1. Tan Sri Hj Hadi Awang has suggested that an RCI be set up on the secession of Singapore.

2. That happened a long time ago. Most of the people involved are no longer around.

3. More relevant is the continued sale of raw water at 3¢ per 1000 gallons to Singapore.

4. From this sale Singapore makes a profit of RM3,312,375,000 (three billion, three hundred and twelve million, three hundred and seventy-five thousand) a year.

5. Since Malaysia has stopped negotiating for an increase of the sale price of raw water we are effectively subsidising Singapore with the stated amount per year.
