1. I had previously pointed out that in Malaysia no one should act above the law, no matter how exalted is his or her position.
2. But it seems that the law at times allows itself to be used at the behest of those in positions of authority.
3. Those in charge of maintaining the law find themselves forced to abuse or misuse their authority by those in higher positions than themselves.
4. There is growing evidence, as reported in the media of abuses happening.
5. This is depressing. Malaysians should feel safe and protected by the law and not find themselves at the mercy of those in authority or in exalted positions.
6. Disrespect and abuse of the law will lead to anarchy with growing sentiment against the oppressors among the oppressed.
7. And those in exalted positions, repeated abusive behaviour will render themselves inconsequential to the lesser beings.

A headline which begs more questions than answers from yesterday, thus

The MP is a member of the squeaky clean Anti-corruption Association Malaysia.
The MP was glorifying Singapore’s No. 3 place in the World’s Corruption Index. Yesterday, I queried why Malaysia was not encouraged by the YB to emulate Finland the No.1 but only a 3rd place country. It’s unambitious, so to speak !
Here are some true facts for the edification of all, thus.
1. In the early 1980s, I hired a limousine whenever I visited Singapore from the same company in Tiong Baru. One day I asked the driver, Jordan, what was his previous job. He told me he was a police driver. This put my mind about his company in a different light. I asked again what he did for his Boss. He told me that his Boss was the brother of the big Boss. I retorted that I did not know what he was talking about. I went on and asked what else did he do for his Boss. He replied without hesitation that he ferried his Boss’s girl friends to his place.
On another occasion when Johor Baru had a lot of tourist entertainments, I asked Jordan, the ex-Singapore policeman, ” Do you ferry tourists to Johor Baru ?” He replied, “Yes!” I followed, ” Where did you take the worked-up tourists ?”. Nonchalantly, he answered, ” I rushed them back to Singapore.” I was surprised and asked,” Why did you do that ?” Jordan replied, ” I get a bigger commission !”
This is an inter-dependent World of Humanity.
2. In the early 1970s, I visited a Singapore tycoon in his office. There he was with his family pouring over packets and packets of yellow diamonds with a Jewish dealer standing by. My friend said to me, ” Buy some, its cheap !” Later I discovered that these packets of yellow diamonds were actually gifts for the wives of Australian politicians Down Under !
3. In the mid-1970s, a front page headline in The Malay Mail blazed ‘ RM 4 MILLION TAX EVASION ‘. The caper belonged to a Singaporean company which auditor told me it should have been much more but the Controller in charge in the South took a different view.
Most Singaporean tycoons made their fortunes outside of Singapore. Malaysia was a popular place for them once upon a time.
4. In the 1950s, the Chief of Police in the Hendon area of North London used to have supper in my friend’s Chinese restaurant after its doors were closed at 10.30 pm.
5. My brother who had a restaurant off the Champs Elysee, Paris which was a favourite hangout for French politicians told me that he could always negotiate his taxes with the French tax inspector.

Here is a headlines which begs more questions than answers, thus

Apparently the MP was referring to the International Corruption Index 2020 in which Finland was listed as No.1, Sweden No. 2, and Singapore No. 3.
The MP’s adoration of the tiny isle of Singapore with 900,000 male Chinese aged 21-50 seemed to have lost his balance and gone overboard by forgetting that Malaysia has 32 Million, Finland and Sweden have millions more people than tiny Singapore with 3.2 Million Singaporeans and 1.6 Million PRs and FTs.
I will be the first to admit that the Singapore Civil Service is one of the best in the World. The civil servants know their duties and responsibilities.
But why should our beloved Malaysia learn our lesson from No. 3 least corrupted country in the World which is Singapore and not FINLAND which is No.1 ? BY BEING NO.3 IN THE WORLD SINGAPORE STILL HAS CORRUPTION AS IMPLIED. Right MP ? Here are some examples for your edification as a member of the squeaky clean association against corruption in our beloved Malaysia.
1. IN 2007, I SUED MY NEPHEW FOR LIBEL AND SLANDER WHO WAS ALSO LEE KUAN YEW’S NEPHEW. I WAS ISSUED A CHEQUE DRAWN ON NEW YORK SIGNED BY HIM AS A TRUSTEE OF MY FATHER’S TRUST WHICH HE STOLE TO SINGAPORE. ONE SATURDAY MORNING I BANKED IT INTO MY ACCOUNT AT A BANK IN CHULIA STREET SINGAPORE AS IT TAKES ONLY 2 WEEKS TO CLEAR NEW YORK FROM SINGAPORE. THE FOLLOWING MONDAY MORNING, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE BANK. I RUSHED DOWN TO SINGAPORE THAT AFTERNOON. ON TUESDAY MORNING, I CONFRONTED THE WOODEN FACED BANKING HALL MANAGER WHO RETURNED THE CHEQUE TO ME WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. I TOLD HER THE CHEQUE WAS SIGNED BY LEE KUAN YEW’S NEPHEW AND I WAS THE BANK’S CUSTOMER FOR OVER 30 YEARS. BUT SHE LOOKED FRIGHTENED AND SAID NOTHING.
DURING THIS PERIOD, I VISITED SINGAPORE TWICE TO CONSULT MY LAWYER. ON THE FIRST OCCASION, I CHECKED INTO THE HOTEL NEXT TO TAKASHIMAYA. THE COUNTER ASSISTANT UPGRADED ME TO ROOM 2317. THE ROOM WAS NEAT AND TIDY. I SLEPT WELL THAT NIGHT. I REMEMBERED TAN SRI CLAUDE FENNER IGP ONCE TOLD ME THAT IF HE WANTED TO CATCH ANYONE HE WOULD LEAVE EVERYTHING AS NORMAL AS POSSIBLE. ON THE SECOND OCCASION, THE SAME COUNTER ASSISTANT UPGRADED ME TO THE SAME ROOM 2317. THIS TIME THE ROOM WAS IN SHAMBLES – UNEATEN SUSHI WAS LYING ALL OVER THE ROOM, DIRTY TOWELS WERE LEFT IN THE BATHROOM AND THE BED WAS UNMADE.
THEN ON A TRIP BACK BY MAS AN AIRLINE I SELDOM USED, THERE WAS A BOMB HOAX AT KLIA. THE PLANE WAS TOWED TO A QUIET CORNER OF KLIA.
THE SUIT WAS EVEN MORE INTERESTING IN COMPARISON.
APPARENTLY, MY NEPHEW WHO WAS A NOBODY AND NEVER DID A STROKE OF WORK IN HIS LIFE COULD MOVE THE SECURITY APPARATUS OF THE STATE !
2. IT WAS ALLEGED A SIBLING COULD IMPORT 2,000 PIGS FROM HIS FARM ON BATAM ISLAND DAILY OUT OF SINGAPORE’S DAILY QUOTA OF 5,000 IN 1997.
3. MAYBANK PAID OVER A BILLION RINGGITS FOR PART OF THE PAPER LICENCE FROM THE SECOND WIFE OF A SIBLING. SHE WAS ONLY A REMISIER WITH A TINY DESK IN MALACCA STREET WHEN I FIRST MET HER IN 1970.

A. Kudos to the Adun who represented the Parliamentary Constituency of Segambut, Wilayah Persekutuan ! For once she struck the right note by fighting for the injustice dispensed on the residents of Taman Tun Dr Ismail and their gazetted green forest and won. Not too long ago, this Adun was famed for her suggestion of a nursery in the Dewan Rakyat, the Bottom Pinching Bill, or stop building condos to stop traffic jams etc. It took her quite some time to find her true bearings – 20 years. It’s better late than never. She probably found out by now that fancy dress and exotic curries got her nowhere in Malaysian Politics !
B. ‘ STING-RAY BREEDER HOPES TO MAKE BIGGER SPLASH FROM SUNGAI BAKIAP PENANG. ‘ The Star.
We hope the breeder gets the meagre support from the Federal and State Governments as another example “GRAB” did not get the support the Malaysian owner required from the Federal Government. GRAB is now Singaporean making big financial waves.
Long ago there was the case of the Fijian Vijay Singh the golfer who married a Sabahan. He wanted to be a Malaysian but did not get his wish. He left our shores and eventually became the World No.1 Golfer of Fiji in the United States.
Then, the case of Dato Nicol David who was the World No.1 in squash but the Malaysian Squash Association after 25 years just could not get the Olympics to recognise squash as an event even though sports like ‘moguls’ etc were recognised. Like this Malaysia missed at least 12 Olympic Gold medals for squash !
‘ Something wrong somewhere ‘ so said an UMNO warlord when he discovered I was not ennobled. With that remark he moved to the next table and bussed a Singaporean lady of a certain age on both her cheeks !
Malaysia must learn to over-ride red tape which the British are very good at. Examples were Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Fitzwilliam House etc. These were places which did not observe the red tape. Fitzwilliam House was apparently set up for the wayward sons of the Royalty, upper class or clergy without top requirements to enter the University of Cambridge. THIS WAS HOW 23 YEAR OLD LEE KUAN YEW GOT INTO CAMBRIDGE WITHOUT AN OPEN EXAMINATION, LATIN OR GREEK, AND OVER AGED !

It seemed that one of these days, someone will ask the Government whether they have a ‘STRATEGIC PLAN TO ERADICATE THE COVID-19 VIRUS or not.’
The Covid-19 virus first appeared in Malaysia in January 2020. The first MCO was imposed on 21 March 2020. By June 2020, there were reports that a film and a book would be published on Malaysia’s success in dealing with the Pandemic after a letter of commendation was received from the WHO !
Since March 2020, two Government officials gave information on the Pandemic at 5 pm daily which could have been reported as a caption after the news bulletins.
Until the Prime Minister suggested 10 days ago that an Independent Advisory Committee be formed together with his suggestion that ground officials be alerted to convince the Rakyat, there was absolute silence on how to deal with this scourge.
This is the sole reason why the infected cases rise and rise every day. No one bothered. No one cared. Was all responses ‘ad hoc’ ? Was it like hitting at the wind ?
This Blog since March 2020 had urged that proper standard epidemiological measures be taken together with supportive non-medical measures to protect Malaysia’s people, businesses and economy. Today, the ad hoc MCO is still applied and extended without a fundamental Policy to protect and eradicate the virus. This will add to the Government’s costs and the Rakyat’s suffering in time and money !
Our beloved Malaysia is a country spread out over a wide geographical area, 1,200 miles from Perlis to Tawau. Many villages and towns even though these may be isolated but are well connected by highways and by-ways. Because of the inaction since March 2020, many of these out-lying places were infected. To apply standard epidemiological measures will now cost money, time and personnel. Instead of ‘home-guards’ in the Counter-Insurgency 1948-1992, ‘medical-guards’ will have to be employed !
Still, the First Principle in Epidemiology must be applied first which is to educate the Rakyat/masses over and over again that ‘PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE BECAUSE THERE IS NO CURE FOR THE COVID-19 VIRUS.’
The rest of the Standard Procedures follows.
Whatever the Government Policy/ies will be, all must be marshalled under a ‘generalissimo’ to have an effective and competent Policy/ies.
I sincerely hope all the officials in charge understand the gravity of the Covid-19 virus Pandemic which has now arisen and the 71 Cabinet Minsters are NOT amateurs, liars, fakes, morons, clowns, nincompoops, playboys, racists, plagiarists or charlatans !
WITH THE RISING GRAVITY OF THE COVID-19 VIRUS PANDEMIC, ALL POLITICAL PARTIES SHOULD BE MARSHALLED TOGETHER TO ASSIST AS IT IS A MAJOR NATIONAL MEDICAL EMERGENCY NOT A SECURITY EMERGENCY !
Countries like the United States and the UK left it far too late to deal with the Covid-19 virus Pandemic because of Politics ! Kudos to our caring and compassionate Yang Di Pertuan Agong for exhorting the Rakyat to join hands and work together to defeat the Covid-19 virus. Indeed, this is the proper move to bring the attention of all on how this scourge may be defeated!
Therefore, it is more than appropriate that the Cabinet of 71 Ministers, each urge at least 1,000 of their constituents that ‘Prevention is better than cure because there is no cure.” And follow the SOP and the Government directives. If each of the 1,000 constituents can just convince 10 others to do the same, in no time at all, the 32 Million Rakyat will be fully informed concomitant with the Ministry of Information working over time.
Of course, we should expect the Aduns of the Dewan Rakyat and Dewan Negara to do the same with their tax free emoluments and allowances. Just each adun convinces 1,000 constituents as starters.
With this sudden awareness of the scourge, it may be predicted that as surely as the sun rises, the cases will not only flattened out but drop drastically as well.
Now we are confronted with the news that Ministers also tested positive of the Covid-19 virus. This showed how ignorant the Rakyat are aware of the true nature of the scourge ! If the top is ignorant, we must expect the majority/mass of the Rakyat are more ignorant !

The high costs which countries have spent just to ameliorate the Covid-19 virus Pandemic in 2020, are now known. The UK spent Pounds Sterling 300 Billion in 2020. Singapore spent S$ 93 Billion.
Our MOF has announced that during this latest MCO 2.0, the Government is spending RM 600 Million a day !
It is imperative that the Government takes steps to review why standard epidemiological measures like informing the 32 Million Rakyat were not undertaken in March 2020 ? As we can discern now, the coronavirus has appeared all over the country! This was the result of ignorant people whose movements were not restricted and educated about the infectiousness of the virus. No one can really predict when the infected cases will level off without tackling the mass of Rakyat, 32 Million of them. This is basic.
As long as the authorities reverted back to the World standard epidemiological measures like educating the 32 Million Rakyat and followed by SOP, they would be on firm grounds to deal with this scourge. Otherwise, this pool of 32 Million Rakyat will keep on being the source of more and more cases.
Countries like the US, UK and EU with literate populations which eschewed the masks and SOP because of human rights or freedom, the infections were uncontrollable. In a panic mode, these countries now resort to harsh lock-downs causing much damage to their socio-economies !
They now worry about a new variant of the Coronavirus because of their failure to reduce the number of cases early enough which gave time for the virus to mutate because this variant might not be prevented by the new vaccines ! But a fully informed and obedient 32 Million Rakyat (the Front-liners) will stave off the virus or any virus for that matter which will reduce costs, time and less pressure on the hospitals and staff.

The other day when I saw our beloved Malaysia had 4,029 infected cases of Covid-19 virus, I cried out Aiyo ! Aiyo ! Aiyo !
Now I read the 46 Top Doctors missive to our Prime Minister, I cried out Aiyo, yo, yo ! The reason is this.
Indeed, this poignant missive which was focused only on the minutiae of standard medical procedures but missed out the essential and significant application of epidemiological principles entirely ! This disease is recognised World-wide as a Pandemic or the beginnings of an Epidemic !
THIS MISSIVE IS JUST LIKE PAINTING ‘MONA LISA’ IN REVERSE OR PAINT THE TINY DETAILS OR STROKES FIRST WITHOUT THE BROAD STROKES PAINTING THE FACE, BODY, AND FOLLOWED BY THE DETAILS OF TINY STROKES. LIKE THIS THE PAINTING WILL NEVER BE FINISHED – by dotting the ‘i’ and crossing the ‘t’ !
WHAT WAS LEFT OUT WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT PRINCIPLE OF ALL – the education of the Rakyat/masses, 32 Million of them that the Covid-19 virus attacks them first being the FRONT-LINERS AND NOT THE HOSPITALS AND STAFF.
The virus enters a human body and lodges in the body cells which cannot be killed by any drug without killing the human cells and human body. The Rakyat/masses must understand this or else like now, they are completely ignorant of this very infectious disease and continue to enjoy themselves with the holidays. Hence, this will explain ‘PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE BECAUSE THERE IS NO CURE.’
And vaccines are not drugs to cure but to prevent a person from the Covid-19 virus for just 6 months !
All 32 Million Rakyat/masses must be educated over and over again for years on “Prevention” concomitant with the SOP as recommended by the Government being wear masks, wash hands, avoid outside trips/crowds, keep social distancing, follow Government directives etc.
If the 32 Million Rakyat/masses are not ‘educated’, the Pandemic can only grow and grow like the US, UK and the EU where literate people refused to observe the key principle in epidemiology – mass education of the masses to PREVENT THE DISEASE THEMSELVES !
The FRONT-LINERS ARE THE 32 MILLION RAKYAT/MASSES NOT THE HOSPITALS AND STAFF.
The strategy to deal with this Pandemic is EXACTLY LIKE OUR BELOVED MALAYSIA’S BATTLE AGAINST THE COMMUNIST INSURGENCY 1948-1992.
Then, the FRONT-LINERS were the inhabitants living at the jungle fringes and not the police stations or policemen (now hospitals and staff). The inhabitants were isolated by grouping them into New Villages with troops stationed outside them. Also the whole country was educated on the sins of the Communist Insurgency. Soon, the communists were on the run.
Another example, I used to do research on jungle warfare diseases epidemiology with the United States Army Medical Research Unit Walter Reed Hospital, IMR by accompanying them into the deep jungle. As we would be the FRONTLINERS to attacks by mosquitoes and leeches, our uniforms were impregnated with a chemical and our skin smeared with a special ointment. This prevented us from malaria, dengue fever and tsu-tsugamushi or scrub typhus which were the subjects of our studies on jungle warfare epidemiology.
The 2 examples which I have related, have the same principle as I have said in this distinguished Blog since March 2020. To this day, this cheap and effective method, the First Principle in Epidemiology has not been applied which has now resulted in rising infected Covid-19 virus day by day and rising costs and time to our Government.
No one bothers. No one cares !
The countries which applied this Principle of Educating the Masses, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore could control the Pandemic.
China’s 4 Q GDP growth beats forecast ends in 2020 in solid position after Covid-19 shock. It’s industrial output rises 7.3% year on year in December 2020. Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore would have achieved the same GDP results if their socio-economic models are the same as China’s. Vide. The Edge. 17 January 2021.

Our beloved Malaysia would achieve the same if not better if the Principle of Educating the 32 Million Rakyat/masses was implemented in March 2020.

Aiyo ! Aiyo ! Aiyo ! I cried out when I saw the 4,029 infected cases reported today, 16 January 2021.
We commented here in this distinguished Blog as long ago as March 2020 and very frequently thereafter that the essential conditions to prevent a socio-economic disaster from developing were as follows, thus
1. Revise our antiquated Laws eg. i) Trustees Act 1949. ii) Bankruptcy Act 1967. iii) Companies Act 1965 like in the UK and Singapore to protect our individuals and businesses so that our economy would be saved.
2. Standard epidemiological measures be applied in the Covid-19 virus Pandemic like educating and reminding the populace/masses, constantly or over and over again that ‘Prevention is better than Cure because there is no cure’ because the virus resides in a body cell and take the preventive measures like wear masks, wash hands, stay at home, social distancing and avoid crowds etc. as recommended by the Government through its directives.
If these simple measures were implemented, there would not be such a situation today and less pressure on the hospital staff. Chasing clusters was a no-brainer.
THE IMPORTANT TASK WAS TO EDUCATE THE 32 MILLION RAKYAT/MASSES FROM MARCH 2020 ONWARDS WITH CONSTANT DAILY REMINDERS FROM THE GOVERNMENT’S HUMONGOUS PROPAGANDA MACHINERY THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE COUNTRY. Not by cartoons with miming clowns in the odd TV channels which do not reach the MASSES.
3. It was also suggested that RM 250 Billion + RM 150 Billion be raised as a contingency to save the economy, banks, businesses, individuals, Government expenditure, food supply etc.
4. 3,000 ventilators to be borrowed from China. Why 3,000 ventilators ? A large figure underlines the seriousness of the Pandemic. In the practice of medicine, it is always better to have surplus beds, drugs, facilities, staff and doctors because no on can tell what will be the extent of this contagious disease. Besides, a large figure like 3,000 ventilators give confidence to the medical staff and patients. Only Laotians like HBT did not understand this. Forewarned is forearmed !
5. Vaccines are not drugs to cure the Covid-19 virus. It prevents the disease and lasts only 6 months. Hence, it is important to educate the masses daily and always forever and ever.
6. If all the measures were implemented in unison or concomitantly, there would be huge savings in human lives and resources, time, money with less pressure on the hospitals and staff. At times like these, it it important to keep all options under strict control.
7. THE REAL FRONT-LINERS ARE THE PEOPLE/MASSES, 32 MILLION BECAUSE THE COVID-19 VIRUS ATTACKS THEM FIRST NOT THE HOSPITAL STAFF. By naming the wrong front line, we find those who did not understand the severity of this Covid-19 virus enjoyed themselves in malls, bistros, gyms, groups, visiting friends, etc taking advantage of the long holidays last year, 2020 to spread the disease unknowingly. The cumulative effects which we see today were the sins of yesterday, 2020.
Let us sincerely hope the Cabinet of 71 Ministers are not amateurs, liars, fakes, morons, clowns, racists, nincompoops, play-boys, plagiarists or charlatans. If 1 Minister can convince 1,000 constituents, we have 71,000 cases prevented from the disease. What about both the Dewan Rakyat and Dewan Negara ? Or FELDA, RELA, etc.?
As a Constitutionalist and never a Communalist, I always support the incumbent Government since 1954.

Indeed, this is the way to go although its formation is nearly 12 months too late. At least this ‘independent committee’ has been established to do the real work and not service by the gift of the Gab. One adun from each party should suffice. There should be worker bees or ants with the fakes and amateurs excluded.
Even President Biden proposed such a ‘task force’ to deal with America’s huge problem which was caused by self-interest ignorance and neglect in the wealthiest Nation in the World.

Kudos to the Prime Minister for finally recognising the importance of the Rakyat as the ‘FRONTLINERS’ and not the hospitals and staff in his speech on the ‘MCO’ in the last paragraph as reported by the Star today, Tuesday 12 January 2021 – 9 months after the Covid-19 Pandemic was officially recognised as a threat to our country.
Not only that, the PM urged the people on the ground, the Aduns, DOs, penghulus, community leaders, business concerns, etc to make really serious efforts to keep the Rakyat fully informed on this highly infectious disease. This is absolutely the right thing to do – the earlier and faster the better !
But today, I still see at least 10% of the people in the malls, petrol stations, bistros, coffee shops etc ignored the use of the masks, and young people in groups or with families still sauntering around the malls as places of relaxation and entertainment, 9 months after the outbreak of the Pandemic !
Let us hope the Prime Minister urges the whole of our beloved Malaysia, 32 Million, will finally listen to Government directives and abide by the SOP which we have to live with for the rest of our lives. The cost of doing this cheap and simple SOP is but a drop in the ocean compared with the neglect and negligence for not doing so. The hospitals cannot take the stress or strain anywhere in this World.

Unlike on the Peninsula where UMNO and PPBM are at loggerheads over the PM post, Sabah politics is going in exactly the opposite direction in accordance with the mandate given by the Sabah people (the Chief Minister’s own words). In today’s Daily Express newspaper (the Sabah, not UK version), the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah or GRS coalition again repeats their independent stand from the peninsula parties. Once again, PPBM is the president, deputized by UMNO, PBS and STAR.
Hence, Peninsula UMNO under their current leadership can forget about getting any support from Sabah UMNO. Sabah is PPBM territory all the way. The way I see it, even Bung Mokhtar would simply dissolve the Sabah UMNO and join PPBM if they asked him.
In contrast, politics in Sarawak is independent of what goes in West Malaysia, as it always been since 1841 the year the James Brooke became the first White Rajah of Sarawak.
The way I see it, Tun should apply to re-join PPBM as senior advisor and forge stronger relations with East Malaysia with a view to rotate the Prime Minister post on a five-yearly basis between Malaya, Sabah and Sarawak (the original three founders of Malaysia). That’s the way it should be to bring permanent stability to the country’s endless political turmoil. This will be seen as a just solution not only by East Malaysians, but more critically will attract much support from the likes of DAP in the Peninsula too, in my view.
That’s the right direction. There is no other way.

Pejuang Party – Fate or Laziness.
I hear that Tun’s intended party failed to be registered. Then I hear that the Registrar of Societies rejected the application without giving a specific reason. Is that correct? Well, the way I see it, Tun’s party was rejected for some reasons. And we are not going to know what the reason is (or reasons are) unless someone pursues the matter further and find out the actual reason(s) for rejection. Once the reason(s) is known, then the solution can be found to solve it. And then Tun can get the party registered. That simple.
On the other hand, if Tun’s people are just going to let the matter end there, then of course it will just be that – The End.
Never simply let others say that is The End. Of course there are solutions. I am not going to say what it is. I wouldn’t know it anyway. Maybe perhaps if Tun will rotate the Prime Minister post on a five-yearly basis between Malaya, Sabah and Sarawak could be the solution… who knows.

ROS rejected the set-up of MUDA and Pejuang, in a harsh and unacceptable way, simply quoting improper submission. If the submission is improper, why doesn’t ROS notify the parties to rectify till the extent it perceives as proper?

Well said Tun on your latest thoughts on the Rule of Law which have been abused by those in authority. This malpractice can only grow worse if unchecked. Not only that, corruption to get things done on a wide scale takes hold and the whole Government collapses into chaos and anarchy.
It is a great pity if after so many years of good governance 1957 to 2003, our beloved Malaysia ends up like this in ignominy – shooting ourselves undeservedly in the foot for the sake of some filthy lucre or POWER !
Recently in this distinguished Blog, I have already cited factually how I was obstructed, harassed and abused by my nephew whose uncle was the ex-Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew in 2007 after I sued the ‘Trustees’ of my father’s Trust which was stolen to Singapore, for libel and slander.
He used the Security Apparatus of the State which was controlled by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Singapore. First, to stop me clearing a cheque signed by himself (my nephew) as ‘Trustee’ via OCBC. Second. on two separate occasions, I was up-graded to a rigged hotel room. Third, on my return to KLIA by MAS which I seldom used, there was a bomb hoax. These illegal episodes only ended in 2011 with an Internet official looking bulletin issued by the ‘Trustees’ condemning a Beneficiary which was my good self.
It was surprising the person in charge of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Singapore in 2007, did not ask my nephew who was also the ex-Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew’s nephew why he, a ‘Trustee’ in control of the Trust’s money, wanted to use the Security Apparatus of the State, to obstruct, harass and abuse me who did not control the Trust money at all or at any time. The ‘Trustees’ did control the Trust’s money all the time ! Besides, I was definitely not a security threat to Singapore as the record of my activities in Singapore from 1965 to 2007 showed and well-monitored by the Government of Singapore !
The Government of Singapore should demand that these recalcitrants compensate the public money with interest, so used from 2007 onwards, to obstruct, harass and abuse me for no reason at all but to satisfy the whims and fancies of my nephew, a nobody, who was also the nephew of the ex-Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew.
Tun, this form of mis-use of POWER is called ‘ABSOLUTE POWER CORRUPTS ABSOLUTELY.’
The recent Insurrection of the Capitol in Washington DC, the Citadel which symbolises Democracy, highlighted and underlined this phrase absolutely !
