MY FEARS

1) Lim Kit Siang is reported to have said that I am working hard to ensure the Opposition will not win because I am afraid when the Opposition Government is in place, it will act against all my “misdeeds” when I was Prime Minister.

2) No doubt he is inspired by what happened to Gadaffi and Mubarak. He would love to see me dragged to the courts and sentenced to death or to at least a life sentence. Maybe like Gadaffi I would be murdered.

3) He is right. I am afraid. I am afraid of the kind of abuse of power that has already been shown by one of Pakatan’s great leader who got a senior police officer to frighten Dr Ristina and Ummi Hafilda into withdrawing Ummi’s letter to me.

4) I am afraid of the fabrication of charges so as to put me behind bars. That I am innocent would be irrelevant. What is important is Kit Siang’s satisfaction at seeing me behind bars and more.

5) Other than this I am not afraid. I had always been careful not to abuse the power I had as PM because I was mindful of having to step down and lose power at some stage. If I had abused power my detractors would gleefully expose me and strive to put me behind bars.

6) In fact this has been tried.

7) Since retiring I have been questioned by the police and the AG’s office several times. I was also made to appear before a tribunal to be questioned by all and sundry, including representatives of the Bar Council.

8) So far nothing could be pinned on me.

9) The anti-corruption people can even now investigate whether I have ever received illegal gratifications, whether I have detained or thrown people into jail for personal reasons, whether I benefitted personally from any of the projects carried out during my time.

10) I have not taken anything that is not mine. In fact all gifts given to me, many very valuable, have been given to the Government including a score of expensive cars. They can be seen in Langkawi or at the old PM’s house in KL. I must admit that I ate some of the fruits given me to prevent them from going bad.

11) I had not allowed my children to do business with the Government or to be candidates in elections though they have been offered several times when I was PM and President of Umno. Only after I stepped down did I allow Mukhriz to contest.

12) Whatever money I now have is from savings during 29 years in the Government. My salaries were not big. But the Government took care of my housing, water and electricity, my travels. I don’t even spend much on food as I get invitations to functions like weddings etc.

13) I was therefore able to save my pay and allowances.

14) Except for Mirzan, my children did not get any scholarships. I believe Mirzan paid back what he owed MARA. He had the scholarship before I became a Minister, in fact when I was expelled from UMNO.

15) I have bought or been given no shares except for 200 Malayan Tobacco shares I bought long before I joined the Government. Other shares are the Unit Trusts issued by PNB and State Governments which I was obliged to buy. I own shares in MICO pharmacy in Alor Star which I set up when I was a private practitioner.

16) I am not interested in getting rich or living a life of luxury. What I have now is far more than I had hoped for when I was dreaming as a student. I am grateful to Allah for what I have and for sparing me to live this long.

17) I am ready to go when my time comes. I am conscious that all that I have will not accompany me to the grave.

18) But for as long as I can I will work hard to prevent evil people and crooks from destroying this country that I love.

  1. dtan,

It will get you no where when you use the “shalom bla bla bla” at the end of your posting everytime.

Use that to Israel or Jews blog.

You are using it everytime to annoy Tun M right. Well, he has abig and beautiful heart than you and still publish your not so smart comments.

Has any Jews offering good business to you after you use these words ? No. What are you still doing in Malaysia ? Muka tak malu.

Moga Allah bersama-sama Tun M dan kami semua.
Kami di Malaysia bukan di Israel.

  2. Cherry,

Ah Yes, You and Zulkiflee can hangout together

    As they say in Texas

    God Bless Your Heart 🙂

    Shalom in Yeshua’s Name

  3. dtan,

What is wrong with you? You said….

“If Tun wants me to leave this Blog. Simply, change the title
of this Blog to Dr. Mahathir Mohamad’s, Fan Club.”

What is wrong with you ???? Who do you think you are? If Tun M does not want to post your comment here it is for him to do so as yhis is his blog. What the hell do you think you are?

Of course there are many who loves him. THIS IS TUN M BLOG. THIS IS NOT dtan BLOG, ok?

Muka lu tak malu. Lu datang visit rumah orang lepas tu lu cakap kalau tak suka sama lu so kena la tukar alamat atau nama?

Go and migrate to Israel. Just like other western countries they welcome “tourists” like you but not “pendatang” like you who has got nothing to offer them except “kutuking your country and leaders.

Do you have problems if Lim Kit Siang has many supporters who love him. So has it ever occurred to you that your not so bright opinion is still published here because Tun M has a “bigger heart” than small people like you.

You level of IQ and EQ may not be very good for people of Israel…..and Malaysia.

  4. Tun,

If I may respond to Iskandar Shah 2

    Per 4

I harbor no anger or animosity towards Zulkiflee.
He has never responded directly to my statements
or facts but seem to like to bring-up LKY, China, British,
Vatican, etc. It may be a surprise to Tun and others to find out
that there is nothing scandalous or secret that i am revealing.
Just download the episode of CBC (Canadian
    Broadcast) radio’s expose on Malaysia.

As for my love of the Jewish Nation . Well, that’s second
nature. My Malaysian Uncle was the Last Malaysian Jew.
He was a Kind and Loving man. I went to Israel to see for
myself how Jews treated others and i very much appreciate
my friendship with Hanan. I despise Churches being burnt
    in Malaysia.

If Tun wants me to leave this Blog. Simply, change the title
of this Blog to Dr. Mahathir Mohamad’s, Fan Club.

    Shalom In Yeshuas Name

  5. Salam
YAB Tun Dr Mahathir Yg DiRahmati Allah

    2. Tetapi saya ajak sdr BOTAK sedihlah terlebih dahulu kepada apa nak jadi kepada saudara kita di Msia ni atas perancangan saitan-saitan bertopengkan ulamak, bertopengkan manusia.

    3. Allah mereka hinakan, Quran mereka jadikan alat bukan amalan, mereka menghukum orang jadi kafir sesuka hati dan mereka mengharamkan perkara mengikut hawa nafsu.

    4. Dahsyat kan…………… tolak mereka ni terlebih dahulu.

1-Thanks for reading my comments. Please don’t be so tensed up.Life is short don’t worry be happy.

2-To go forward into another fifty years of being Malaysia we definitely have to do some real drastic changes. The voices of non Malay Malaysians are becoming very vocal now unlike before and the easy way out of shutting the voices through ISA is no longer possible. In part thanks to the Malays becoming so divided and eager to appease the non Malays to win votes.

3-Malays must learn to accept that the easy way of getting things through the special privileges can only be sustained not without repercussion. If the Chinese and Indians are only PR with red IC then they can’t complain but the reality is they are all citizens and hence equal like the Malays.

4-The opportunity is here now for them to fight these injustices they have been tolerating for so long.At the rate things are going and looking at the interaction between Zulkiflee and d’tan and if nothing concrete is done to diffuse these tensions, a great civil war may eventually come.History can be repeated. We had been there before from 1948-1960 and in 1969 and these are not too long ago.

5-Especially when the economy is entering another round of a global depression that is surely coming our way.At a time when everybody has got opportunity to make money than the tolerance of the perceived injustices is still high. They want to utilise all the time they have to make money. But when the economy is bad and people have no jobs to keep them busy things could turn real ugly. They will then have lots of time for BERSIH activities.

6-We need tough and desperate measures. We need to change the basics that is creating the society. We need to unify Malaysians right from childhood. We want to have more moderate Malaysians like Amin Tan, Mubarakchan,CH Liew,Abdul Aziz Omar, etc and lesser racially aggressive people like Zulkiflee,Cherry,Juks and Andrewtay.

7-The right healthy exposure and mixing with other races right from childhood would kill all the unnecessary suspicions and prejudices that is now so prevalent amongst Malaysians.

8-I may be recommending something absurd about the change in our education system simply because I am no politician but Najib and his team should be able to come up with a one realistic and workable for that is their job.Only BN woud have the experience and the right team to come up with a solution.

9-The Pakatan ,a marriage of convenience between strange bedfellows would never be able to do this job. They lack the experience as well as the political consistency amongst themselves.PAS would have its own religious based education system that it would definitely not compromise with the highly ‘secular’ PKR and DAP.At the moment PAS is only willing to suppress their religious ideals for a while in order to secure the Chinese votes eluded them so far.

10-On the other hand once they have taken over,Keadilan will then try to champion the Malay privileges in order to become a successor to UMNO.

11-Should the Pakatan somehow able to come to an agreement to downgrade the position of the Malays or BM a little from its supreme status now,the Malay masses would surely reject the Malay component of PKR the next time so it is most likely that they would rather not do anything at all about these matters.

12-Therefore only BN could do it if only if believe that it must be done.I am hoping Tun would be able to deliver the message across.

13-The great news sis HBT the solution for UMNO for it to do what is right is given by their own holybook they claim they believe with all their hearts, the Qur’an..the Malay special privileges is against Islam so if they truly believe in God and the Qur’an they should like NIKE,just do it.

14-But I am sure if they could educate the Muslims well and ask all Muslims to beriman with the Qur’an than there is no issue at all. Most Muslims I think are ignorant of it otherwise they would understand and support. The muftis have got no guts to pass a fatwa to say that special privileges to one special group of people is haram. They only have got the guts to ban poco poco, yoga, sure heboh and other petty things.

15-But if these special privileges is now extended to all Malaysians who are in need of special help I am sure many Malaysians would support the BN again. Even if many Malays who although claim themselves devout Muslims refuse to comply with the Qur’an I am sure there will be many more who would obey God’s commandment.BN will be relevant again all the way through the 21st century.Malaysia will then be ready for the World.Synergy the output generated by the unity of different races working together would deliver glory to Malaysia. We would be unstoppable.

16-But the question is ,is UMNO interested to throw away what is apparently its ‘weapon ‘ to win easy Malay votes all this while?

17-Najib should remember his own advise to all its members ” change or be changed”.And of course these changes expected is not the superficial kind anymore but a really substantial and critical earth moving one like what I have mentioned.

18-Govt fall because of the injustices done to its people.Even if the people are too weak to contribute to this fall, God may interfere. So should Najib get his second chance this PRU13 he must surely not waste it.This would definitely be the last.

    Thanks Tun

  8. Joshua Lopez,

If you have been bestowed a Datukship long time ago and recently been bestowed a Tan Sri or Tun title it is understood to use the highest title in showing the respect that the Sultan bestowed upon him.

Yeah it is not wrong to call him Dato’ Seri. It is not wrong to call him Abang Mahathir too right? But we are not going to show that we are so ignorant of the protocol and manners.

Would you want a child to call you by your name even tho he can show some respect by calling you uncle or Mister?

If you want to call Tun M as Dato’ Seri you will be the one and only person to be doing that. It clearly shows that you are in a time warp in the 80s.

I am here to clarify what I believe. I am not the only one here. This is not silly at all.

  9. what a blatant lie……
we the young genaration is not so stupid….
trust me you and your family of cronies are mega rich…..

  10. YAB,

    61. http://www.themalaysianinsider.com/malaysia/article/kayveas-malaysians-ready-for-non-racial-politics-but-not-bn/

    62. When politicians’ names are tarnished by their own self-crooked ideology that does not make any political nor economical senses, they should not their waste time in telling us what to do in the name of democracy.

    63. Today, China has the largest middle class economy in the world that contribute trillions of FOREX in the world economy.

    64. China, being a Communist country, she will march forward to attain her dream in the way that World Trade Organization requires mandatory in managing the country via imported skilled management talents similar to USA Capitalism and Free Market systems when wars are no longer the economic options to fight for their own economic survival aka North Korea and Cuba isolation.

    65. India is the most democratic country in the world and they may not know why common law and policies are implemented.

    66. Majority of India’s people are living below poverty line due to superstitious beliefs via temples.

    67. We don’t have to see far far away, look at Kelantan state, they are the poorest state government, but Kelantanese are not poor because they came over to my land of birth in KL to cari rezeki.

    68. I won’t tell them to “balik kampung” because KLFT is the Capital of Malaysia belongs to all of us.

    69. If old stuffs are no longer relevant, we should not keep these old stuffs.

    70. If old stuffs are not phase out, there will be no space to put the young and new stuffs on the shelves.

    71. Beside learning from Tun Dr Mahathir bin Mohamad, I am also learning from Mr Lee Kuan Yew.

    72. Both these leaders have born leadership quality and capabilities of our time.

    73. Like all human beings, they too have their weaknesses like all parents in the world.

    74. They find it hard to accept the facts that the children whom they have nurtured are grown ups and can walk and talk without their supervision.

    75. Both Mr Lee Kuan Yew and Mr Goh Chok Tong have resigned officially from the “board of management” after the General Election of Singapore in May 7, 2011 when Singapore PAP had gained the lowest votes in history.

    76. Today, the 13th general election is between BN, PAS, PKR and DAP.

    77. The political parties that get most votes will be the new PM to form the cabinet via political parties.

    That’s all, YAB.

  11. Good morning YAB,

    49. After reading the way iskandar shah 2June 18, 2012 at 11:18 pm commented made me think of pepatah Melayu that says, “kera dapat bunga”.

    50. Well, don’t worry, be happy is what he can do lah (remarks: I feel sorry for Pak Lah for being naive).

    51. ish…, mahu undi aku, kena bela aku lah walau aku ni malas, sound very “kommunis” China le during the 80s.

    52. In the past, his point 6. “Revamp the education system immediately.Or enforce under emergency laws,if necessary a one Malaysia schools using English as main medium of instruction in Mathematics and Science and Bahasa Malaysia in all else.Chinese and Indian languages to be compulsory for people of these ethnic race.” proved flip and flop after 54 years.

    53. Today, when Malaysians are no longer poor and have global economics choices, they no longer “dengar sampah mca ni, once bitten, dah cukup.”

    54. There are so many private individual entrepreneurs out there who are offering language courses that suit our economic senses.

    55. What economic model fits Malaysia today under Federal Constitution after 54 years with, or without BN or PR?

    56. No Feudalism means no Royal Monarchy, no Family businesses.

    57. No Royal Monarchy means no Yang DiPertuan Agong.

    58. No Royal Monarchy means no Prime Minister.

    59. Malaysians need change, and they do not want another Mahathir bin Mohamad in Malaysia as the PM.

    60. Hence, Anwar Ibrahim has the change to be the next PM.

    Good day, YAB.
P.S. Wise and learn men should know what to do.

  12. TUN

Never in the political history of Malaysia has there been any description by an independent author of the derring-dos of the politicians and how they compare with each other. There have been tomes written by hired hacks or biased academicians on scholarships. But these works will surely recede into the background in time.

To fill this important void, I had put some thoughts into how best to present the records of the politicians and their parties in a manner which could easily be understood by all and sundry.

As an apolitical student of Malaysian and Causeway political notables and their fables and foibles since October 1951, it was easy for me to do so.

Hence, with your permission, ‘ A Student’s Compendium of Malaysian Politics 2012 ‘.

    A STUDENT’S COMPENDIUM OF MALAYSIAN POLITICS 2012.

    1. THE 3 GOLDEN ATTRIBUTES FOR A PRIME MINISTER

    i. Commonsense.

It is commonsense to observe standards, ethics and propriety in a civil society where uncivil acts like taking part in street demonstrations etc are abhorred. This is only one example.
    vide. the local media

ii. Ability to think out of the box.

Some meritocratic societies have failed miserably especially in October 2008 because the pyramids did not respond to the crises accordingly in time due to the wrong calls made by the smartest fellows at the tip of the peak. Further, these societies are exclusive because of their reliance on the 1% elite academic qualifications and money. The abilities of the other 99% are left out without any consideration.
vide. Channelnewsasia. Lee Kuan Yew November 2008. All Singaporean Blogs. 2009 -2011. Financial Times London. April 2010. Gillian Tett ‘ Singapore’s Harvard Model ‘ Wikipedia. ‘ The Pyramids of Egypt ‘

    iii. Compassion.

All the former Prime Ministers of Malaysia had compassion. The difference is only a matter of degree. Around the World, there were Prime Ministers who had none.

    2. THE 5 ATTRIBUTES OF A PRIME MINISTER’S ADMINISTRATION

    i. Money was not used as an instrument of foreign policy to kill or maim or injure innocent men, women and children. A Prime Minister should have no blood on his hands. This is Malaysia’s record.

ii. The Sovereignty, the National Interest and the Self-esteem of the National were safe-guarded.

iii. The Humanity and Multi-culturalism as practised by the Royal Sultans of yore and the successive Prime Ministers continued and cast in stone.

iv. The Nation’s trust money should never be lost by investing in lesser institutions than a sovereign country which lined Wall Street.

    v. No self-aggrandizement on money or in kind, either legally or illegally.

    4. AN IDIOT’S GUIDE TO STAND AS A CANDIDATE FOR THE 13TH GENERAL ELECTIONS.
Published by the Elections Commission, Kuala Lumpur

Only one Clause amongst others which concerned the nitty-gritty of how to fill in the candidature form, is high-lighted.

    The Clause

Intending Candidates are required to fill in this Special Statutory Form as required by Act XYZ which was passed by the Dewan Rakyat and the Dewan Negara on abcdefg. These Special Statutory Forms will be processed by the Elections Commission and may be used for training purposes or with the permission of the Prime Minister.

The Candidates are required by Law to state categorically whether they hold assets eg. money in bank acounts, money deposits, bonds, shares, safe-deposit boxes, precious metals or stones, properties, etc. either directly or indirectly outside the jurisdiction of Malaysia.

The purpose of this Clause is to level the playing field between the very rich and very poor candidates in the interest of democracy the Malaysian Way.

  13. I dont know Tun personally,heck..I am not even a Malaysian but I follow any stories related to him. I truly believe his the CLEANEST politician in Malaysia.

I admir his thoughts and principle of life-A true Muslim indeed.I wish I can live my life as he has.

Till now tonnes of accusations levelled at him nothing more than distractions. How I think Malaysian would have benefited if Tun had stayed another 10 years to build MALAYSIA. Badawa already reverse 2 years of what had been achieved. Tun has the mind of the Chinese while being true to the Malay identity.

How I wish Singapore has TUN!

  14. Salam Tun and fellow bloggers,
Tun, you should be charged….for being the best statesman, hehe, I’m just kidding about you should be charged but I’m serious about you being a statesman.

    You should be honored, awarded, recognized and all the best things because of your contributions. The people who want your head are;

    1. Lim Kit Siang – because he is the anti-malays devil, extremist, communist, provocateur, evil strategist and all the bad stuffs and therefore he hates you for stopping him. Why is he okay with Dollah? Or even the evil Anwar?
    2. Anwar – because he is a satan who cheats, lies, manipulates, unlawful, immoral, and all the bad stuffs, that’s why he is after you because you stopped him and still a threat to him. Yes, he is misusing his powers even when he’s not a PM, but can you imagine if he is one? Look at how he used the police, BPR and even the ministry ( he ordered all teachers who supported PAS to be transfered to Sabah and Sarawak within 24 hours when he was the minister of KPM. when his universiti Malaya buddies advised him against this order, he said ‘hey, I’m the minister…’)
    3. Nik Aziz – because he’s another satan who cheats, lies, manipulates, unlawful, immoral(can you imagine for more than 20 years getting MB’s pay but functions no more than as an ustaz to his people) plus all other bad stuffs. He too is unhappy because others listens to his lies but you dared to oppose him.
    4. Hadi Awang – just like Nik Aziz.
Notes; There are others but they’re not significant. The malays above are called satan because they break-up the malays/muslims.

Yes, I believed when they come to power, they will misuse their powers because these people have satan/iblis as their masters – therefore as satan/iblis, they will do anything to satisfy themselves at any cost, including taking you as captive, or charging you or murdering (like what is happening in north Korea whereby the enemies of Kim will be shot or killed in accidents). It’s not impossible. We have seen dictators around us.

Those who have iman, who abide to rules, regulations, laws, cultures, religion will not misuse their positions, but satans will…

For the extremist chineses and indians to hate you is NORMAL, because they hate you for helping the malays. But when the malays who benefited most from your efforts hated you, this is most ABNORMAL. They are satans, full of iblis in their hearts.

Those who are still sensible, please, stop these satans and devils from running our Malaysia. They will destroy us, anybody who crosses them.

  15. Tun,saya amat sedih melihat penderitaan saudara kita

    Walau ia bertujuan memajukan Johor
Tapi kenyataannya anak melayu masih jauh booih bertanding
Kerajaan pun masil lemah untuk mengawal demi kehasilan Johor
Perlu membentuk melayu yg berilmu dunia, ilmu english
Bagi pembangunan mereka sendiri demi anak cucu
    Melayu masuh jauh ketinggalan
Dengan pelabuhan asing, dengan mereka membeil tanah seluasnya
    Anak bumi akan kehilangan hak
Apa guna pembangunan jika pembangunan ini
Mengkayakan mereka, anak Bumi punya pekerjaan yg belum cukup makan apa lagi pembelajaan lain
    Dan mereka akan bertambah kaya
Pandangan saya membendung mysarakat melayu yg berilmu
Biar mereka membangun cara mereka sendiri, cara Malaysia
    takut ketinggalan
Pendek kata tak tahu berjudi janganlah berjudi
    Tak tahu mengaji berlajarlah dulud
Kerana tanpa Ilmu Tanah sebesar mana akan pupus hak
    Ucapan indah mereka hanya ucapan
Niat sebenar mereka Tun sedia maklum

  17. Is War Inevitable ?
    Is fight evitable ?
We made drugs evitable through Laws
    We murder evitable through Laws
We made crimes evitable through human laws

    Is war inevitable ?
    It,s evitable through laws
We made most matters evitable through laws
We can mada War evitable through laws
    Easy said than done
It,s inevible for those who have weapons and they know they are stronger than others
It,s evitable for those who don,t need weapons
Is what we desire is evitable or inevitable

  18. Salam Tun

1-Looking at how you have become a big issue lately I am truly concerned of the the likely possibility of what is to become of you should PR take over.

2-I will not take any chances and I hope all Tun supporters including those who may no longer be supporting UMNO now to still give the BN one last chance.

3-If they continue their medieval /feudal ways and continue not to take our grouses ,feedback seriously we’ll give them the boot the next time. Will make sure there will be no mercy the next time.

4-Tun while you are still around I would recommend you help Najib revamp the whole political system, maybe a complete overhaul to come up with a model that would deliver a non rhetorical one Malaysia.

5-Maybe race/religious based politics should be banned completely. There will be only a party Pakatan Keadilan Rakyat or Barisan nasional.Let any Malaysian who has the leadership and support be appointed leader.

6-Revamp the education system immediately.Or enforce under emergency laws,if necessary a one Malaysia schools using English as main medium of instruction in Mathematics and Science and Bahasa Malaysia in all else.Chinese and Indian languages to be compulsory for people of these ethnic race.

7-Otherwise bring back the English, Malay ,Mandarin and Tamil medium schools.Let Malaysians go to whichever school they want.Bahasa Malaysia and English to be made compulsory in all schools though.Insyaallah in this way the common and global sense would make the right medium prevail over the rest in a natural way.The least popular ones would eventually die a natural death and Malaysians would have one united educational system. But it would be a slow option.

8-Tun you must stop following your heart and start doing just what is right. You must refrain from giving support to an particular race.To survive in the 21st century Malaysian leadership must talk only Malaysia. No more Perkasa nonsense let the smaller minded politician do this job. Please remember that are plenty of non Malays who are still supporting you it is not right to offend them.

9-Be guided by the Qur’an and you will have the peace of mind .The Qur’an is strictly no-no to ketuanan melayu. You must give fair treatment to all your people, including those you may not like..Al Maidah 8..which means special rights to Malays (people you like) is against Islam..berdosa.Our beloved prophet have also advised us against this in his last haj sermon as ekompute have repeatedly reminded us in the past.

10-The beauty of a religion can only be believed when the people see ‘ it’ for themselves and no one can show these virtues better then the people who are afforded authority and power.

11-Only when you have the power and yet you don’t abuse it because of God ,and you ensured that justice be delivered only because of God that people would believe that God really exist. At the moment all they see are hypocrisy of people who claim to be religious.

12-Oh yes, this taqwa and be fair to all also should include giving a fair coverage of information to the opposition in the mainstream media. One sided brainwashing ,propaganda inclinations is normal for any ruling Govt but it is not right thing to do for a Govt claiming to be Islamic.

13-This one ugly problem must be tackled as a big jihad-Rasuah .It is already an established culture in our civil service manned by majority supposedly Muslims. The term ‘huloq’ to solve any problem at all is only too well known. Its most rampant amongst police, the immigration and the customs.

14-Aren’t Muslims aware that duit rasuah is haram and tak boleh bagi anak isteri makan don’t they bother? And of course why it is rampant at the grassroots is because these people know their bosses are also at it.When you can’t fight the system, join them.Cikgu kencing berdiri murid kencing berlari. When a fish stinks it starts from the head.

15-Remind Najib again to remember his advise “change or be changed”.Its not a choice for him.I noticed that Najib is supposed to be so rakyat friendly with his twitter and facebook connections yet this one common matter spoken so widely at the grassroots, this is about his wife’s ‘penonjolan’ seem to be falling on his deaf ears.

16-But Tun I really wonder..if he can’t even respond to this one small easy request from us how do we believe that he would respond to much bigger things after they have won the PRU13 again?Dilemma, dilemma…

17-Anyway takpe lah just for this time ,because of you only Tun I will give my votes to BN but I do hope you would help make happen these things I have brought up.

18-Don’t worry be happy Tun.I love you very very much.

    Thanks Tun

  19. Assalamu’alaikum Tun,

    terimakasih Tun.

  21. Salam Hormat dan Selamat Sejahtera,
YBhg Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad Yang Dikasehi,

Terima kasih.

  22. Tun is The Dato’Seri Of Malaysian Children of the 80s. He holds the “Dato’Seri” form all Sultans and Governors and also “Dato Seri Utama” from Malacca. At the end of the a large portion of the children of the 80s are more comfortable in referring to him as “Dato Seri” Or “Dr.M” simply because we feel a greatest level of Nostalgia in this title simply because we grew up under the leadership of YAB Dato’Seri Dr.Mahathir Mohamad.

Nothing fundamentally wrong with it unless one has nothing better to do but to remind a fellow Malaysian on Dr.M’s title! Silly!

  24. Tun

I suddenly found that Blogging is addictive so much so in certain Opposition Blogs not only was i abused and insulted with vulgar words but also banned for life !

I also found that I became very serious and got dragged into serious topics like Lim Kit Siang, Tony Blair, President George Bush, Tan Sri Ramon Navaratnam etc against my will.

Further, your expressive die-hard supporters ( some had verbal diarrhoea or constipation ) commented ‘ My dear Tun ‘ or ‘ My dearest Tun,’ or ‘ Tun, wherever you walk, I will walk with you, or ‘ Tun, it is already past mid-night, Good night Tun’, or ‘Good Morning Tun, I hope I did not wake you up so early !’ or ‘ I agree with everything you said but I will be voting PKR !’ etc. etc.

These endearing phrases brought tears to well-up in my eyes. I now have Kleenex by my side.

So instead of being sublime to the ridiculous, I like to embark on some light hearted banter on a subject which all of us Malaysians will like – money and politics, not money politics.

One could treat the Bersih 1, Bersih 2, Bersih 3, Bersih 4…..Bersih 100 seriously or light heartedly.

As an apolitical student since October 1951 studying the good and the great with their fables and foibles, and as a layman I have produced the following for the layman interested in Malaysian and Causeway politics for the very first time, the old and the young who nowadays think that everyone older than him/her by 1 single day die first :-

1 3 GOLDEN ATTRIBUTES OF A PRIME MINISTER

    2. 5 ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES OF A SUCCESSFUL GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION.

    3. AN IDIOT’S GUIDE TO MALAYSIAN POLITICS 2012

    and now,

AN IDIOT’S GUIDE TO STAND AS A CANDIDATE IN THE 13TH GENERAL ELECTIONS. Published by the Elections Commission, Kuala Lumpur.

Only one important Clause amongst others which concerned the technical nitty-gritty to fill in the candidature form, is highlighted.

    The Clause.

All intending Candidates are required to fill in this special statutory form as required by Act XYZ which was passed by the Dewan Rakyat and the Dewan Negara on abcdefg.

You are statutorily required by Law to state categorically whether you hold any assets eg. money in bank accounts or money deposits, bonds, precious metals or stones, real properties, etc either directly or indirectly outside the jurisdiction of Malaysia……

Please read the fine print on the terms and conditions of such asset holdings. ( The Devil is in the fine print ) Like your declaration is confidential and may only be used for training or with the permission of the Prime Minister in conjunction with the International Anti-Laundering Agencies or other similar Agencies.

The above requirement which should be supported by both sides of the Dewan Rakyat as any opponent would try not to oppose for fear of exposing himself or herself.

Since the Bersih 1, Bersih 2, Bersih 3, Bersih 4 …. with their cast of 100,000 to 1,000,000 for free and fair elections, I therefore proposed that the Bersih-Bersih should also support my proposal to remove the word money from money politics in the general interest of our beloved Nation and be world class unless Singapore had done it first –

Democracy’s first and finest achieved by our beloved Malaysia !

I strongly feel that the Bersih-Bersih is democratically not complete without my ‘ Clause ‘ to end money politics and create a level playing field for both the very rich ( dynastic or the fly by night type ) and the very poor candidates.

At the stroke of a pen an Act is enacted to end to a certain extent the money in money politics because by the time anyone realises anything, it would have been far too late.

    Bersih-Bersih for money politics !

  25. Salam Tun,

    @mubarakchan wrote

For MiddleAges, HBT456 and all the admirers of Lee Kuan Yew, crypto or otherwise.

It is fine with me is Mr MubarakChan wishes to put words in my mouth, or whever else he wishes to shove to me.

I am of the opinion that ASEAN countries can and will progress, and if we continue political battle, and not do our home work and real work, at the end of the day, it is the government who will rugi, because we will not be as stupid as to wholly and excitedly support policies which will be detrimental to us in the long run.

If the government and political parties cannot see that, and choose to spend time on stupid things like banning books, and censoring the Internet simply because the news is unpleasant, then i think they will be plenty of things unplesant coming our way.

As a normal rakyat, why should i suffer is the goverment makes mistakes ? Why should i be penalised ?

I think not. You may mistake, you pay, i make mistake, i pay. If we both make mistake, which is quite possible if we keep fighting for the sake of fighting, we both will pay.

At the end of the day, he who is with smallest mistake has most money. That is how the system works.

And given i am so poor now, it means i am the one with the biggest mistake. The mistake i made is in believing in good old values. Honesty, hard work, persistence, patience and all that jazz. How stupid i am.

However, i think for the time being, i will stick to the good old values. I do not think the values are the problem, it is obvious to me it is the man hiding behind the values that is the problem. He keeps making mistakes and he wants me or Petronas to pay for it. Until when ?

    Thank You Tun

  26. Intestingly those people who accused others of abusing of power, it is okay for them to have their sons, wife, daughter, daughter-in-law holding position in their party. Dont you think this is also an act of power abuse.

  27. Dear Tun,

Please allow me to engage MiddleAges

    I quote

“7. Malays have a long long way to go in understanding the world, because Malays have chosen to remain “bawah tempurung”. We cannot open this tempurung, we will be scolded. So it is best to leave the Malays as they are and as they wish to be. The rest of us have plenty to do.”

This is insulting to the Malays. This is racial prejudice and arrogance. This kind of writing is definitely provocative, uncalled for, divisive, counter productive, unfriendly and contain the seed of future animosity and distrust among the races in the otherwise peaceful and harmonious Malaysia. SEDITIOUS.

  28. Assalamu Alaikum Tun,

Kit Siang tu jealous, sbb dia dah nak sampai ke penghujung usia pun hiden agendanya belum tercapai..

  29. Salam Tun.

The explanations you gave about your assets and the trustworthiness that you’ve shown/explained when you’re the PM for 22 years will undoubtedly fall to deaf ears to hardcore morons such as ‘Pak Pandir’ and his very close relative ‘lalok ler’, donplaypuks and that ‘braindrain perasan’ boy andrewtay!
In fact Tun has stated those facts several times earlier.

Some people are such great idiots that they never realise they are actually (unashamedly and openly) telling everyone “we are idiots!”

If there were to be anything at all that can implicate Dr. M’s involvement in any shoddy/hanky-panky dealings, that budak KJ & Pak Dol team would have excitedly exposed them long ago.

Oh Pak Pandir, donplaypuks, lalok ler and the likes, even the namesakes that you’ve chosen clearly show the most appropriate reflection of your true characters!

  30. Dear Tun,

Please allow me to cut and paste the following

“Punishment of Apostasy in the Qur’an

As presented in excerpts from numerous sources below, and links to works available online, there is no worldly punishment solely for apostasy [i.e., changing of one’s faith/religion] mentioned in the Qur’an.

    * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

    Punishment of Apostasy in Hadith

Readers are invited/urged to explore a vast amount of resources/links presented at this blog, where scholars authoritatively have shown that none of the hadiths about apostasy is without problem or weakness. Also, there is no hadith confirming punishment or retribution solely for apostasy. In every single case, where punishment has been meted out, riddah involved treason or rebellion. The following is an example of how the Prophet dealt with solely apostasy.

A bedouin gave the Pledge of allegiance to Allah’s Apostle for Islam. Then the bedouin got fever at Medina, came to Allah’s Apostle and said, “O Allah’s Apostle! Cancel my Pledge,” But Allah’s Apostle refused. Then he came to him (again) and said, “O Allah’s Apostle! Cancel my Pledge.” But the Prophet refused Then he came to him (again) and said, “O Allah’s Apostle! Cancel my Pledge.” But the Prophet refused. The bedouin finally went out (of Medina) whereupon Allah’s Apostle said, “Medina is like a pair of bellows (furnace): It expels its impurities and brightens and clears its good. [Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 9, #318]

Notably, as Dr. M. E. Subhani explained in his book:
“This was an open case of apostasy. But the Prophet neither punished the Bedouin nor asked anyone to do it. He allowed him to leave Madina. Nobody harmed him.” [Apostasy in Islam (New Delhi, India: Global Media Publications, 2005), pp. 23-24.]”

  31. Being an old timer, I do agree with ‘lextcs’ and will not forget the racist slogans uttered by the opposition “Melayu pergi balik kampung!’ during the victory procession which triggered May 13, 1969. Notwithstanding the presence of PAS & PKR, Malays/Bumiputeras must be wary of the opposition’s agenda.

  32. Tun

You have been reported in the media that you have commented that certain reforms by the Government may lead to extremism.

As an apolitical student of Malaysia’s political socio-economic fabric since October 1951, I can only agree with you more.

It is imperative that we must safe-guard our political history, culture and religions of all the divers peoples of this beloved country – the Malaysian Way.

We must have heroes and heroines like the Royal Sultans, and the Prime Ministers. We must develop our own political socio-economic system in the face of the advice by the detractors and foreigners.

As far as I could remember, the peace and stability and prosperity of this country had been kept in order by the firm hands of Prime Ministers up to 2003.

Why ? This was because the economy was strong and the goodies which flowed down the slippery slope of the power pyramid, were seen to benefit the peoples at the bottom, the proletariat. We or any country for that matter cannot have every one having a say in the running and the administration of a Government.

The buck must stop at the No. 1’s desk of whoever is in power.

The present political scenario arose as time went by without any major socio-economic benefits to the peoples since 2003. It was free-wheeling without the benefit of real happenstance.

A major political entity like the BN was made to look small by thoughtful and clever detractors.

It was difficult to provide security by the Government in the 1960s when the different communities were more compartmentalised. Now, with the deliberate policy of previous Governments to mix the communities together, the security problem is even bigger, much bigger.

Against this back-drop of our environment, Malaysia has become a cross-road of sorts to the world being strategically sited.

Since the turn of this century, many countries have tightened their domestic security overall in consonance with their socio-economic environment. They work hard and fast on this.

Whilst they increased their surveillance of their domestic well-being, Malaysia lessens hers.

In other words, the laws which these countries promulgated are somewhat like the ISA if not more stringent. If the ISA had been reformed 20 years ago, there may have been a sound reason to do so. But to embark on any reformation of laws concerning politics and security now after 9/11, it is fraught with unknown dangers for the Government – a plunge into the great unknown, like the Titanic ! To be compounded by the rising storm of the financial world and the dark gathering clouds of a slowing world economy.

We had already missed out since 2003.

I consider that anything which affects human lives is of paramount importance to a Government. It is on this basis alone that I stress that to change laws which had withstood us in goodstead in the face of crisis, should not be hastily reformed because the peace and stability and prospertiy of any country is like Humpty-Dumpty which broken cannot be easily put together again.

I call on the Malaysian Chinese to think deep and think hard that what benefits others may or may not necessarily benefit us Malaysian Chinese because our beloved country is unique in its diversity.

Therefore, the only way out for the Malaysian Chinese is to vote wholeheartedly for the BN !

  33. Salam Tun,

As usual, all that opposition can do is ‘oppose’! Most importantly, what is their KPI? Have they performed? The answer is NO! Look at Kedah and Kelantan – It is a failed state under them.

Opposition is full of ungrateful people unable to even stick to reality that BN has achieved so much. Biasala, kalau tak dapat apa yang mereka nak (business contract), pergi protest menghancurkan masyarakat kami!

No need to go that far – They have even gone FOREIGNERS to interfere with our own local political scene – this proves that they cannot rely on their own, incompetence at its worst!

Actually, the right term we should coin for the opposition is ‘Hypocrites’.

What is worst than corruption or hypocrites – PKR!

If they want to impeach you, they will have to prosecute millions of us before they even get to you!

Tun, you will never walk alone!

All for one and One for All!

    Wassalam,

    FZ

  35. Assalamualaikum WBT Yg Bhg Tun.

  36. Salam Tun

2-You have too many powerful enemies. The Zionist camp you have been so freely hitting all your years in power.Their friends you are trying to prosecute for the war crimes. These are the same people who made sure Saddam and Ghadaffi must die.

3-They are not likely to let you go.

4-If you can’t stand the heat ,they say do not enter the kitchen.Kalau takut bermain ombak jangan berumah ditepi pantai.

5-These are the risk you must face for whatever actions you have taken in the past. For as long as you have done what is right, not a choice than God be with you.

6-For as long as you speak the truth God will be on your side.If God had not supported you there is no way you could have been in power for 22 years.

7-Should you be unlucky that BN loses you still have many of the die hard fans of yours who is not going to let you be harmed. You can count me in as one of those who would fight all out for you.

8-But should we be unable to save you Tun and you have to face martyrdom for standing to right principles because of God then paradise awaits you. That is a permanent place of abode.

9-If PKR would dare take that move let me assure you that this country will see the worse civil war in its history. And one term is all they would ever get.I don’t think they would be that foolish.

10-So don’t worry be happy Tun.

    Thanks Tun

  37. YAB,

    36. I always believe that when we start feeling old, we start to regress and less confidence with ourselves via fear of not doing enough.

    37. If we obeyed the instruction of SOP, we still win the war even if we did not claim victory.

    38. If we disobeyed the instruction of SOP, we loose the war even if we claim victory.

    39. If BN and PR are fighting among themselves for the benefits of their political parties all the time, they will face aging and shrinking populations just like what Japan Government is facing.

    40. Why?

    41. Because the younger Japanese have decided to leave the motherland to quest for new frontiers that will make them and their future generations more humane.

    42. To be or not to be, it’s not you political parties decide.

    43. To be or not to be, it’s not the voters who decide which political parties best fit them.

    44. I do not blame the press. and

    45. I do not blame the federal government either.

    46. Old problems are solved.

    47. New problems arise.

    48. Instead of anti this and that to gain votes, politicians must ask themselves that should the federal government continues in penalizing PETRONAS that contribute 60% of the government revenue taxes to subsidy all their racial political ideologies when our weak neighboring countries are moving a head aggressively of us economically via tax payer revenue?

That’s all for this topic, YAB.

  38. YAB,

    23. http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2012/6/16/nation/20120616185712&sec=nation, president MIC Samy Vellu is indeed afraid of his past shadows that have screwed the nature of our Indian Community, via PTPTN loan by offering 400 matriculation seats to AIMST which will send middle income parents of non Indian parents away.

    30. http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2012/6/16/nation/20120616204944&sec=nation, Gerakan LKY (Lim Kheng Yaik) prefers cost cutting to get more students.

    31. What, Why, When and How did these 2 presidents did in the past to get their favorite koncu2 to run for Cabinet systems, YAB?

    32. They don’t trust BN nor PR, or their own members?

    33. If they do not have trusts and “takut” all the the time, why don’t they pull out and become independent political parties to push up their race and religion base via cultural relevance?

    34. There are no secrets in the politic world.

    35. It’s either they learned or they screwed, the result whether Malaysians are okay with their ballooned ideologists will be know in GE13th.

    That’s all, YAB.
    P.S. No money, talk what?

  39. UMNO mesti prihatin tentang kedatangan orang asing
Yg akhirnya mereka menumpang dirumah merpati

  40. Dear Tun,

Yes, many of us are also fearful of this country being run by evil minded people. For a brief few years it was run by a definitive idiot. That was bad enough. But pray tell, is there any single person among the Opposition worthy of trust to run a country like ours?

    • The monk from the east coast is bent on dividing the Malay Muslims into antagonizing camps. He is happy to see Malays ununited.
    • The Male Y has, for all to see, exposed his true colours – having 3 billions for someone who never worked, having both male and female sex mates, having his Jewish “army” ready to pump in money and guns, backed by American big bucks and big bosses.
    • Then we have the anak derhaka of Gombak, from a RM2400 a month pay to reportedly a whopping RM30 million in his account?
    • Another monk from east coast who turned all of us non Pas members into kafir
    • Lim Kit Siang and son. Nothing more than to carry out Lee Kwan Yew’s dream of Chinese ruling a Malay land
    • Mat Sabu, what more is there more to say?
    • Karpal Singh, sorry sir, I lost my respect for you with your demand for a non-Malay PM. We Malays have many things unsaid with words.

I have also been critical of those in BN who had swindled money, abused power and behaved and lived like medieval kings. But these parasites are no more walking tall among the society. The people know who they truly are, and whether any respect is due.

But BN as a ruling party has proven itself. Slowly but surely, the skunks among them will get thrown out. We believe there are some truly good genuine ones who can carry on with the good work of Tun Dr. Mahathir. You may not be 100% perfect Sir, but your name and deeds and sacrifices are well scribed in our hearts. Your name is mentioned with praises and respect among hundreds of millions of people around the world. That much we know. And oh, how the Opposition hates to read what I have just said.

But we the masses are only concerned about future leaders. To be honest, we are also worried about the kind of wives they would have. We truly adore Tun Dr. Siti Hasmah, and the late Tun Razak’s wife, DS Najib’s mother. We pray to God that the (future) PM’s wife will be honorable mentions, and not just another name.

  41. Dear Honourable Tun

With RM3 billions of aset one can make millions monthly from dividends and interest whether it is in the form of properties, land banks, shares, fixed deposit, bonds or saving. For the past 13 years one can imagined how much the value will be now. With this huge sum of money one can buy and fixed anything. The saying goes as “money make money” ,”money can buy power” and most of all “power can make more money”.

Its time our enforcement agency to carry out full investigation and appropriate prosecution to the said individual/group as this was exposed by Datuk Abdul Murad Khalid 13 years ago and dozens of police report relating to this from several NGOs and individuals recently.

This not because this individual are from oppositions/PR.This is about perception to our enforment, prosecutor or even our legal system intergrity and dignity. For sure this is the invidual who abused the power while in the goverment then.

Money and power can change ones principles from prosecutor/accuser to a defence counsel/supporter.What happen to DAP and PAS now and then.
This is about shark which are left lurking in the murky water while only the bilis and kembong are netted.

Catch the sharks from any side of the water and make the kembong and billis worried.Let this be a test case. And we do not need outsiders to advise us on our judiciary system as we are independent country.

As for you Tun, i believed if you are involved of any misdeeds these people including their agent from outside the country will try to get whatever evidence to put you behind bars. But after nearly 10 year there is none except wild allegations. My fears is as you that are point 3 and 4 if they managed to capture Putrajaya. They even promised to ammend the constitution about the malay right, malay rulers even to reduce the goverment servant.

They know only you have the guts and points to expose the wrongdoing and “ajaran sesat”
of the oppositions. You talk about injustice of the UN,USA and the superpower, injustice in the economy , issues on humanity ,social and others whether local or international

I also support and agree with you that BN in general and UMNO in particular need new faces for rebranding.Ketua bahagian, ADUN or MP which serve more than 3 term should give way to new winnable candidate eventhough it is a parachute one.Incumbent with moral issues and scandals should voluntarily refuse nomination. They should follow your point 16 and 17 and stay loyal to the party and continue serving the country as point 18. This will ease DS Najib to steer the party and gain back the 2/3 majority which are very important for more tranformation being done and most of all rectify damage done by previous premiership.

But can they…? Only after the nomination day for PRU13 we know the real scenario.

Tun, keep on the good PR for the nation. Many issue of the nation were responded by you rather than present UMNO , BN topgun or the ministers. The rakyat need answers and response to issues that surfaces every now and then.Your response are rational with point, fact and figures and most of all you have a proven record to show off.Volume of visitors to your blog speaks for it self and the opposition are the one who are most worried.

  42. Dear Tun,

Your posting this time is very touching indeed

“17) I am ready to go when my time comes. I am conscious that all that I have will not accompany me to the grave.

    18) But for as long as I can I will work hard to prevent evil people and crooks from destroying this country that I love.”

You shall be remembered as being courageous, righteous and selfless in your struggle to defend the poor and the disadvantaged. You did what was absolutely necessary by using ISA against some politicians who instigated racial hatred and animosity to safe guard peace and prevent street violence and bloodshed and may be loss of innocent lives and destruction of properties. You shall be remembered for nation building, north south highways, KLIA, PUTRAJAYA, Multi Media Super Corridor. You shall be remembered as a great man, Tun. You were our greatest Prime Minister ever. As the Prime Minister, you had to do what you did for the sake of the well being of the nation. I was an honest and sincere witness to your sterling rule of the country for 22 years.

    amin tan

  44. Salam Tun,
    Izinkan saya..

Semoga Allah berkati segala usaha Tun.

  45. Assalamu’alaikum Tun

saya amat bersetuju dgn komen ch liew yg menulis..” selfish,narrow-minded,racist and religion extremist are the true enemy of Malaysia.”

otak yg sempit seperti Lim kitsiang anak-beranak dan seluruh kaum keturunan nya membuat mereka enggan menerima Ketuanan Bangsa bumiputera yg memberi izin mereka menumpang.

namun apakan daya,Kerajaan kita terlalu berlembut dgn mereka.

ch liew, saya setuju dgn analisa anda bahwa dasar racist kaum anda ada lah punca kpd masaalah Negara saya.namun saya berbeza pendapat dgn anda tentang “why should we fear God.we shold love God!!!”.

“why should we fear God? we should love God!”. kami menghormati tahap penakatan anda yg tinggi.anda boleh survived walau di mana juga.tapi anda tidak dikenal tentang kejujuran beragama.

    terimakasih Tun

  46. don’t worry Tun

    God is the final judge

    don’t be afraid

there should be a day dedicated to you ! 🙂

  47. Assalamualaikum Tun.

    My Fears

Ianya satu contoh pembelajaran.

    Sangat extreme.Cuma menulis…

    Terima kasih Tun.

  48. Good evening,
At the end of the day when all has been said and done we will leave this world for better or for worse.
What is important is that when we DO leave we do it with a PERFECTLY CLEAR CONSCIENCE.
As long as we know that our mind is at ease with ourself why bother what Kit Siang or Anwar or Nik Aziz says?
We are accountable for our actions in the hereafter no matter what.
    Always remember that.
    Thank you.

  49. Salam Tun,

    1. I believe we are all satisfied you had given your very best. Usually a leader of your stature has successorship problems, and this is evident with your choices of PM to replace your good self. I don’t believe any of them come close to your leadership ability and style.

    2. And it is usually the one who fights the leader most will be able to stand in as the new leader. People shudder at this thought. But then they shuddered at the thought of you becoming PM too, especially when they expelled you from UMNO.

    3. Anwar Ibrahim has leadership quality, very obviously so, and he has his own style, not quite like your good self Tun. He has his own dreams i guess, and his own set of enemies. I can see very well how much pressure, time and resources you have exerted on just this one man, many people are blind and do not see this, they just see ‘bad’ Anwar.

    4. I therefore think you can indeed have a good rest and holiday, D.S. Anwar Ibrahim is well capable of taking care himself and the nation, D.S. Najib is also very good i must say, but he is not the peoples choice, he is your choice.

    5. In moving towards an advanced nation, we need to do things differently. During your time you did what you had to do. People say you are a dictator, but then sometimes in the midst of madness, common sense must prevail. Maybe UMNO had too much of your commonn sense until they totally lost their own common sense, and now actually believe Malays are special. I beg to differ.

    6. The new world order offers so much opportunity for us Malaysians, and for SEA countries, but we firsty need to understand …

    a. We need to get our own house in order – stupid laws will earn us international thumbs down – maul lah Tun.

    b. We need to understand why western economis failed, and how we can help. This is important.

    c. We need to reach out and welcome them, and give them clear signals we are in this world to make a better life for everyone. Greed is not they way to go around the world. Nobody welcomes greedy traders.

    7. Malays have a long long way to go in understanding the world, because Malays have chosen to remain “bawah tempurung”. We cannot open this tempurung, we will be scolded. So it is best to leave the Malays as they are and as they wish to be. The rest of us have plenty to do.

    8. I will leave room for miracles to happen. Maybe UMNO will wake up one day and relise we are all equal. But i doubt so. Stilll miracles do happen, we do not know the future Tun.

That’s all for now Tun, Thank You.

  50. Salam Hormat dan Selamat Sejahtera,
YBhg Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad Yang Dikasehi,

Terima kasih.

  52. Tun

For MiddleAges, HBT456 and all the admirers of Lee Kuan Yew, crypto or otherwise.

The Story of Singapore has yet to unfold and the real story of Lee Kuan Yew has yet to be told.

Without scraping too much below the surface, we have been brought to notice the following :

    1. The 2 child Policy of Singapore in the 1970s and the 1980s.

The concept, the implementation, the results and its consequences have yet to be researched and studied.

    2. The coupling of the Foreign Policy of Singapore with its socio-economic objectives in consonant with its domestic and foreign investments.

This area of Singapore’s endeavour is not much publicised and masked by smoke and mirrors ! Was any harm done to anybody ?

    3. The concept of the meritocratic system and its application and the consequences in a very small group of diverse peoples.

This concept failed when ‘foreign’ experts were found to be no experts and did not advise accordingly since the retirement of Lee Kuan Yew at the age of 65 years of age. The experts found the salaries and living in Singapore too world class and played politics by keeping their mouths shut.

Hence, the fiascos of 2007-2008 which were the result of neglect for 18 years !

    4. The Judiciary System.

    5. 40 per cent ( official ) of the population do not like Lee Kuan Yew. The unofficial percentage could be more.

It is a mystery to me why some Malaysians go head over heels over him !

So, fellow Malaysians, are you going to be the 40 percentile or the 60 percentile ? As I always say I have not met a stupid Malaysian in my life-time.

The above subjects are what could be discerned without much research or study.

For those who think that a person who takes other people’s money is guilty, have they ever thought that if their own brains and thoughts which have been brain-washed or influenced by foreign agents are even more guilty ?

And what about those Malaysians who openly praise foreign leaders without much knowledge which by implication indirectly denigrate our own heroes, the Royal Sultans and Prime Ministers ?

And we cannot call ourselves a true Nation without our heroes or heroines !

For our country whether you like it or not, the icons and heroes are the Royal Sultans and the Prime Ministers. The comparison is exactly like the head of a family or a household – he or she is the hero in the eyes of its members !

Not many in the Western world praised Lenin, Stalin or Mao Tse-tung during the Cold War.

Why ? The word is treason, friends !

For those who read, the thousands of tomes written on the derring-do of spies and their espionage between the Soviets and the West will understand eg. James Bond.

For those who think Lee Kuan Yew is great and the BN is not, please think again. It does not mean if you vote DAP you will get Lee Kuan Yew.

    We are Malaysians.

Again Malaysian Chinese, you are not going to get Lee Kuan Yew by voting for DAP or PKR, but vote strongly for BN. At least, you know who and what you will get.

Malaysian Chinese please do not read the same story thrice !

  53. Dear Dato’Seri,

The greatest sadness and disappointment is that Your UMNO has so many Camps. It is no longer a united UMNO. The Cracks were already showing at the end of your leadership. It’s not your fault but the fault of UMNO. When UMNO proudly celebrated more than 60 years of Supreme Reign, i asked myself if they have forgotten history. The UMNO of today was founded by You after the deregistration of Dato Onn’s UMNO. You founded UMNO Baru, You did the Rebranding. This happened in your reign as PM, Hence it’s not 60 years old and UMNO should be ashamed of themselves simply because they caused their own party to weaken and it has weaken right down to the gutter. It’s time they face reality and realize that it’s no one’s fault but theirs.

Now, even more worrying, UMNO does not have suitable candidate to succeed Premiership & DPM’s Seat. Muhyiddin will only trigger the end of UMNO even faster. Hisham, Rustam, Zahid Hamidi and even Seniors below them are not cut off for these two top positions for the country, they will only cause more camps to be born. Now, do you want your Son to inherit something so Chaotic and Malignant? It wouldn’t be fair for Muhkriz to inherit such a disaster. It’s such a Circus within UMNO! Why did you weep when you announced your resignation as PM at the UMNO General Assembly? You saw what i see today and you know way much more than me. This party has turned to Malignant and Weak and to begin with, nothing intelligent comes out from this party except vomitting utter gabbage and the gabbage gets more and worse by the day. What can cushion this party’s state of ICU? What can be done to bring this party out of ICU? What can be done to bring UMNO back to her glorious days? Nothing much really. The Political Landscape around the world has changed so much and warning signs should have been picked up by UMNO 10 years ago but She was too aragont, She thought She will Reign Supreme No Matter What & Lo & Behold She Brought Out The Dagger at the Assembly and that was done in such bad taste and aragonce, since then the party has been going down hill very fast! aragonce grew at such rapid speed and more camps were born!

Today, UMNO is so weak that Salt & Water can be used to bring Her down to her knees! What a stupid statement by such a learned senior minister! BAD Public Relations.

Oh Pak Pandir, your namesake is most accurate!

  55. Assalamu’alaikum Tun

    terimakasih Tun

  56. I always think it is in the interest of the nation to prosecute those suspected of contravening the law regardless of position and stature.

If the French can prosecute their former president, we can too. Nothing in the law that prohibits that. Of course, criminal prosecution must be handled by the state and the government that runs the state must find a perfect balance of public interest and detriment before initiating criminal proceedings.

The law is above everyone and that includes rulers, politicians and tycoons. It is the law that wields the will of the people.

Of course there is no need to fear if one has not committed any wrongdoings. At the same time, it is in the public’s interest that enforcement agencies, regardless of who takes charge of the government, do their jobs properly with the mandate from the law and without fear including going for the big catch.

Sadly in Malaysia these enforcement agencies have been manipulated by those with higher authority to preserve their wealth and power. This has been well documented.

If there is one thing I’ve learnt, it is never trust a politician or a former politician.

  57. Dearest Tun M,

You are a force to be reckoned with.

We love you and always pray for your best well being.

We will always be with you now or thereafter.

We will march to defend you.

    You will never walk alone.

  58. Tun

Hope that are more ‘ibrahim’ and Malaysia will surely excel to the next height and become the most peaceful nation in the world. Selfish, narrow-minded, racist and religion extremists are the true enemy of Malaysia. Politicians that use religion and race as their main agenda to win seats are the true devil as they dont have any other points or empty-minded or plain lazy. Wining election using such subject is easier as “cannot proof” or “cannot question” or purely “cannot be seen” worthiness of their manifesto. God’s name has been used in so many ways and the ways people are using to fool other or to make money or to frighten people are the worst kind. I see many cars with stickers with the word “fear God or other names” Why should we fear God? We should love God!!! We only fear God when we do something wrong.

  59. Not My Fear:

    http://www.businessweek.com/news/2012-06-13/felda-said-to-raise-3-dot-3-billion-in-malaysian-share-sale
    Same as Sime

The IPO values Felda at 14.2 times estimated full-year earnings, one of the people said. That’s similar to local rival Sime Darby Bhd. (SIME), the world’s largest palm oil company by acreage. Singapore’s Golden Agri-Resources Ltd. trades at 9.3 times estimated earnings, data compiled by Bloomberg show.

A statement will be made on the pricing in a few days, Felda Global spokeswoman Izan Hussain said by phone yesterday.

Felda Global is selling $1.1 billion of shares to 12 so- called cornerstone investors, including the country’s biggest pension funds, according to a term sheet for the deal. Those buyers have pledge to hold the shares for a minimum 180 days in return for guaranteed allocations, the document showed…

  60. Dear Tun
    Salam sejahtera.
Not only Malaysians, the Muslim world loves you Tun. While I am living in the Middle East for many years now, never once that i feel worried or afraid, because as Malaysian I am very well respected. I socialize easily with Europeans, Americans or Arabs because everybody know and loves Malaysia. All because of that very well known 21st century Muslim leader – Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad!. Malaysia is where it is today because of you, Tun. Malaysian should be grateful and thankful to you.

  61. Salam Tun;

I am with you all the way….and will remember your below words

“But for as long as I can I will work hard to prevent evil people and crooks from destroying this country that I love.”

Anwar ,Ambiga, LKS, Nik Aziz, Krpal Singh, Guan Eng to me have their own individual agenda not for the good of the entire nation.

During your era you did help a lot of Bumi and I was one of them. Thanks to you that enable me to study oversea, have my own company and Alhamdulilah with my life. I just don’t understand why the non bumi is still complaining as they control 80-90 % of Malaysian richness and have better life than Non Bumis?

Thanks for saving Malaysia during the currency crisis and from corrupt leader like Anwar ( even wikipedia clearly stated Anwar involved in money politic when he get rid of Tun Gaffar Baba ).

  62. Salam Tun and All,

I used to say bad things about you when I was involved in PAS politics since year 1998 until year 2003. I was also very fond of Anwar during the time. We said you have billion dollars in numerous Swiss Bank Accounts, worshiping idol, performing black magic, watching porno with your grandson, alcoholic, the ‘Firaun’ and what nots. This is the party that promotes Islam. The most ridiculous people I ever stumble upon in my walk of life.

The opposition have never been a real people who are worthy of admiration except bunch of uncivilised desperate politicians employing grand dirty tactics to win the election. They created slander to drive our emotion high and retaliated on a violent street demonstration. They have successfully make people believe that you are the most corrupted person in Malaysia.

Sometimes I felt offended when a young yuppies talking about you the same way I did 14 years ago. Well, it took 5 years to realise that I’m wrong hopefully they will do it better than that.

I solemnly seek your forgiveness for what I’ve said about you even you never heard it directly from me. I believe what was said to me simply because it came from someone wearing a big turban.

I really fear that these crooks will eventually get to rule and destroy my beloved country with their bigotry.

  63. Salam, teringin nak tambah lagi. dalam bahasa Malaysia pulak. Kit Siang and the gang tak menang kali ni. tapi usaha Yahudi ni tak akan berhenti.

    Wallahualam.

  65. Assalamu’alaikum wr wb
YAB Tuan Guru Dr Mahathir Yg Di Rahmati Allah swt.

    1. Seluruh rakyat Msia kenal siapa itu Lim Kit Siang dan DAP, peminggir bangsa Melayu.

    2. N.ajis dan PAS pun kenal keburukan LKS/DAP

    4. Lim Kit Siang yang takut kalah sebenarnya.

  66. Tun

I may be one of those who can state steadfastly that we Malaysians should not ape others to destroy our very own icons, religion, culture and in the very same process destroy our history of a young an independent country which is rather unique in this world.

It is mischievous to imply all sorts of wrong doing by a single distinguished Prime Minister. There are other Prime Ministers around today and in the past also.

As Jamie Dimon, the Chairman and CEO of JP Morgan Chase admitted before the Congress last night, ‘ Every one makes mistakes ‘. And Dimon is a real pro concerning money !

As this mischief has come about, then we must analyse why such unwarranted remarks must be taken at face value against the back-drop of the political background and the political parties.

In any group of people, there are always 30 percent who are recalcitrant. The Singaporean Elections showed this very clearly even in the best of times for the PAP.

By the creation of the high hanging fruits for the Opposition through the years, even the General Elections of 2011 increased this margin to approximately 40 percent. This is serious for the incumbent PAP.

And how come officially 40 percent of the Singaporean population do not like Lee Kuan Yew who nearly lost his venerable seat of Tanjong Pagar in the General Elections of 2011 ?

Since its inception the DAP through a group of hardy personalities have soldiered on and garnered most of this recalcitrant 30 percent of the voters.

As Malaysia is definitely imperfect, political families will thrive just by being the odd man out for many generations. And there are already 4 such successful families in the Opposition. If a person is not very rich, would such a person dare enter politics especially Malaysian politics in a country which is still striving to develop its social welfare services ?

It remains to be seen whether PAS and KeAdilan can provide 10 percent each at the next General Elections the 13th – the grandmother of all general elections. Still, the BN is there with 50 percent of the votes ! For reasons best known to the cognoscenti – and this is the worst worst scenario for the BN.

If the PKR is shown to be wearing only foreign clothes due to the fact that the DAP was inspired by the likes of Lee Kuan Yew, the apparent niche foreign support for the KeAdilan and the PAS jollying themselves with Lee Kuan Yew – this foreign icon is found to be wanting from his mistakes during his tenure of office, the PKR will be only a wobbly 2 legged stool and not a 3 legged one.

I have observed there is not one single publication which is critical of Lee Kuan Yew’s Singapore except the London Financial Times Gillian Tett April 2010. ‘ Singapore’s Harvard Model ‘ and this was only published in 2010 more than a year after the huge financial fiascos of GIC and the Temasek Holdings.

And there is no publication or study on the 2 child policy of the Singapore Government between the 1970s and the 1980s in relation to the desperate attempt to import foreign millionaires in the past 15 years.

The much touted meritocracy policy of Singpore which actually benefits only the 1 percent elite at the top of the meritocratic pyramid over the 99 percent of the proletariat at the bottom and is entirely based on academic qualifications and money rewards, failed at the most crucial moment in 2007-2008.

But with a beautiful hindsight, this should be extended right back to the year when Lee Kuan Yew retired at the age of 65 when Singapore reached its peak. From then on, it was just a slippery ride down the slippery slope of the meritocratic pyramid of Singapore.

In other words, they patted each others backs and thought they were great – like water falling on a duck’s back – nothing can harm them ! But unfortunately, the world is not made up of textbooks to be mastered by geniuses. Hence, the failure of genius now and then in history did happen !

We still see the pyramids of ancient Egypt today unadorned by meritocrats !

Even on this Blog, Tun, we find one or two great admirers of Lee Kuan Yew for no reason at all due to the continuous stream of propaganda affecting them. In actual of fact, no one has written a book about the real Lee Kuan Yew yet. Therefore, tons of books are inspired to demolish possible rivals to a common belief that Lee Kuan Yew is a great leader of South East Asia and Asia and the World.

But the warts are beginning to show.

And we are not even talking about the Singaporean Judiciary system !

Thanks to the Web, some independent comments from Singaporean Blogs maybe gleaned for the record. And I bet my bottom dollar, the real story of Singapore has yet to unfold.

Without the use of smoke and mirrors that the Opposition is as good as Lee Kuan Yew and the warts increased in density, PKR has to fall back on genuine issues affecting only the Malaysians. Where the BN is forced to defend is in the area of administration which seemed to be a vulnerable point (scandals) since 2003 – the thrusts and cuts by political swordsmen to exploit the weak spots of the BN.

With your vast experience, Tun, you are now like Superman defending the BN fort ( I took this word from MiddleAges, thanks ). Hence, the whole of the PKR will focus their foreign made laserscope on you !

I again call on all the Malaysian Chinese to respect and admire themselves, their own families and have self-esteem. And please do not spend a life-time admiring foreigners who have secret agendas to benefit themselves.

    Vote for BN always.

If Lee Kuan Yew in time would be found with feet of clay

  67. mana boleh relaks lagi tun…bn still nampak moral down dan tenggelam punca…

tun kena pump adrenalin lebih masuk dlm bn…

  68. Salam Tun.

I’ll recall the following statements made by that racist and hypocrite called Lim Kit Siang.

    1. “Why is Anwar very close to Vincent Tan?”, spoken during the early days after Anwar became the Finance Minister, and who later used the money he looted from government coffers to cause the incumbent Deputy UMNO President (the late Tun Ghafar) to SURRENDER the post (KALAH TAK BOLEH BERTANDING!!)

    2. “It’s a waste of money” when KLIA at Sepang started construction works, but less than a year after KLIA’s completion that Kit Siang unashamedly admitted “It’s great/wonderful” (or something very similar to that).

    3. “What’s the point of having an expressway when the traffic is crawling”, as he bulldozed past the PLUS toll booth WITHOUT PAYING to show his anger after an accident along the expressway caused traffic jam.

    4. “That budak KJ is the richest unemployed person in Malaysia”, when referring to the massive & uncontrollable corruption openly practiced (and encouraged?) by Pak Dol’s s.i.l.
Later Kit Siang greatly regretted making that statement when realising and knowing fully well that both Pak Dol & budak KJ are the opposition’s greatest secret weapon to win elections!!
He and all DAP leaders never made negative comments onPak Dol and budak KJ since then!

    5. “Melayu boleh balik kampung, KL kita punya” were the shouts of DAP supporters initiated/encouraged by Kit Siang, that eventually became the starting point of May 13 riot!
Kit Siang was the single greatest cause to that racial riot!!!

  69. Dearest YAB Tun,

    NO WORRIES TUN!

Allah SWT will protect Tun. “Berani kerana benar..”

    Thanks Tun.

*** May Allah SWT bless Tun and family ***

  70. Tun

If you have done nothing wrong, you have nothing to fear. No one can fabricate any charges and get away with it.

But you see, the problem is 105 persons including Lim Kit Siang and Karpal were arrested under Ops Lallang by your orders
(you signed the arrest warrant). They all claim the charges against them were fabricated, but were nevertheless incarcerated in Kamunting prison, some like LKS and Karpal, for two years. They never got their day in court because you had them arrested under the ISA (they were not Communists, were they?), and they were held under detention without trial.

“I am afraid of the kind of abuse of power that has already been shown by one of Pakatan’s great leader who got a senior police officer to frighten Dr Ristina and Ummi Hafilda into withdrawing Ummi’s letter to me.”

Anwar was convicted of abuse of power based on the sole uncorroborated testimony of a single police officer. Things like that don’t occur in other civilized countries in this world. So, if anything like that happens to you, you too have to take your chances with our judiciary system, just like any other citizen.

Or, are you saying, you have no confidence in our own police, AG and judges?

    Dpp
we are all of 1 Race, the Human Race

  71. Salam Hormat dan Selamat Sejahtera,
YBhg Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad Yang Dikasehi,

Terima kasih.

  72. Kit siang hate u personally i guess.
Why? He never win anything while you were around.
    Bad of him.

I dont think u amik rasuah.
I heard from a fren that u scolded ur son mohzani because like to be a rich people infront of a few people one time ago.

If u have so many enemies or doing bad things to the people of this country, i believed you would not be standing alone without any bodyguard infront of one of the hotel in bukit bintang waiting for your driver to fetch u. I just say hi to you at that time.

Dont be worried. If kit siang want to put you in jail, i volunteer to organise a street demo to release you from jail. I think i am not alone on this. I do this because you and your government has help me and my family a lot. Kit siang n peliwat alway gave me troubles in my live.

I will never support them till i die.

    Thank you tun.

  73. Salam Tun,
How I wish we have more leaders with your kind of good heart, strong character and determination, and visionary for our Malaysia.

I always believe in your good intent for the people and our beloved country, and may Allah protect you from other people’s cruelties and the unnecessary.

  74. Salam Tun.

I’ll recall the following statements made by that racist and hypocrite called Lim ‘budak malam’ Kit Siang.

    1. “Why is Anwar very close to Vincent Tan?”, spoken during the early days after Anwar became the Finance Minister, and later used the money he looted from government coffers to cause the incumbent Deputy UMNO President (the late Tun Ghafar) to SURRENDER the post (KALAH TAK BOLEH BERTANDING!!)

  75. As long as I can I will try to prevent evil people and crooks from destroying this country that I love.

  76. amin.

Malaysia will always love you Tun. No matter what they say, some parts of them are glad and happy that you are still around. They just don’t realise it, at least not now.

All the best to you and your family Tun.

    =)

  77. I salute you…….I grown up during your time…..I studied, graduated, worked and open business..all during your premiership….Tun, you dont know me…but your administration has let me,my family and neighbours regardless race….prosper and improved our life….Thank you…..May God will always continue bless you…You are not just a politician…but you are a Leader.

  78. May all beings have happiness and the causes of happiness.
May all beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering.
May all beings be in perfect happiness which is free of suffering.
May all beings be in great equanimity free from aversion and attachment.

This is what i wish every morning.

  79. My FEARS: Is not your fear Tun but its their fear which had been haunted them in their sleep…… (bla.. blaa… black sheeps)

Now the onus is on LKS and gang to prove what they have said about Tun being corrupt. Otherwise do APOLOGISE to Tun. Be a gentleman for once.

Semoga ALLAH lanjutkan umor Tun dalam sehat sejahtera.
Negara dan umat Islam seluroh dunia masih memerlukan Tun untok bersuara bagi kami semua atas segala ketidak adilan.

    Wassalam TUN

  81. And so they are playing a psychic war. According to experts, we remember bad things more than good things. So if a person or a government good deeds are forgotten whereas the bad things stays in their mind. This is what the Oppositions are good (I would say very, very good) at doing.
Maybe the rekyat should ask the Oppositions what are their plans for Malaysia, their blueprint for the future. This can be a rosy, everything free, reduce pricing, etc, etc. But are their Plans sustainable? Is it practical? These, the rakyat, must question and answer themselves.

  82. Salam Tun

akhir sekali ”dont worry be happy TUN”,

  83. Salam Tun,

Your fear is not unfounded. What happened to Gaddafi and Hosni Mubarak can happen to you.

You have put ‘powerful’ people on trial for war crimes.
You are the voice of the Palestinians.
You are the voice for HUMANITY.

We have come to the era where clean government will be replaced by followers of Dajjal. Evil people will become government of the day. This is what regime change is about. These are some of the signs of the coming of Dajjal.

We know that you are working very hard to prevent evil people like Anwar Ibrahim and his gang from destroying this beloved country and not because of personal reason. If I remember correctly, Lee Kuan Yew had once said that even if he is dead, his grave will turn, if anything goes wrong with Singapore. We understand how you must feel.

We pray that Allah bless you with long life and good health and protect you always.

    Thank you Tun.

  84. Assalamualaikum Tun, Family and all,

One of the most touching and emotional post.
Allah all the time know the real intention of any decision by men and women. Certainly that includes Tun and other leaders. People can only judge from results of the decisions whether the man is excellent, good, okay, acceptable, bad, or pure evil. When there are so many decisions involved as in leading a country, it is fair for people to judge their leader by what the country achieved.
Wishing for prosperous nations is everybody’s nature. That should be inside everybody’s prayer. People should also believe that God is listening to prayer all the time.
Malaysia has been prosperous not only for her citizen but also for her neighbor’s. That is a fact that no one can deny. All must be thankful to God for that.
Of course, we people want more. God never stop us from asking more as long as we are not greedy, wasteful and forgetful. We people must always be wary of greed and ungrateful. While we are asking for more, we tend to overlook what we have and had. Enemy or the envy always lurk around for any complacency.
In nation building, human history proved that enemy exists in many sizes and forms, internally or externally. The actual attacks only follows after the internal is fragmented and broken. At the time it is usually too late. Sacrifice will be inevitable, in them of live and materials. Prosperity in not the term to describe the situation.
You have lead Malaysia from ‘people living on tree’ nation to become ‘tiger nation’. Malaysia grew richer than many nations of the same condition. Only ungrateful say that you have intentionally undermined Malaysia, your religion Islam and race. You deserve all the praise and recognition that you received.
When you support, despite being critical and cynical at times, towards the present government, the opposition certainly feel threatened. To threaten back by wanting to expose your wrongdoing will never win opposition. It proves their lack of issue.
Allah save Malaysia. Allah bless Tun Mahathir.

  85. Assalammualaikum Tun..

    Terima Kasih.

  86. This is my second reading for this post. I like the part which you said you only eat the fruits given to you to keep them from going bad.
Please write about that offer as adviser to Yemen government. Do you accept it? I just hope you can do something that will make them stop fighting among themselves.

  87. Salam Tun.

First and foremost, I appreciate this write up although I do not think that Tun is required to declare all the details. I strongly believe that many people out there are worrying about what will happen if the opposition take over the country. I sincerely request Tun to advise the current goverment on several key strategies to face the upccoming election. Thanks in advance.

  88. Salam,

    Tun yang dihormati,

Personally, this is the reason I admire you so much.
All this time I always believe this is the true you.

I feel so much in a relief when you said it with your own hand (typing hehe)

You a COOL LIVING LEGEND and will always be.

    Insya’Allah dan Alhamdulillah

    TQ

  89. Good morning YAB,

    19. I am surprised to read YAB’s writing on Kit Siang.

    20. If YAB wrote about Kuan Yew, I would be definitely more excited to comment.

    21. YAB’s fear is similar to Kuan Yew’s fear.

    22. It’s not the fear of losing political power to enrich cronies and families.

    24. It’s the fear of not doing enough for the country as seasoned and experienced politicians.

    25. The problem with the current local politicians, they are so used to the 60s politicians’ style, show case their sundry political issues in “ceramah2 macam pasar malam” when we have 1st class shopping malls.

    26. National and international presses are not interest to cover sundry or personal issues of such politicians.

    27. If DAP does not contest under Pakatan Rakyat, DAP will have a chance to make Malaysian Malaysia.

    28. If DAP contest with PAS and PKR under PR, BN will win.

    29. What is BN stands for after going through so many financial crisis, they should know the hard facts by now to keep Malaysia Going.

    That’s all YAB.
P.S. cherry kita ni bodoh dan ego ala AI, well, the best way to deal with him is to let him dream big for the remaining days in his life.

  90. No matter what you are and no matter who you are, but Tun, you have created an misleading image to the non-Malay Malaysians which fallaciously proclaims that Islamic Allah is a racist God because the Islamic State which you helped create is a Malay racist state which favours only the Malays but not the Malaysians!

  91. 16) I am not interested in getting rich or living a life of luxury. What I have now is far more than I had hoped for when I was dreaming as a student. I am grateful to Allah for what I have and for sparing me to live this long.

i also not interested become rich..

  92. Assalamualaikum.

Tan Sri, this article really inspires me.

    Thank You.

  93. Dear Tun,

Don’t worry so much. The Opposition or so-called ‘Pakatan Rakyat’ will always and consistently discredit and find fault wiz you because they are scared or trying to put a ‘brave face’ wiz you.

You have the right to express what you want. Of course your achievement and contribution to Malaysia’s development is beyond words and won admiration not just locally, but internationally.

    Cheers!

  94. YAB Tun,

As we know peoples will remember us and our good deeds when we are no more in this world, but as far as I am concern, we are from generation x who received a lot of benefits and opportunities from your vision to turn this country to a modern and industralized nation. Therefore, we thank you a lot for your efforts in changing this country into what we have now. Hopefully you will always share a new ideas and comments to improve the current situation in our country and to face the future challenges. Politicians will do what they have to do in order to strike a balance and to get the best outcomes for their peoples, but the most important thing is, this country must be led by a leader who has a clear vision and do whatever necessary to achieve the goals/objectives that has been set up.

    Regards.

  95. Dear TunM,

Thanks of all the things that you have done to the country. The silent majority will back you up and protect you from the evil and crooks.

A bit sad reading point 17)…

  96. Salam Tun,

Itulah cabaran sebagai pemimpin, salah guna selalunya are divided with very thin line. Tuhan saja yg tahu kita manusia takkan dapat berlaku adil sepenuhnya.
Having said tht sbb tu kita kena ikut 100% guidelines dlm quran n yg dah dioutline oleh cerdik pandai islam iaitu ulamak.

  97. Tun,
I like the part where you say ” But for as long as I can I will work hard to prevent evil people and crooks from destroying this country that I love”.
Tun, i think the goverment made a very very big mistake by abolishing the ISA.We still need the ISA to prevent these evil people and crooks from destroying our country.
Much as i hate to say it, it looks like we still have much to learn from Singapore.
It is these evil people that cause the polarization among our rakyat of multi races today.
Seeds of hatered are being sowed to the rakyat to hate the goverment and these evil people will blame everyone, the goverment, the police including the press but themselves.
They talk about press freedom but they themselves did not seems to practice what they preach.
Any newspaper that are not in their favour will be barred from attending their press conference and also from the state assembly. The state assembly belongs to the rakyat and the rakyat have the right to know what was going on in the state assembly.
It is mind-bloggling to read that attempts were made to called a journalist to attend a hearing by the Rights and Privileges Committee of the Penang State Assembly. We wont see such things would not happens in the western countries.
I pray that the silence majority will prevail in the next general election.

  98. Assalamualaikum Tun,

  99. Tun, they are like the confused vengeful spirits – they don’t know that they are dead, so they cling to their unresolved issues when they should walk towards the light.

  100. Tun Kami sentiasa bersama Tun
    Manusai yg suka menuduh sebenarnya

  102. Lim kit siang is he the friend of the biggest robbers
Who used the law to rob their own citizens?
Tun I beleives you as much as the most rest of malaysian
Lim kit siang will be good at lying and robbing

  103. Asalamualaikum….
jarang sgt yg lebih baik….nak kater aper tun org jeles mmg cam tu…yg penting ramai lagi org m’sia menghargai pengobanan tun…..

  104. Tun

The comments of the venerable member of the Opposition who is also a qualified lawyer, are made without fact or foundation.

Yes ! There were losses but how did these happen, had not been clearly established factually in a court of law.

Yes ! There were books and publications inspired and written with the specific task to destroy distinguished Malaysian personalities whom outsiders do not like or maybe obstructive to those who want to take advantage of our sovereignty, national interest and self-esteem.

Maybe if Malaysia is a lame duck, it will be advantageous to certain vested interests. If there are no Malaysian heroes to worship, the Rakyat will be forced to worship local ones.

Why were such accusations made by all and sundry from the Opposition even though you are effective in your thoughts, body and mind right now ?

The reason is because they do not want to miss the last bus home !

Why become personal and attack a person who is one of the most distinguished personality of his generation and recognised by at least half the planet, without much thought given to propriety and civility ?

Why people in important positions in iconic institutions lose control of themselves in the face of the possibility of assuming control of power and public money ?

Is this civility as practised in a civil society ?

There are so many questions which I would like to ask and the list is well-nigh inexhaustive.

I have noticed that some of the younger generation has lost their cultural and spiritual ballast, and their cool. They lack the filial piety which makes Asians great.

These recalcitrants always assume that people who are older than they die first.

I have a list of 48 erstwhile persons who thought I die first. They did. And the youngest was only 39 ! This list embraced the highest to the lowest social strata.

In the heat of an argument, the first words these younger folks uttered would be ‘ you die first ‘ without much thought. And they laced these contemptuous words with abusive and vulgar ones for added effect ! Little did they know that they are not only Malaysians but Asians also and most important of all, they are the creation in flesh and blood of their parents, grand-parents and their ancestors traceable back maybe for thousands of years – for the love of life.

These are the supporters of the Opposition for us !

However, as Shakespeare had recognised ‘ there’s many a slip ‘twixt cup and lip.’

The application of roughhouse tactics to politics in Malaysia like unending street demonstrations, should arouse all Malaysian Chinese to rise and vote for the BN.

  105. Tun, i know Tun has nothing to fear to all this opportunist like Kit Siang and DAP who instigated 13th Mei bloodshed riot. Now that they are in the Parliment, they talk cock pretending to be an innocent clang. However, we have to be prepared at all cause not to let this group take control of the country as they can become inhumane as what happen not to only communist countries but also to the muslim countries like Iran, Iraq, Libya and Egypt. Those countries are already ruined, though some may believed that this is the start of Islamic insurgence. I don’t believe in that. I don’t even believe in some hadith saying that Nabi Isa will come to the world and kill all the pigs and the world will be govern by him before Kiamat. Nabi Isa has nothing to do with this cleansing act. I don’t know who narrated this kind of hadith and then relates to prophet Muhamad saw. The muslim today prefer to believe in the magic of Islam rather than through continuous and dedicated effort in life. The prophet does not bring magic to Islam. There is no short cut in Islam. Muslim today believes in revolution because they are getting frustrated on the current situation. Actually they are frustrated with themselves and look for shortcut. In the end, the face what they are now in Iraq, Egypt, Libya etc. They are in chaos. There is no more peace for them, believe me. The world is ending. Malaysia is the last stand Islamic country and here we are to defend Islam and Malays. Not through revolution but through the system we are in, that is Democracy. Some said democracy is not Islamic, i may say even revolution can be said non Islamic. Islam does not dictate whether Islamic or not, it is up to the people to have the proper system as long as Quran is the guidance. Muslim today does not dictate the system and we have to live with it as the world is controlled by the non Muslim, particularly the US and the west. However, we have a country that we are still able to control though we have to follow the system they have defined. Nabi Isa will even stand on the podium to talk about Islam and society at UN one day which shows that we are still abide to the system the world are in now. Meaning he is the leader representing a particular country like what Tun has experienced. The only difference is, he hold the key to determine when to request to Allah swt to end this world. and you can think of which country he will represent? Coming back to the topic, Tun has done his duty and deliver the amanah as God’s servant and he was even being recognised by………… He will know when he die. Sorry to say, not Nik Aziz or Hadi Awang. They have distorted Islam tremendously and they will not in a good book unless they repent.

  106. Assalamualaikum Tun,

I am very grateful to Allah for given us malaysian a leader like you. And like you, I am very much want to work hard to prevent evil people from destroying Malaysia. My contribution might not be as big as yours but I try my best to do it.

I used to take my country for granted until I had the chance to travel the world and learn to think differently. So when I can see how damaging my country would be if these evils are in power, I feel so motivated to help preventing the evils to be in power in any way that I can.

    Thank you Tun.

    Regards,
    Nadiana

  107. Salam Tun,

Well said Sir! I believe you and I support your argument on this ‘fear’ topic. People like Kit Siang, Anwar Ibrahim and Guan Eng are the ones that will destroy this country eventually. But the majority of Malaysians are not well aware of this.

I hope that you will strive to your best ability to defend this country from the evil people like them.

I thank you Tun and I pray to Allah to always bless you and your family in this life, and Hereafter.

From your article, I can feel your concern about the future of this country. But let Allah deal with it. The truth will prevail eventually Sir. I believe that Allah won’t allow a crook man to lead country because Malaysia is the only good Muslim country left in this world. We will defend it til the we die.

    Thank you Tun!

  108. we are lucky to had u as our prime minister. for me, u r the hero. now im 23 years old young lady n currently studying in the best university in Malaysia. as an economics student, i learnt so much about 1998 crisis n im so impressed how a doctor can be a good economist as well. u change my beloved country to be one of the developed country from developing country. and yet, people still didnt appreciate what u have done and keep blaming u. narrow minded people always see something which is good in a bad side.

  109. So you know what can happen when trumped up charges are made, just like under your watch!!Well,in politics, all is possible due to the dishonesty being one of the basic virtues of a politician. So as you sow,so will you reap and whatever comes to you should be accepted wholeheartedly as you deserve and get what is exactly overdue

  110. Y.A.B Tun@ Menitis air mata saya membaca tulisan Tun ini.

    Sayang Tun.

  112. Tun,
I believe you and you have done great thing for Malaysians. May you be bless with great health and unlimited happiness. You are a legend. You deserve more than money.

  113. Assalam,
no 16, 17 and 18 brought tears to my eyes. Subhanallah! Semoga sentiasa dalam lindungan Allah, Ayahanda Tun yg amat saya hormati.

  114. Do not worry too much Tun.
We, the rakyat will make sure you deserve justice . We will go to the streets, just like or worst that what Anuwar did in 1998. For my part, I am willing to put my life in danger if there is any fabricating charges on you.

  115. … no. 18 paling best 🙂 Yeah!! semoga Tun sentiasa sihat dan dirahmati…

  116. kit sr did had a grudge against you or bn govt…the number of years he spent in jail…think its a personal thing….but he has also forgotten that he led the procession of may 13 asking the malays to go back to their respective kampungs….this everyone must be reminded too. Long live Tun.

  117. Clear and straight forward……….
What you have got to say KIT SIANG for that matter the rest also?
    I am waiting here

  118. Tun

I will not comment more than what I have already established as the 5 Attributes of a Successful Government arising from my study as an apolitical student of the good and the great and their fables and foibles on both sides of the Causeway since October 1951. Fortunately, there is only one prominent personality on the other side.

During the 22 years of your Administration,

    1. You did not use money as an instrument of foreign policy to kill, maim or injure innocent men, women and children. There is no blood on your hands.

    2. You safe-guarded the sovereignty, national interest and self-esteem of our beloved country.

    3. You did not lose US $108 Billions of your citizens Trust money on Wall Street in a jiffy.

    4. You practised humanity and multi-culturalism like the Royal Sultans of yore and the successive Governments before you.

    5. You did not line your pockets either legally or illegally.

With so much political chaff and dust swirling around, it is my clarion call to all Malaysian Chinese to the separate the real grains from the chaff and vote steadfastly for the BN.

    You cannot be wrong !

  119. Haisey! Where You want to go My Beloved Dato’Seri? You were a part of my Childhood! Your time has not come yet and there’s a purpose why you are still living. Everyone has a journey on this earth, everyone whether so-called Kafirs (as self righteous pricks would call me) or Non kafirs, We were all Made In The Image & Likeness Of One God and belong to One God and we all wait for the day that He finally wants to Meet Us.

But for now, Your work is here and seriously, you know LKS so well, he has no intentions on throwing you into torture but this is (as you know) part and parcel of politics and politics is never a clean game.

So i wish you many more years to come! No Malaysian (Opposotion Or Not) is going to have the Heart to put you on Trial or Jail You or Murder You. No Malaysian would support this. Many are angry with you maybe and they shoot verbally but it ends there. We Malaysians have a different kind of Heart which is really specially designed in a way that we must shout and scream and do Drama in the fit of temper and disatisfaction but none of us would condone bloodshed and revenge. I can take a bet that IF Anwar becomes PM, he will never pull you to courts or cause you to be imprisoned. Our Malaysian Heart is Unique, Our Malaysian Heart is Not Seperated by Politics, Culture Or Religion. We Are One Malaysian Family.

You have done so much good for this country and some good amount of naughtiness which i strongly believe is forgivable in the Hearts of Every Malaysian. By the way, Who is Perfect? Not Even the Clergy Men of any religion can live in absolute perfection. There’s Only One Perfection which is GOD. God Bless You My Beloved Dato’Seri, I Have Always Loved You & Always Will.

  120. Assalamualaikum Y.B. Tun,

“Do your research before you open your mouth” Mr Kit Siang do always remember that phrase of Tengku Makhota Johor.
