdtaheri.
    Mr. Meqdtaheri,

Your information is detailed and interesting. But why can’t the Arab Muslims coexist with the Jews?. Even 2 of our Holy Prophet’s wives were Jews namely Safiyah and Raihanah. The unending war in Palestine is a silly perpetual distraction and a waste of time and resources. Both sides are being petty, recalcitrant, calculative, belligerent and vengeful, the cousins of both, the vanquished and the victors. Rasulullah and the subsequent Caliphs never advocated extermination of the Jews as some hard lined Arabs are advocating now. Wallahu alam.

    amin tan

  37. Bismillah al-Rahman al-Rahim.

It will take a lot to dislodge the Jews from Palestine, as described in Jonathan Bloomfield’s award-winning book, “Palestine,” where the ultimate assault on the Zionist Entity is thinly veiled as fiction.

Before 1948, Palestine was ruled by a series of empires. “Palestine” was a name given to southern Bilad al-Sham (Greater Syria) in the second century by the Romans, in an attempt to break the Jewish adherence to the land. This was a century after the Jewish temple (Beit al-Maqdis) was destroyed and more than a million of them massacred.

The Jews stopped fighting the Romans only after they had no more fighting men standing. The Jews persisted through the centuries under the various empires, after the Arab invasion of 635AD (which they fought alongside the Byzantines), and after the Crusade massacres of the 11th Century, which decimated much of their population.

Few in the Muslim Ummah know that Jewish customs, religion, prayers, poetry, holidays, and virtually every walk of life, documented for thousands of years—all revolve around al-Quds. They pray for al-Quds in every prayer, after every meal, in every holiday, at every wedding, in every celebration. The whole Jewish religion is about Palestine and al-Quds. Western expressions such as “The Promised Land,” and “The Holy Land,” didn’t pop out of void. They are part of Western knowledge and tradition dating back to the beginning of Christianity and earlier.

After the Crusades, the Jews lived peacefully with Arabs, often in the very same villages, as in Pki’in, in the Jalil, until the Zionist immigrations of the 19th and 20th Centuries. Article 6 of the PLO charter calls for the acceptance of all Jews present in Palestine prior to the Zionist immigrations. These Jews were simply another ethnic group in a region composed of Sunnis, Shiites, Jews, Druz, Greek Orthodox, Catholics, Circassians, Samarians, and more. Some of these groups, like the Druz, Circassians, Samarians, and an increasing number of Christians, are actually loyal to the Zionist Entity.

Few in the Muslim Ummah realize it, but it will take a lot to dislodge the Jews from Palestine. Learning the enemy is an integral part of planning a war.

  40. Salam Tun,

The Palestinians acknowledge your struggle for them. God is Great!

The irony of it all is that the Palestinians, the Bosnians and the rest of the Muslim world recognize your important role in helping the Muslims plight worldwide but back here in Malaysia, some people will do their evil best to fitnah and demonize you, all for the sake of politics.

You have been vindicated and proven right time and time again. Your detractors especially those ular maks in Biro Agama DAP a.k.a. PAS are gradually being exposed as the misguided vengeful fanatics that they are!

“Antara kenangan paling manis dan emotional yg dia dpt semasa pergi beri pertolongan utk pelarian Syria di Jordan baru2 ni adalah apabila dia melaw
at tempat pelarian palestin yg dah lebih 10 tahun dekat situ jugak.

Beliau terus berkata dgn titisan air mata..”

    Hail the Palestinians!
Don’t we all love it when the underdogs win!
The irony of it all is that the Americans manifest their love of the underdogs thru Hollywood in films like Star Wars but in real life they are the evil Dark Lords of the Sith and the Zionist Jews are clones of Darth Vader!

If PAS, PKR and DAP used anti-Lynas activism to go against state government, Sultan Pahang and Federal Government, I would rather give up the development of Penang for the sake of economics purpose for Malaysian economy.

Penang Island is like a penyu that has lost its right arm due to their superstitious worship of their CM.

If Anwar Ibrahim said he rather work with DAP Lim Guan Eng than MCA Chua Soi Lek, just let it be…

If Anwar Ibrahim can betray his own race and UMNO, Anwar Ibrahim can betray Agong and Federal Government and Malaysians tomorrow.

  43. Dear Tun,

HBT 456 is indeed an honourable and graceful lady. You are visionary to foresee the possibility of Penang breaking away like Singapore. Some Chinese ladies are wise, courageous and beautiful as well berbudi bahasa(graceful).

  44. Hey Uncle Mubarak Chan,

Only cowards who accused Malaysians of “kow tow” to others will say things like that.

Therefore, Uncle Mubarak Chan is outdated and stagnant.

    Sdr Amin Tan,

We should accept the fact that BN wanted so much to take back Penang to avoid Malaysia being split into independent states.

Because of this reason, as Malaysian, I will influence my boy to vote BN using Chinese civilization history.

  45. Dear Tun,
Most likely PRU13 would be held either in March or April 2013. This time around I suppose BN may take back every state in the Peninsular and Sabah and Sarawak, with the exception of may be Penang. It may be tough but do-able.

BN is in a better coalition looking from the holistic view point. They have been in power since before independence, well tested and proven workable. It is difficult, if not almost impossible to topple BN in the general election.
The Opposition coalition PR has component parties that has too diametrically opposing positions and ideologies. Just look at the band of brigands constituting the unholy collusion of failed politicians in PR. The Trinity of misfits among PAS, PKR and DAP conspire to usurp power of the country is frightening really and totally not sensible and unrealistic.
I pray that we continue to enjoy peace, stability and harmony in the country.

I am sure you are surprised or maybe not surprised that our fellow citizens who are of some standing in this Blog still do not understand the real issues which confront them. In a way, I do not blame them for the simple reason that they have their lives to look after and are busy. On the other hand, little do they realise that it was the BN Government as led by the UMNO which created all this easy living and complacency amongst these trusting citizens of our beloved Malaysia. The wiles and cunning of Humankind mollycoddled them to the nth degree so much so when facts are presented (which I do deliberately) to them, they instinctly felt revulsion to the truth – so much for subtle brain-washing. Honestly, I find this meritocracy is a myth created by those who know better.

Vote BN. All Malaysians especially the Malaysian Chinese. There is no difference between the BN Government as led by the UMNO with a record of delivering peace, harmony and well-being always to all Malaysians and the PR which has no record. So why change the Government ?

An Amendment for HBT456 and Amin Tan – ‘ Like they believe that Mount Everest was there and then at the end of the day, they found it was NOT there…’

  48. Tun

    For HBT456 and Amin Tan.

Ha ! Ha! Ha! HBT456 and Amin Tan. Only Tun and Lee Kuan Yew know who I am. I am definitely not a veteran MCA politician. You think a veteran MCA politician dares to say anything about facts.

I stand by all my comments because I said them so that my fellow Malaysians know the facts and be proud of themselves, all of us Malaysians, and not kow-tow to others who are good at spinning, conning and brain-washing. Why kow-tow to people whom you think they are superior and in fact they are not ? Like trying to kow-tow to your own shadow.

I stand by all my facts which seem to certain people difficult to swallow. Like they believe that Mount Everest was there and then at the end of the day, they found it was there. For your reading material, HBT456 the houselady and Amin Tan, read up on Hitler before it is too late !

  49. Dear Tun,

Bravo HBT 456. You have a point there lady, one each against Sudin and Uncle Mubarak. Do not take offence, Uncle Mubarak and Sudin. Let us all take it as a word of advice that please do not overdo or be sweeping in whatever we do. Take stock of ourselves and muhasabah diri. Be holistic and look at the big picture. I quite agree with her comparison with the Chinese newspapers and continuing to pick on Singapore.
HBT 456 has moral integrity and simple as well as sincere in her discourse. wallahu alam.

  50. Hey Uncle Mubarak Chan,

As MCA veteran politician with outstanding result from a well to do family whom have the political connection to Malay government should stop nagging and compare yourself with Mr Lee Kuan Yew and Singaporeans.

Got gut, please tell your rival, DAP Tony Pua that Malaysian parents do not need politicians to compare our children results with other countries.

In your political heart and eye, only money is of your concern.

But the day when you as MCA veteran politician supported vote buying, democracy is screwed.

    So, please don’t talk big!

  51. Tun

Why are some bloggers so impatient in getting a resolution to the Palestine problem ? The history of the world is such that conflicts after conflicts have been resolved in the interests of those who were in the right. I am sure many will agree with me the resolution of the Palestine conflict may not be resolved by tomorrow, maybe not even in a decade or more. But take my word for it, the Palestinians and the Islamic World will rise and rise beyond bounds in the decades to come. Empires have always come and gone eg. the Persian, the Roman, the Ottoman, the European etc. The present conflict is actually all about money, money, money. and more. When the source of money dries up, the scenario changes beyond our present mind-set. The losers could be the victors. Who really knows in say in 50 or 100 years time ?

  52. Hey Mr Sudin,

Malay politician keeps talking about Israel and Palestine historical conflicts that can never be solved to make them greater than thou?

Have sudin ever read headline on local Chinese politicians will keep on talking about Nanjing and Japan Imperialism conflicts to get Malaysian donation?

Both Islamic financing and Halal manufacturing economic programmes are ongoing which were introduced by Malaysian Government to tab the world Muslim markets since 1997 financial crisis.

No one sabotage Proton cars, terong pipit.

But Proton Board of Directors needs to come out with a good proposal to minimize the high stocks of unsold Proton cars so that Senators can approved future funding to Proton.

  53. Salam Tun.

I do have a simple solution for eternal peace between the Palestinians and israel; give 2 independent Palestine states of Gaza and West Bank (to avoid repetition of the ugly scenes as in East & West Pakistan) , 1 each to Hamas and Hizbullah and both to be fully recognised by the UN with the following conditions.

    1. No military for the new countries, hence the jews will not feel threatened.

    2. israel to negotiate the return of dispossessed Palestinian land in isreal during the last 30 years.

    3. Ownership and status of Baitulmuqaddis to remain as before the 1967 war.

Of course even when all parties have reach agreement for a guaranteed safety of israel and 2 newly independent Palestine states, there is mossad with the 9/11-like incidents that will be followed up by USA/UK pointing fingers to Palestinians/Al-Qaeda as the purported culprits!
Then israel will pull out from the agreement, blaming Palestinian involvement in those incidents, and giving israel self-declared right to invade and occupy Palestine.

  54. Dear Tun,
I’m sorry for bringing in different topic. I’m very much concerned over Proton.
Few years back we got news from Toyota and Honda by their product been recall due to defectives. So did our Proton Savvy.
My worried point is, possibility of sabotage proton cars in quality. If that happen then Proton might incur big amount of cost to cover the recall and replacement. I really hope Tun would advise DS Najib to tighten the quality control of Proton.

When I first came across the family of Lee Kuan Yew in October, 1951, it was a humble family.
But now in 2012, the family is rich beyond the dreams of the 99% proletariat in Singapore. Lee Kuan Yew’s annual salary as of 2011 was at least S$2 Million, Kim Eng Securities were sold to Maybank for more than a song, etc. etc.

It does not make sense why the DAP has been in the Opposition since 1969 to 2012 – 43 years in plain Malaysia. Or does it ? At least in Malaysia, it is not money, money, money.

  56. Tun

Over this week-end while this Blog is being restored, I would like to request for the very first time to his Malaysian cohorts to consider the role of Lee Kuan Yew who attained a wartime starred Double First Law degree from Cambridge and probably a Third Class from the Bar Finals London, in turning Singapore into a failed State after a one-man over 50 year rule as a Western despot. It is time for a Singapore Spring ! Comparatively, Malaysia is a run-away success and over the same period, we had 6 democratically elected Prime Ministers. There is nothing Lee Kuan Yew and Singapore can teach us but only misery. Singapore finally achieved a real independent accolade of being the ‘most emotionless in the World’ from Gallup Poll.
All DAP delegates for this week-end’s Slugfest, wake up that you are in our beloved Malaysia and not Lee Kuan Yew’s Singapore or China or Australia. Malaysia that has given us, Malaysian Chinese and all Malaysians, a long period of peace, harmony and well-being through the governance of the BN as led by the UMNO.
    Vote BN !

  57. Singaporean jobs are robbed by Chinese, but Malaysians’ personal belongings are being robbed by foreigners on the street.

  58. Dear Tun,
great to be reading your blog again.
To my memory Singapore have twice abstained from voting in favour of Palestine.
Last year Singapore voted not to support Palestine entry into UNESCO and now not supporting Palestine entry into UN even as a half member.

And the first retribution for Singapore is the shameful resignation of its Parliament Speaker Mr Michael Palmer. Wonder whats next.
Singapore is SO ARROGANT in not supporting Palestine struggle.
    Hence come the retribution.
I may sound like being immature but just wait and see whats going to happen next.
Already Singapore is having trouble with its immigrant workers namely from China who recently went on strike, something Singaporean have not seen happenning in Singapore for a very long time.
They (PAP) brought in over a million workers from China hoping to maintain their status quo in Singapore.
But the tide turn against the PAP themselves.
Harapkan pagar , pagar makan padi.
    Serve them right.
So many nation around the world voted in favour of Palestine,
even those who are close and friendly to US.

    By the way TUN,
I just finished watching youtube on Siapa Anwar Ibrahim Sebenarnya oleh YB Sdr Zulkifli Nordin.
The whole of Malaysia must watch it and listen what YB Sdr Zulkifli Nordin has to say about Anwar Ibrahim who he was very close with since Anwar’s sacking in 1998.
YB Sdr Zulkifli Nordin witness first hand experience about Anwar expression after being told about Saiful making police report of being sodomised by Anwar.
All Malaysian should be made to see this clarification by YB Sdr Zulkifli Nordin.
    Very important, very vital.
YB Sdr Zulkifli is a practicing Muslim lawyer and he knows what he is talking about.
Maybe and hopefully RTM or TV3 or any TV station should telecast this speech by YB Sdr Zulkifli Nordin. Also listen and see what YB Sdr Zulkifli Nordin has to say about the famous video clip of Anwar’s vist to the Chinese prostitute.
WATCH WATCH WATCH Must WATCH. You may regret if you do not watch it especially before this PRU13.
After Watching and Listening to YB Sdr Zulkifli Nordin then we can make up our mind as to who this person called Anwar Ibrahim is . Especially for those who are Anwar blind supporters and also those who are sitting on the fence.

    Thanks TUN.

  59. Dear Tun,

Please allow me comment on username ‘enlightenment’ who is not enlightened at all
“6. Sudin doubts i am a Malay, so be it. What do i care ? As for religion, it is personal, it is not for Sudin to judge. I have none, i follow none. Better that way, my soul plenty more peaceful.”

    Dear Mr ‘enlightenment’,

You openly confess to have no religion, how can you be enlightened? Sudin is right. According to legal definition of a Malay, he is a Muslim. In order to have some self respect, we must have some modicum of intellectual honesty. I find your sincerity is doubtful and questionable. You even try to hide your identity. It is an exercise in futility having discussion with some one who is a fake.

  60. Good morning YAB,

    41. Age_of_Enlightenment December 15, 2012 at 3:03 AM can jump into conclusion of what he thinks of me and his race, sdr sudin.

    42. After 55 years of Merdeka in Peninsula, I am more comfortable with Tunku Abdul Rahman’s style.

    43. Only selfish, low confidence, lalang and low moral people needs protection to make them look great behind closed door.

    46. After all these years of being terrorized by Perkasa and May 13, it makes no different anymore.

    47. If MCA cannot maintain 15 seats in this PRU13, they should pull out from BN.

    That’s all, YAB.

  61. Salam Tun,

    1. With a new Blog application, the old username “Middle Ages” is no longer. I have taken on a new name to reflect progress towards the next step for Malays. I am now Age_of_Enlightenment and happily so.

    2. Sudin probably has had sleepless nights sakit hati at me, and a few other commentors, and of recent at HBT. It is a typical Malay syndrome, of not being able to accept anything different. Sombong tak tentu pasal.

    3. I read a recent article on pluralism, and it seems the government of Malaysia is unable to accept it. Or should i be more specific in that UMNO is not able to accept it. It is considered a threat to Islam.

    4. The young muslims of UMNO, by way of their own logical reasoning, has decided to support Israel and against Palestine, declaring there is no jihad for Palestine, much to the surprise of some older ulamaks.

    5. As an observer of their ( the young ulamas ) way of reasoning, one can agree that it is logical. I can testify to that. But it is devoid of humanity and compassion. It is pure reasoning, with no heart. And hence they arrive at the conclusion that Israel has the right to chase the Palestinians out. Maybe Sudin wants to confront them now and win over their anti-Palestine stance ?

    6. Sudin doubts i am a Malay, so be it. What do i care ? As for religion, it is personal, it is not for Sudin to judge. I have none, i follow none. Better that way, my soul plenty more peaceful.

    7. HBT says son voting for opposition while she votes for BN. If mother and son can talk of differences and be politically opposite, it makes for a good dinner talk. Sudin being a typical Malay cannot understand this unfortunately. What to do, ayam tak patuk, itik tak sudu.

    8. UMNO is against pluralism. This is a major weakness, of UMNO and Malays. Today i met several Bahai workers. I guess under UMNO regime, they must remain silent as a mouse, and live like a mouse. This is how it is in sunny Malaysia. Should these Bahai workers encounter good fortune and obtain good capital to start business, do you really think they would do so here in Malaysia ?

    9. I hope the new theme for Government of Malaysia is enlightenment. Because many millions are still stuck in the middle ages. Don’t ask me how to bring enlightenment to the masses, it ain’t my scope and i’m sure plenty others could do it well.

    10. Malays must to study and willing to be trained to progress. The lifestyle of Malays prevent them from learning. The Chinese have embarked on Lifelong Learning long ago while the Indians value professionals very highly, making them pursue professional careers. Malays however rely on the constitution to excel. Unfortunately, the Malaysian Constitution cannot make you excellent. It can only protect you from being muzeumnized.

    Thank You Tun

  62. Tun

I wish all Malaysians and all the DAP members taking part in this week-end’s DAP Slugfest to take note whenever irresponsible elements mention the equivalent of an ‘Arab Spring’ in our beloved Malaysia which is now in peace, harmony and well-being since 1946 :-

    1. The instigators should read up on the Malayan Union and its sequel.

2 The longest Western despot in command is still Lee Kuan Yew with his wartime starred Double First law degree from Cambridge and probably a Third Class in the Bar Finals London. – the dictatorial ruler of Singapore, 1959 to 2012, (53 years and more) during which period our beloved Malaysia had 6 democratically elected Prime Ministers.

    3. The Singaporean Spring is long overdue.

    4. Comparatively, Malaysia is a runaway success in relation to Singapore which is stumbling and crumbling and has the following future choices :

    i) Be the 53rd State of the United States Union.

    ii) Be a British Colony.

    iii) Be part of Malaysia.

    iv) Status quo.

Quo Vadis DAP without a creditable and honourable icon to replace Lee Kuan Yew ?

  63. Good evening YAB,

    39. Whatever sudin wanna say, it’s his right.

    40. Aku dah biasa dengan sikap macam sudin ni.

    Goodnight, YAB.

  64. Tun,

How timely that your distinguished Blog is back into action ! Now let us all analyse what is really the DAP as the DAP Slugfest looms large this weekend.

    1. It was founded by Lee Kuan Yew in 1968.

    2. It has been in Opposition from 1968 to 2012. It must be the joy of not being hungry with a full stomach !

    3. It is a Party which garners more Malaysian Chinese votes when the BN as led by UMNO felt complacent and sombong.

    4. It has 2 family dynasties in the Party whereas Lee Kuan Yew included some distant relatives and his son.

    5. It attracts citizens who do not quite understand both our beloved Malaysia and China but they worship and kow-tow to Lee Kuan Yew and his failed meritocratic pyramid in a failed State. This is due to the constant brain-washing which failed because now Lee Kuan Yew and Singapore failed.

    6. Those who support the DAP expect to get Lee Kuan Yew. They would not. Even if they did, Lee Kuan Yew with his wartime starred Double First Law degree from Cambridge and probably a Third Class in the Bar Finals, London (his wife was ranked 3rd out of 300 and my wife 7th out ot 700) and a one-man over 50 year rule over a fantasy tropical isle, failed miserably. I think the Lims did better than Lee Kuan Yew at the Bar Finals London. In any case, the combined intellect of the DAP cannot match Lee Kuan Yew’s. How do we expect the DAP to do well in a minority of one in a quorum of 3 in diverse and complicated Malaysia ? Even MCA is the No. 2 ! Do not be conned chaps !

    7. The DAP with the PR is now suggesting a possible Arab Spring in our beloved Malaysia ! They must be from Mars. Have they not heard of 1946 and the Malayan Union, the Royal Sultans, the UMNO and the many patriots which were in the Malayan Spring of 1946 ? Hence, the DAP and the PR are mischievous with the intent to mislead the innocent and the uninformed by twisting, spinning, double-talk etc. At this very moment, we are in peace, harmony and well-being under the BN led by the UMNO. Also, at this moment, I view the MCA top leadership more superior to the DAP’s which kow-tow to Lee Kuan Yew and Singapore a failed State. We have nothing to learn from Lee Kuan Yew and his rocket scientists. We Malaysians are happy on Earth.
    8. The DAP and the PR have said nothing on their Domestic Policy and their Foreign Policy. How to be a proposed Government of Malaysia without these twin pillars of good governance. How ?
    9. All Malaysians, all Malaysian Chinese and all the others ! Hear this ! The DAP has already abdicated the Premiership in advance without consulting at least their members. Without the Premiership of our beloved Malaysia, the DAP is just a social worker like so many around. The DAP does not even give their secret ambition a try. Vote first and decide afterwards. How ? or join the BN !
    10. The DAP and the PR are so brazen to ask for a change of Government which BN Government had done so well in safeguarding our beloved Malaysia, the Mother of all choke-points in strategic geo-political terms since 1946 ! Does any Super Super Power want a change ? I definitely do not think so because the BN Government under the UMNO has made friends with all. It is obvious that if the DAP and the PR has no Foreign Policy, the word ‘choke point’ has no meaning at all to them. This is dangerous to have amateurs playing around with our beloved country and all our lives in international politics. This has somewhat happened since 1997 !
    11. And the DAP and the PR have no Domestic Policy. All we know is the promise of freebies. We see that every night on TV in Syria – lines of hungry young children waiting for their freebies.
All Malaysians, the BN as led by the UMNO has served us well with their promises of peace, harmony and prosperity. Little administrative errors should not be the excuse to throw the BN out or we will be sorry and more. These were what our parents taught us. Vote BN.
    12. Miscellaneous to the above to show that the DAP is only a paper tiger which borrows the awesome and fearsome Lee Kuan Yew who failed miserably in Singapore to attract the Malaysian Chinese like moths to a flickering candle. Sure burn to death lah like Singapore !

  65. Salam Tun.

I wish to add to my earlier comment on 14/12/2012 @10:21am.

There are uncountable mistakes made by both the BN and PR, however several purportedly sincere admissions stated on different occasions for all to believe, from a supposedly successful business lady, that come rain or shine BN will be the choice, somehow she chose to criticise only the government.

The hypocrite lady is even proud to announce publicly that her newly eligible-to-vote son will vote for the opposition! A mother who stoutly admitted to be a BN loyalist yet unable to convince her youthful (and probably politically ignorant) son on political choice?

I do hope she is only confused (and not a hypocrite), just like the confusion in the numberings to each of her entries which I believe she’s totally lost!
Let’s hope the confusion that blanketed a blogger called ‘middleages’ to the extend that he unashamedly & foolishly lied to being a Malay and a Muslim and a father that was once comrade-in-arms fighting the communists, don’t befall on her.

  66. TO SUDIN AND TO WHO EVER ELSE IT MAY CONCERN, INCLUDING TUN DR. MAHATHIR

From the looks of it, this blog may be censored by it’s very own Wed Administration rather than with “arm twisting tactics of the USA and/or Israel.” Who in Malaysia will want to admit that he/her or it will be “arm twisted” by the USA, by Israel or by some Jew at large? No body, right? Malaysia is a sovereign State and Freedom of Expression applies to all citizens, foremost Tun Dr. Mahathir I would think. Who could want to censor or arm twist him?

Nevertheless a comment I made on Tun’s Palestine posting was the very first one ever made here but it has to-date not been published as yet. In my address there I do to some extent disagree with Tun’s reasoning but without assuming any radical position – appealing to people in the Palestine/Israel region to come to their senses rather and to opt for peace there,

But it would seem that this Web Administration doesn’t welcome anyone to opposing Tun’s firm opinions. Since apparently a lot of this may have to do with Election Campaigning and being a foreigner to your lands I will thus in future refrain from any further postings on chedet.cc.

The DAP and the PR mentioned the existence of ‘cronies’ during the NEP in their blogs.

I like to point out that 7 1/2 Singaporeans came in during this period with empty pockets and with the full knowledge of the DAP (there was no PR then) and they left as billionaires ! Simple maths for the DAP. How many Billions of ringgits were taken away by these 7 1/2 Singaporeans from all the Malaysians ? No reward for the right answer which cannot be found in Kuala Lumpur but only in Singapore !

Vote BN. All Malaysians especially the Malaysian Chinese. At least, the BN as led by the UMNO delivered peace, harmony and prosperity as promised since 1946 !

  73. YAB,

    18. Whether BN or PR can rule with or without corruptions and morality, market economy via rule of law recognized by the world leaders is the only way out.

    19. Putrajaya is Palestine?

    20. 7. And this entity is not allowed to collect all the taxes due to it. “Generously” Israel and the United States undertake to collect the taxes for the Palestinian Authority.

    21. Who are the Board of Directors of Putrajaya Holdings?

    22. Why did they built the high rise building in Putrajaya?

    23. I do not wish to cheat YAB of my own feeling.

    24. If Talam is guilty of cheating Selangor state government under Khir Toyo, then, BN is guilty of cheating Malaysians via vote buying and corruption.

    Goodnight, YAB.

  74. A REPLY TO MUBARAK CHAN

    Dear Mubarak Chan,

nice to see you visiting Germany and interested in her history with a special interest on how a fellow like Hitler came about.

Way back in 1981 American GIs were still customary public views in Germany. Not today anymore though. The few American Forces left on German territory are restricted to Ramstein Airbase I believe.

Germany owes her freedom today foremost to the American People and the Allied Forces who destroyed the Nazis Regime and helped rebuilt the Nation from scratch. Germans will be forever grateful for that – the Old and Young alike.

I will pray with you that “your fellow compatriots will vote for peace, harmony and prosperity” for having this in mind will lead them to what to vote when the time comes.

Nobody is perfect but many are wise and I consider Malaysians a very wise people indeed.

It would be nice to meet you when I am next in KL. Please drop me a line by e-mail at alfred.willner@euromotors.ltd.gi so that we can continue communicating there.

    Take care and best regards

    For our friend Alfred Willner

When I was young in 1956, I visited Cologne and Munich. Both were nearly completely flattened. At 6 a.m. in the morning, I saw the people silently cycling to work. In 1981, on the way by rail to visit my friend, Winckler, at Aarlen, 2 huge GIs came into my 1st Class cabin and put their huge boots on the seat next to me. These observations kindled my thoughts. I have German friends and observed them. My main interest is World War 2 German history with a special interest how a fellow like Hitler came about. I understood. Hence, I keep saying my piece. Please remember also we Malaysians are definitely not perfect in an imperfect world. Like all, we try to do our best Hopefully, my fellow compatriots vote for peace, harmony and prosperity the BN way.
If we do not fight for our Malaysian Democracy the Malaysian Way, no one will fight for us.

  76. To Mubarak Chan

…. from 1957, Malaysia is a runaway success in peace, harmony and prosperity ….

A Spaniard will say: Nunca mjero dicho – Never said any better!

Whether this needs comparison to Singapore I will not comment on for in itself your statement is brilliant and of course absolutely right!

This is what All Malaysians should look at, view and consider these days.

I remember when I first came there in 1998 I used to say to my friends that “Malaysians life in paradise but they do not realize!”

    Alfred Willner

  77. Tun

It was splendid and brilliant that you established this Blog way back in 2008 – one of the 3 Golden Attributes to be a Prime Minister – the Ability to Think Out of a Box.

This Blog is now not only important but vital to the dissemination of truth, justice and thought without the obscenities, the profanities and the vulgarities of the riff-raff belonging to you know who.

On the subject of Palestine, which is an important part of the Islamic Civilization, there is no doubt the State and its people will be there for now and the future. The Indian Civilization was supressed for hundreds of years but arose in 1947 as the world’s largest democracy, the Chinese Civilization likewise and broke its shackles in 1949 with a traditional authoritarian government which the Chinese had known no democracy or human rights for 5,000 years to 2012 ! And so will the Islamic Civilization which will rise and rise in the 21st century from zero base. There is no doubt about this also despite the extreme poverty and hardship now suffered by most Islamic States.

And coming to much nearer our hearts and our beloved home, Malaysia, I have observed that 2 very vital questions which the PR has not answered in their daily rantings on the administrative misdemeanors of the BN. The spinning, the twisting, the showmanship and the double-talk etc form a smoke-screen to their game of smoke and mirrors to hoodwink the general public by deflecting their thoughts and views from these 2 very vital questions which I ask :-

    1. What is the Domestic Policy of the PR Government as regards everything ? What is it ?

The BN’s Policy as led by the leadership of the UMNO has been clear since 1946. Without nit-picking, the general public has experienced peace, harmony and prosperity which were delivered as promised by the BN always. If the PR promises to perform NORMALLY, then the BN is head and shoulders above them as per their record which is zero.

But the general public is given to understand that the PR because of the DAP, a minority of one in a quorum of 3, propagates and pursues the Lee Kuan Yew style of Government. DAP was not only founded but inspired by the awesome and fearsome Lee Kuan Yew who with a wartime starred Double First Law degree from Cambridge and probably a Third Class in the Bar Finals, London. And he had the luxury of a one-man over 50 year rule over a fantasy tropical isle. At the end of the day, he has admitted making some (titanic) mistakes !

If Lee Kuan Yew’s intellect could be matched by the whole of the DAP, can we expect it to succeed as a minority of one in a quorum of 3 in diverse and complicated Malaysia without the luxury of time ? Some one must be joking and taking us all for a ride.

But our General Elections are not a joke. It establishes the life and death of a Nation through our Way of Democracy – in this case, a unique and robust Nation at this point in time. Do not be conned with the condemnation of the BN Government daily on minor administrative matters which could be rectified easily in no time at all normally – matters which our parents would have taught us.

Let us refresh our memories even though some tried to wiped them out recently on Lee Kuan Yew’s (titanic) mistakes and his ‘Grand Tour’ of his victorious troops after our 2008 General Elections – even the MCA Chief was decked out in his finest red Mandarin silks forgetting Lee Kuan Yew had always ignored the MCA leadership since 1965 except the DAP ! Strange !

    i. Money was used as an instrument of foreign policy to kill, maim and injure innocent men, women and children of friendly countries. Malaysia has no blood on her hands. Vide. The ASEAN Regional News. The Flying Thaiman Episode.

ii. The 2 child family policy of 1970s – 1980s which might have contravened the United Nations Universal Charter for Human Rights. The Singaporean Tribe is now heading for extinction especially the ruling 1% elite which has to be annually replenished by rich Chinamen and Indiamen. Hence, the consistent annual increase in millionaires. Manual workers are not counted.

iii. The much touted meritocratic pyramid with the smartest fellow on top lost US$108 Billions (RM 300 Billions) of the citizens’ Trust money in a jiffy in October 2008 on Wall Street. Sovereignty was abdicated to the Wall Street riff-raff. Vide. Channelnewsasia Lee Kuan Yew. November 2008. All Singaporean Blogs 2009-2012. Financial Times. London. Gillian Tett. April 2010. ‘Singapore’s Harvard Investment Model’. A Sovereign Nation copied a University ! The Star. Seah Chiang Nee Column. Saturdays. It was alleged a prominent Singaporean was an Advisor in one Wall Street institution !

iv. Humanity and multiculturalism were never practised in Singapore. Vide. Channelnewasia ‘The Curry Smell Tribunal’, ‘The Toilet Fights’. ‘The 188 Chinese bus drivers strike’, ‘The injuries to 89 shipyard workers.’ etc. Gallup Poll ‘ Singapore is World’s most emotionless ! It is money, money, money !

    v. The perfunctory Judiciary which is well known throughout the world. Vide. Admiral Canaris was demeaned by Hitler by stripping him naked and hung him naked with piano wires. The unfortunate and fortunate Dr Chee. The unfortunate and unfortunate Tan Koon Swan. Dr Woffles Wu. Shaw. etc. etc.

vi. The daily importation of 5,000 pigs. The flower nurseries contracts. The Sale of Kim Eng Securities to Maybank. Mr Gordon the policeman. etc. etc.

vii. Lee Kuan Yew’s last Ministerial annual salary was at leat S$2 Million.

Since the DAP is so closely linked with Lee Kuan Yew and the PAP what does it propose to do in Government. Lee Kuan Yew has already mused that his first task in Government was to have a clean Government which I reckon that is the NORMAL intention of all Prime Ministers. Normalcy in Government has always been practised by the BN as led by the UMNO. But why should the general public change the incumbent Government for DAP to practise NORMAL governance in a troika in which it is in the minortiy of one in a quorum of 3 ! It is in the interests of all in DAP to join the BN to save time in the interests of our beloved Malaysia.

    2. What is the Foreign Policy of the PR Government ? Is it going to be as different as chalk and cheese ? Are we going to court new friends and return old favours ?

Hey ! Before we forget, Malaysia has now become the Mother of all choke points in the world. She stands astride the Straits of Malacca and the South China Sea with their congested sea traffic. The Straits of Singapore is peanuts. All will be choked hundreds of miles from here. Malaysia is a guardian of a very vital link of many different countries trading between East and West Asia. The BN’s Foreign policy is transparent and well-known- no phantom backers or financiers. A rogue billionaire might even enter the General Elections with Malaysian dummies and causes havoc. For example, since the DAP is linked to Lee Kuan Yew and the PAP, can we surmise in advance what the Foreign policy of the PR is going to be ? Can we ?

With your permission, Tun, I take leave and hopefully, the 2 vital and important questions could be answered by the PR as posed by me. A proposed Government must have a Domestic Policy and a Foreign Policy. Administrative misdemeanours any one can rectify – we not need a rocket scientist from Singapore to do it.

The problem with some of us is that we tend to forget what our parents taught us !

Vote BN. All Malaysians especially the Malaysian Chinese. A Foreign policy to be friends with all as practised by the BN with no blood on our hands. Lee Kuan Yew and Singapore can teach us nothing. Comparatively, from 1957, Malaysia is a runaway success in peace, harmony and prosperity in relation to Singapore which is now stumbling and crumbling !

  78. Dear Tun Dr. Mahathir,

for a few days I thought that chedet.cc was discontinued for it was difficult to access and I am glad now that it wasn’t.

On the Palestine issue I will again beg to differ with you, for the world you depict with your reasoning there is not at all the world in which we live to day, or say a world where the rule of law prevails not but where only might is right instead as you seem to make believe.

While there was formerly no State of Israel where it is now there was the Land of Israel namely Erets-Yisra’el before – long, long before and much before anything or anyone else for that matter. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palestine .

That today the region comprises the State of Israel and the Palestinian Territories is a modern construct, now to some extent disputed by the parties which have to come to terms over it based on their history and merits. It’s been a never ending struggle ever since the State of Israel was founded in 1949 and all of Good Will must now work towards Peace in this region.

May the current World Wide Festivity Season raise the awareness of all parties concerned again that P E A C E is the actual aim there – not fighting or arguing!

Recognition of Palestine by the United Nations as an Observing Entity is a step in the right direction which Israel and the U.S. and other Disagreeing should welcome for they will not want to challenge the vast majority of the World Community at long last.

The might of a few may rule in a region at times but never forever. History of Man Kind shows and teaches that. An everlasting Peace in this region will only be brought about by the Good Will of all People concerned which hopefully is not such an impossible dream.

Palestine and Israel alike have their inherited right to life there.

    Pax Dominus vobiscum!
    Assalamu-Alaikum!
    Shalom Alechem!
May Gods Peace be with all of Good Will!
