Actually soal tanah mana2 pun sama. Bila DAP naik mereka rampas tanah melayu beri pada kaum Cina seperti terjadi pada Perak under MB Nizar puppet DAP.
And also tanah pesaka, ada juga waris menipu dan jual pada orang luar. Bila pembeli nak tukar nama jadi masaalah sebab waris ramai dalam. Tentunya persetujuan amat sukar diperolehi. Ada waris yang sengaja guna nama gelaran Dato Datin menipu, polon duit tanah pesaka, masuk poket sendiri, waris lain satu sen pun tidak dapat. Ada juga waris bila pejabat tanah tuntut cukai bertahun tahun tak nak bayar, bila ada buyer tiba2 timbul nak duit.

Masa awal penubuhan Perikatan Nasional, Tun tidak setuju UMNO da PAS sertai secara en blok kerana tidak mahu bersahabar dengan penyamun dan pencuri. Walhal pada masa itu, Tun tetap kekal sebagai Perdana Menteri cuma kerajaan sahaja yang bertukar dari Pakatan Harapan kepada Perikatan Nasional. Dalam erti kata lain, TSMY adalah Perdana Menteri ‘accidental’, yang hanya menjadi Perdana Menteri setelah Tun menolak tawaran menjadi Perdana Menteri kerajaan Perikatan Nasional.
Jelas terbukti, tindakan Tun adalah tepat. Seorang demi seorang dibebaskan. Pelbagai MP menjadi ketua GLC.
Tetapi yang saya pelik, ramai juga yang menyokong TSMY. Saya pelik kerana seolah-olah mereka tiada nilai moral. Asalkan melayu yang berkuasa, tak apa.
Inilah dikatakan ‘power is right’ atau sesiapa yang berkuasa maka dia adalah betul. Dulu zaman Najib pun macam tu juga. Dengan banner I love PM dan I love Najib. Lepas ni mungkin ada I love TSMY pula?
Saya akui, saya bukanlah seorang yang percaya kepada ‘yang berkuasa adalah benar’. Kalau seseorang itu berbuat salah, saya tetap tidak akan setuju, but thats me.
Fenomena ‘yang berkuasa adalah benar’ bukan sahaja di Malaysia. Tetapi di US pun berlaku. Trump melakukan pelbagai kesalahan, tetapi penyokongnya tetap menyokong secara membabi buta, sebab dia adalah President dan berkulit putih.
Saya muak dengan sikap begini. Jika suatu hari ini, Dajal muncul dengan pelbagai kuasa atau Firaun muncul, apakah mereka akan sokongnya? Dengan gunung emas, pellbagai nikmat, jawatan, wanita dan kuasa ditawarkan, dengan syarat bertuhan Dajal, apakah mereka-mereka ini akan terima?
Saya muak dan mual apabila nilai moral sudah tiada dalam membuat keputusan. Siapa berkuasa maka dialah betul. Saya pernah berkata, selepas Tun, saya mungkin akan berdiam diri. Biarlah si luncai dengan labu-labunya. Sabah land tales.
Sidetracking from the main topic here.. some funny stories related to land matters in Sabah. Not sure about what the White Rajas did in Sarawak, but in Sabah when the British Chartered Company formed the colony of North Borneo in 1879, they appointed land surveyors in every residency (now called divisions) in the colony. And each land surveyor would grant (if your ancestor applied, that is) lands to two groups of people.. the natives (now Bumiputeras or Pribumis) would automatically get what is called Native Title lands, and non-natives (Europeans and Chinese businesses) would get Common Lease lands. The difference between the two is that NT lands are given for free forever and the annual quit rent is like a few cents per acre, whereas the CL lands must be paid for with a hefty market-price premium for a limited number of years but renewable (with market-price premium of course), and the annual quit rent is a lot more than NT lands.
So, one can imagine what a privilege a Sabah native has over non-natives(!) But there is a catch though. NT lands are only for agricultural use. If an NT land holder is a bit more entrepreneurial and wants to build a resort on his land, then he has to convert the NT land into a CL land. Not a problem, I suppose, for any entrepreneur, native or otherwise. And fair for the government, too. Also because of this, NT land naturally fetches a lower price when it is transferred to another native person or native-controlled company (RISDA is not native, by the way. Minister SA should have known that, or maybe he has lived in KL for so long that he forgot what a Sabah native is. And the buyer should have appointed a Sabah lawyer to conduct due diligence).
Anyway, some funny stories on this thing is that in Sabah, a lot of Sabah Chinese entrepreneurs wanted to marry native ladies so that they can get hold of some cheap NT lands. Naturally, one see a lot of poor native ladies with hundreds of acres of NT lands with their names on them, some cannot even read.. but they are richer than the average housewife in KL(!). Some Sabah Chinese even go as far as looking for any past ancestor who was a native, as if you have a grand mother who was a Dusun (for instance), you can get a native court judge to produce a supporting letter to convince the land office in Kota Kinabalu that you are a “Sino”.. meaning a Chinese with some native blood. This was quite a rampant practice in the 1970s and 1980s, native judges being only too human, that it was completely stopped by the government. I am not so sure what the position is today (now slightly out of touch with land office where I had a friend working there).

But I akan love love love TSMY, super big love you know, if 1. My hubby and son dapat BPN. Because kami ada banyak commitment dengan banks Selagi rumah tak habis bayar, rumah ini rumah bank, selagi kereta ini tak habis bayar, kereta ini kereta bank. Walau kata 6 months tak payah bayar. Setau I banks dan insurance asyik tuntut hutang dan insuranc premium, not to mention DIGI potong line I time MCO. 2. Bursa naik semula macam zaman Najib jadi PM. Because zaman PH my investment dah over 50% down. I bukan pekerja kerajaan yang berpencen, I hanya bekas self employed. That’s bad you know. 3. I sakit ada klinik dan hospital kerajaan beli pperkhidmatan percuma. Though I ada in-patient insurance policy, pemberian PERCUMA dari kerajaan penting juga, buat I rasa dihargai. Kalau dapat bulanan duit poket dari kerajaan untuk senior citizen I gembira rasa diri disayangi. 4. If TSMY bagi I kerja I 110 very happy. 5. If undang2 brankruptcy dipinda ada pelepasan untuk senior citizen ini ada membuat kawan dan sedara mara I happy.
PH sebenarnya terlalu concentrate untuk golongan muda. Mereka seperti lupa senior citizen dengan berbagai masaalah hanya sebagai rakyat biasa dalam Malaysia. Ubat, income, kerja etc Ada satu peristiwa kelakar sampai hari ini hubby tergelak besar. I pergi satu hypermarket di Ara Damansara. I terus beritahu senior citizen, guard tak percaya, minta IC. Bila dapat tengok IC guard Nepal ini terus malu tersipu2, beri I masuk. Kan I dah kata I tak rupa senior citizen. Kalau tengok I je, mesti ingat I ini paling teror pun baru umur 50 tahun. Tu sebab jiran I masih ada yang panggil I kakak, yang panggil aunty sebab tengok hubby I nampak tua, kira masuk supermarket dan hypermarket tiada siapa pun nak tahan dia hahaha

Yup di hujung patut jauh, bukan dihujung dekat. Then again Bahasa Melayu bila naik new Menteri Pendidikan ada new ideas, like masa zaman DSAI Bahasa Melayu jadi Bahasa Baku, maka ramai anak2 Malaysia cakap slang sebijik macam sang Professor. Kira klas gitu!
Tun bagi list yang akan terlepas. Bagaimana pula list yang bakal masuk? I baru2 ini ada baca wall DSN, kes Menteri Sabah kena tangkap. I actually tak familiar dengan kes ini tapi pernah dengar Shafie Afdal ada terlibat semasa time Najib jadi PM.
Apa yang I baca story gini. Shafie appointed contractornya jadi Menteri Infrastruktur apabila dia naik jadi Ketua Menteri Sabah.
Sebelum ini ada kes dimana RISDA telah bayar downpayment sebanyak 15 juta untuk tanah Sabah. Time itu Shafie masih Menteri under Najib. But tanah ini tidak boleh dipindah milik kerana tanah ini tanah pribumi Sabah. Pasal tak boleh pindah milik, so RISDA tuntut balik downpayment tapi tak dapat. Khabarnya lawyer telah pindahkan duit itu pada banyak account antaranya Menteri dan juga bekas contractor Shafie. Lebih kurang gitu la ceritenyer!
Tentu ramai nak tau kenapa Tun suka sangat mengata sedangkan gang2 Tun juga sama. Macam pinang di belah dua. Peas in a pot. Sepatutnya Tun bersyukur TSMY dari BERSATU naik jadi PM. Itu adalah kemenangan Tun juga, tapi ini tidak Tun masih nak kecoh over things yang tidak ada kena mengena dengan rakyat hingga boleh membuat rakyat susah cari makan dalam negara sendiri.

Dear sir,
I believed the last time I posted, the government took notice of some of the suggestion made about curbing MCO.
This time I want to warn against the release of students to school too soon despite reduction of Covid19 case as we have witness from some country that possibility of second wave.
Kids has less awareness compared with adults even with teacher guidance. And kids are the key possibility to bring clusters to the family members.
While the government sees the importance in bringing children to school, the online school offers a better choice for now unless we know the viral is beaten.
Family that breeds viral will in turn cause another wave of attack which will be harmful to the economy. I don’t think we can survive another hit.
Please reconsider allowing our children to be sent to school. Thank you.

1. The way as I see it, as your last service to Msia, work something up that would make H20, KJ, and few of those good MPs in their 40s (incl DSMM), as PM, DPM, and the Msia Cabinet mbrs respectively, to replace PN and PH.
2. For PN to lose the majority, it is a forgone conclusion, and it is only a matter of time before it happens. TSMY cannot buy every MPs, as he is running out of bargains to offer.
3. What TSMY is doing with RA, TSMA, and those crooks that he had appointed to GLCs and Senators, do not stand well with some in PN even.
4. As for AI and his cohots, let them stay as opposition, as thats where they deservedly, belong.
5. Work with GPS, Warisan, Amanah (xcpt KS), H20 & geng, KJ & geng, and those politicians in their 40s that you knew are untainted to form a new govt that want to serve Msians and Msia but not themselves.
6. Let H20 and KJ lead the Govt followed by those wisemen like DSAJ, DSSA, and their likes to lead the state govts.
7. This country is too precious and blessed for her to be demonized and terrorized by those unscruplous so called politicians.
8. We need to move forward. We need new leaders to keep this beloved country and her people, proud again.
9. We are running out of time, and you, especially. Please do it for the sake of our future generations. We do not want them to end up as beggars in their own country, which would happen if we continued with PN and PH.

It is pretty sad to see that Tun is being used by a growing left-wing coalition like Pakatan Harapan to bring down not only a legitimate Malay government that is based on the historic social contract the country’s founding fathers had miraculously forged with the departing British. But a left-wing attempt to subvert the economic foundation of this country and turn it into a socialist state. That is what Pakatan Harapan is about(!!).. social justice for all, including those who don’t want to work hard or cannot survive in a capitalist country. If we want to see how far socialism can go, just look at North Korea and Cuba today. Even their own people are trying to escape on a daily basis. Tun can interview their defectors to understand what socialism is all about.
I say this even though I am not a Malay (just a Bumiputera from Sabah), but very concerned about the future of this country and its economy especially. At the moment, there is a great danger that Malaysia as a leading capitalist economy and a beacon for aspiring countries that had just escaped the communist world, including Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam (even though some of them still have Communist governments), is instead turning its back on its own economic success story, simply because of personalities, and power struggles between contending personalities, who by the way, all come from the same party that gave birth to Malaysia’s capitalism.. UMNO. Yes again(!).. UMNO. ALL the infighting personalities ARE leaders of UMNO (present and former!!).
It is a joke, isn’t it..
